Aleatha Romig is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author who lives in Indiana, USA. She grew up in Mishawaka, graduated from Indiana University, and is currently living south of Indianapolis as well as part of the year in Bradenton, Florida, USA. Before she became a full-time author, she worked days as a dental hygienist and spent her nights writing.     I’ve read sparrows story, Patric story and now mason. His story I really loved more than the others . Can’t wait to start Reid’s story. If you have read the other sparrow stories this one really stood out loved it. I highly recommend it. The story didn’t bore me instead I devoured the last 425 page book in 2x days

    Obsessed has successfully blown my mind in ways that I didn’t think Aleatha Romig could.

    This book continues the story of Laurel and Kader from where the first book left off. Their relationship is starting to develop more and more and Kader is feeling more emotions than he ever remembers having.

    While they are still trying to figure out who paid Kader to go after Laurel, more mysteries start to come to light.

    Their story will keep you on the edge of your seat trying to guess what is coming next. Full of suspense and angst this book if perfection and I honestly cannot wait to read the conclusion to this trilogy!!

    Bring on Bound because I HAVE to know what happens next!!

    I’m really interested in this series because of its connection to Web of Sin. Even though it isn’t necessary to read that series, I would highly recommend reading it. It enriches the reading experience of this series.

    Kader used to have a different life to the one he has now and the reader gets to glimpse some of it in this instalment. I think some of our predictions from the first book are confirmed but more than that, we see so much more of what is happening. Laurel… I have mixed feelings about her. I feel as though she was too accepting of Kader and all that goes with him. She wasn’t afraid of him or even cautious of him when he revealed his true motivations in their “chance” meeting. Somehow I felt that this was unrealistic or at least naivety on her part. In addition, her relentless pushing of Kader to open up about himself is going to get her in trouble.

    The two of them start tugging on a thread and it unravels some interesting revelations. The deeper down the rabbit hole we go, the more we realise that Laurel has been blind to all the motivations of the people around her. But we still don’t know who is the main shadow lurking and pulling the strings. Aleatha Romig has created a twisted tale that is gripping and engaging. The glimpses of the past add depth to the story and reveal connections that help fill in gaps in this puzzle. I am excited to see where the story will go next.

    Ok, so you have the feeling from the start there is a connection between Kader and Laurel. Little by little you get to see who Kader is and your happy that he remembers the past. Then you get a message on a computer and Kader is acting more like his profession than who Mason was. So the only thing you can do is read the last book in the trilogy and hope for a HEA.

    This book, as usual with Aleatha was amazing! I loved book 1 and I couldn't wait to read this one. It really didn't disappoint! It had me questioning as I read it, it had me completely enthralled in the characters and the story. Again, more twists in this one, constantly asking myself what's happening and what's going to happen. I love Aleatha's writing and her ability to have the reader completely taken into the story, I love the twists she puts in and how it has us, as readers, on the edge of our seats throughout! The ending... cliffhanger! Did not expect it to end like it did... cannot wait to read Bound!!

    This woman's writing does blow me away. The twists and turns that her characters and stories take feel like a roller coaster with a ride that never disappoints. Kader/Mason is definitely a riddle in an enigma but slowly the layers are getting peeled away. Book 3 here I come!

    OMGoodness….the questions that this story created. I don’t even know how to unscramble my head to wrap around the awesomeness of this book.

    Aleatha Romig has a crafty mind. I am always in awe of the tales and webs she weaves. This book was no different. In my opinion she is a literary genius!!! Whether it is a twisty dark read or a light and sexy read, Aleatha Romig is an author everyone should read!!!

    Obsessed is the next book in Aleatha’s Tangled Web Trilogy. As with any second book in a trilogy we dive further into the characters lives and more twists and turns of the storyline start to come out. This book also shows the connection between Aleatha’s Tangled Web Series and her Web of Sin Series. The Tangled Web series is a spin off from the first trilogy, but I don’t believe you have to read the Web of Sin Series to understand this one. She fills in the gaps perfectly, so it all makes sense. Trust me though, you WILL want to read both of these trilogies….that’s how GREAT they are!!!

    This again is a storyline I can’t say anything about. I will admit I was slightly confused when I started reading this book, but things straightened out as the story went along for me. But then by the end I was left reeling again!!!

    As you can probably guess, this story ends with a cliffhanger….and this one is a DOUZY!!! I NEED book 3 NOW!!! Obsessed is NOT a standalone novel. You MUST read Twisted before reading this book. If you aren’t a fan of cliffhangers then you should wait until all three books are released.

    One thing I can say about this story was she showed us a different/darker side of Kader. There were definitely times when I really didn’t like him, but also times when I couldn’t help but love him. I can’t wait to see where she takes this cast of characters. I have my idea of how I want this trilogy to turn out, but I guess I have to wait and see if I am correct.

    Every Aleatha book I have read, just continues to get better and better. She is the queen of the mysterious, dark and twisted story. I can never figure out where her stories are going and I absolutely LOVE that. I am captivated and intrigued all the way through. Her books are always a quick read for me because I can’t put them down. They also live in my head until I get my hands on the next one. Obsessed was no different!!

    Add this book/trilogy to your TBR list NOW. If you haven’t read anything by Aleatha Romig, you are missing out. You need to enter her world of writing. Trust me you won’t want to leave once you start!!!

    What can one write about perfection. This storyline is so charged, and volatile. Kader is one twisted character damaged multi-personality . However he has such emotional tenderness it is both tear jerking and tender. The depths of Aleatha’s understanding on such a subject as PTDS is both awe inspiring and intuitive. Laurel’s character is so strong faced with all her topsy turvy world that she is in. Truth are lies , lies are truth, and yet she still trust Kader, Mason which ever. The story picks up exactly at the last cliffhanger and the feelings between the two grow, but so does the character change. The cliffhanger at the end is both furious and jaw dropping and only leaves the vouyeir wanting more. Such an excellent series, mentioning previous characters, such as Sparrow. What ? Where and Why just a few unanswered questions. If you like suspense look no further. Well worth 10 stars but 5 will have to do.

    So what a read. So much intrigue and information, going back and forth in time and content. All of the personalities involved working together as long time associates. Mason dying in a warehouse fire and Kader appearing as a well known assassin.
    Laurel, Dr. Carlson felt Kader reminded her of someone else from years ago and finding out he is who she thought he was. I can't put the book down, I need sleep...
    Can't wait to start the last book.
