DELANEY

Cruel.
Heartless.
A mistake waiting to happen.

Knox Vaughn is the epitome of a bad boy.
He's trouble in a sexy-as-sin package.
I know it.
They know it.
Even he knows it.

But, it's like a moth to the flame.
I can't stay away—even though I'm going to get burned.
You know what they say,
The sinners are much more fun.
And this saint is changing the game.

KNOX

Sweet.
Innocent.
Valedictorian.

Delaney Callahan is perfect,
Too perfect for me.
Hell, she's too perfect for anyone.

She's an angel,
But with me, she's playing with the devil.
I'm the last thing a woman like her needs.
And yet, I can't keep my hands—and mouth off of her.
We're from two different worlds,
Worlds that can't possibly work.
I'd do anything for her,
But I can't be the SAINT she deserves.

'THE SAINT' is the second full length 'New Adult' book in Kelsey Clayton's 'Haven Grace Prep' series. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.'

How is it even possible that I’ve ended up loving this one as much if not more than the first!

More drama
More angst
More feels
More heart stopping moments!

This book had it all, throw in all those Knox swooning moments that I found myself in and I was in my happy place!

Considering I’ve only recently discovered this author she’s become one of my most highly anticipated reads! This book was amazing! These two were as different as chalk and cheese but together they were just perfect!

93491898-2571020649781059-8889060097590820864-o

Knox knows he's not the ideal guy for Delaney, he knows she can do so much better for herself, and she deserves more than what he can offer her, but before he knew it she'd gotten under his skin.

He's in over his head in a deadly situation which he tries to protect her from, but this threat is closer to home than he thought, blood on his hands, darkness in his soul, she's the only one that calms him.

"𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒐𝒓. 𝑻𝒐 𝒑𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒊𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒑𝒖𝒛𝒛𝒍𝒆,
𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒇𝒂𝒗𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌.
𝑮𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒊𝒔 𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒔.
𝑯𝒆'𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒈𝒖𝒚 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒘𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒌 𝒎𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒏𝒂𝒑 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒔."

Delaney is nothing like her daredevil break all the rules twin sister Tess, she's running for valedictorian and and has already been accepted to four different Ivy League universities, but she's itching to break out of her good girl reputation and live a little.

Enter Knox..He's going to dirty her up and he's going to love doing it. She's had a wee bit of a crush on him since a New Year's party she attended.

She's heard the rumors..She knows what he's like..She's heeded the warnings..

"My dad said beer makes you fat." - Delaney
ezgif-4-1eb02e8f19ee.gif
He raises his brows before his expression changes to a smirk.
Grabbing the bottom of his shirt, he lifts it up to reveal perfectly toned abs.
I gulped,
"Your daddy lied."

!AVAILABLE!

"It's like the darkness in me is drawn to the light in her."

God, I love this series!!!
I only discovered Kelsey Clayton by accident, almost two months ago, but this series and their characters had crawled slowly and steadily upon my heart...
I loved the first book, but this one was even better and I'm telling you, i can't wait for this spitfire Tessa's turn!!!!
Knox and Delaney knocked me on my ass!!!!
I really love how Kelsey developed the story and how she gives us a surprising turn in it!!!

"Go to hell," she spits, hatred burning in her eyes.
I smirk. "Oh, Bambi, where do you think I came from?"

Well, Knox is from the wrong side of the tracks...
He is the epitome of a bad boy... He is a stoner... He is involved with illegal stuff, but if someone will notice him carefully, he could see a big heart under all his rough exterior...
From the moment that Delaney catched his eyes, he knew that this girl wasn't for him...
And he tried... He really tried through hate and spiteful remarks to make her run far away from him, but his efforts weren't fruitless, since every time they were in the same room, she was getting under his skin little by little...

"Every time she's around, I'm drawn to her like a moth to a flame. I want to lock her away and protect her innocence, all while injecting my own venom into her veins."

"Her eyes bore into me like she can see right through my hard exterior. All of my flaws. My fears. My insecurities. She can see them all. If that's true, she's so much more dangerous than I've given her credit for."

Delaney was a good girl with a bright future ahead of her...
She was the quiet, good and obedient daughter, since her twin was crazy, reckless and wild!!!
But she was craving something more into her life...
And Knox even though he was miles away from her way of life, he was the only one who was making her heart beat wildly...
The saint was about to turn out a sinner for a boy with bad reputation...
A boy that could be much dangerous than she thinks!!!

"Anyone looking at my life from the outside would probably say it's perfect, but they'd be wrong. Sometimes, I'm just itching to get out of my own skin. To be able to let loose for once. To not care what I'm doing wrong or how I could be doing better."

"There's more to him - I know it. I just never thought I'd be so compelled to figure him out. I want to get under his armor. To pjut the pieces of him together like a puzzle, and memorize every detail like my favorite book. Getting close to him is dangerous. He's the kind of guy who could wreck me with the snap of his fingers. Still, I don't care. For some reason, I'm not scared."

Well, I loved Delaney and Knox very much!!!
They couldn't be more different, but in a way they were fitting very good together...
Delaney changed something inside Knox... He just wanted to protect her no matter the cost...
Yes, there were some shady things that he was involved and this whole shitty situation could turned out really bad for both of them...
Will love can conquer everything or their differences will make it difficult for those two to be together???

"How could someone as flawless as you want someone like me?"
"You're far better than you give yourself credit for."
"I'm not, Bambi. I'm a train wreck. A bomb waiting to explode and wreak havoc on everyone and everything around me."
"Then do it, but take me with you."

Honestly, this series is very good!!!
You should read these books!!!
They are full of sweetness, drama, twists and hot moments...
Knox and Delaney were the best and i loved their interactions very much!!!
The same goes for the previous book "The sinner"!!! Its heroes,Savannah and Grayson had a big part in here too!!!
And as i told you above.... Can't wait for CBP's turn!!!!

"Everything I thought was real, isn't. People I thought were good, aren't. Relationships I thought were solid, are tainted with lies and betrayal. If this is what love is like, I'm not sure I want any part of it."

*************************************************

"Knox Vaughn is trouble. His hands are tainted... and yet, I'd trust them with my own.
What can I say? Golden boys just don't do it for me."

Preparatevi quindi a rivedere Greyson e Savannah come personaggi secondari.

Caratteristiche: new adult, teen drama, high school, bad boy/brava ragazza
Stile narrativo: scorrevole e coinvolgente
Tipo di finale: conclusivo
Voto: 4.5 stelline

My first Kelsey Clayton book and I was hooked.

I didn't read book 1 when I started this, this book can be read as a standalone but after I finished it..I did read book 1.

Knox is deliciously hot. He is the bad boy we shouldn't want to fall for but we ultimately do.
Delaney is sweet, smart, quiet and the complete opposite of Knox.
But we know more than anyone that opposites attract and boy do they make one hell of a romance book!

I really enjoyed this book so much! Can't wait for book 3.

" HE’S BEAUTIFUL, AND NOT IN THE WAY THAT MODELS ARE BEAUTIFUL. HE’S BEAUTIFUL IN THE WAY THAT MAKES YOU STOP AND THINK. THE WAY THAT DEMANDS YOUR ATTENTION AND DOESN’T LET YOU LOOK AWAY. THE WAY THAT’S HEARTBREAKING, PAINED, AND REAL."

Knox Vaughn is the epitome of a bad boy.
He's trouble in a sexy-as-sin package.
Delaney Callahan Sweet. Innocent. Valedictorian.
they couldn't be more different , and that's why they're perfect for each other .

HER EYES BORE INTO MINE LIKE SHE CAN SEE RIGHT THROUGH MY HARD INTERIOR. ALL OF MY FLAWS. MY FEARS. MY INSECURITIES. SHE CAN SEE THEM ALL.

Delaney has always been the good daughter , the intelligent twin , the quiet friend .
When she had the opportunity to be something else other then perfect she took it.

”JUST LET ME LOVE YOU—DEMONS AND ALL.”

Once she was in Knox radar , she couldn't escape , one look and she was a goner for him.
The same goes for Knox , he knew he didn't deserve her but he couldn't help himself .
He was a sinner and when he met a saint everything changed .
There was no going back .

”I JUST NEVER HAD A REASON TO BE GLAD I WAS BORN, UNTIL NOW.”

I loved this book , the chemistry was undeniable , and who doesn't like a real bad boy like Knox?!
And towards the end there were some pretty shocking plot twists and revelations that I surely didn't expect , and that made the book even more enjoyable .
I GAVE IT 4.5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
ENJOY✨

I’m just a girl with the biggest book crush on the Haven Prep series and Kelsey Clayton’s crack called words. I couldn’t help but feel Kelsey Clayton’s heart and soul through her writing with The Sinner and now The Saint. After just two books, Kelsey Clayton has risen to top author status for me. This author is a master storyteller who is now at unicorn writer level, the kind whose books I’ll blindly one-click as I just know I’ll love her novels before even meeting them.

”I just never had a reason to be glad I was born, until now.”

I loved everything about The Saint! From the very first page, I was consumed with this romance that claimed my heart the whole time reading. This book blew me away with writing that seamlessly flows across the pages, as if every word is perfectly painted across the canvas, bringing to life a story so bold and beautiful that shines through the pages. The Saint was both my sun and storm with its fusion of dark and light.

He’s beautiful, and not in the way that models are beautiful. He’s beautiful in the way that makes you stop and think. The way that demands your attention and doesn’t let you look away. The way that’s heartbreaking, pained, and real.

The Saint is the classic story of good girl and the quintessential bad boy, the stunning saint and the sinner, an explosive opposites attract saga that hits the heart and slams into the soul with a force you won’t see coming, but one you’ll feel everywhere. Delaney and Knox are both as brave as they are beautiful, combustible from body to heart to soul, and I loved their journey as they grew and became whole. This good girl heroine and bad boy hero with beautiful hearts are magical together, a bold fusion of dark and light, two compelling characters whose story I'm glad Kelsey Clayton told. Oh did I revel in The Saint!

Her eyes bore into mine like she can see right through my hard interior. All of my flaws. My fears. My insecurities. She can see them all.

I didn’t just read The Saint, I felt it. This tale touched me everywhere, its tension cutting me like a knife, its sweetness hugging my heart, and its sorrow slaying my soul. The Saint hijacked my heart and slammed into my soul with a force I never saw coming, but one I felt with every word from beginning to end. I felt every word that penetrated and possessed me. I felt every emotion. I felt everything.

”Just let me love you—demons and all.”

Oh. My. Stars! Kelsey Clayton has crafted another heart-stopping and soul-slaying sensation!!! I am wholeheartedly head-over-heels in love with The Saint! This stunning story and emotionally-moving masterpiece dances between dark and light, teetering between storms and rainbows, as its underlying message of not judging others and seeing more than what’s on the surface touches the heart in every way. The Saint owned every ounce of me—its power and passion felt in every word—and I’d let it own me again and again. Because this book ... IT’S EVERYTHING.

The Saint is as stunning as it is soul-shattering, a story that shines like the sun, shatters like a storm, and is worthy of all the stars in the universe.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ beautiful “Bambi” stars

School rivals are about to cross a line. Corrupting the good girl has never been hotter! A sexy NA romance with elements of suspense, a possessive alpha who will do anything to protect what’s his and a good girl who likes to be bad.

Knox knows he’s not good enough for her, but he can’t help himself. The sweet and innocent Delaney is about to fall in forever with the baddest boy. He did his best to push her away, but she broke down every wall he built. He may be the fighter, but she’s going to win his heart.

Knox is involved in some bad stuff, but the mess he got dragged into was not his doing. Helping a friend leaves him literally fighting for his life. Delaney was a sweet indulgence, but she can’t last.

Delaney is too pure to ruin, to taint with Knox’s baggage. He’ll do what’s right for a change and protect the girl that became everything.

Some twists will surprise you. The ending is a total page-turner. The chemistry just sizzles off the pages. Falling in love with the bad boy was inevitable, but she’ll have to fight to get her HEA. It’s not a sweet love story. This opposites attract love story is angsty and the best kind of dirty. This group of characters keeps things interesting. They are a family of their own making and they take care of their own. I’ll be back for more.

3 'DO YOU TRUST ME?' STARS

I am currently trying out Kelsey Clayton's Haven Grace Prep series. So far it has been generally an okay experience. Some of plots are cliché and remind me of cheesy 1990s/2000s teen drama movies. But do I dislike it? No. Those cliché movies are my guilty pleasure.

*drums please*

🎶 You Remind Me of movie & book I Once Knew 🎶

Movie:
➡ This book gave me some She's All That vibes. It might be cause the main h's name is also Laney. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Book
➡ For books it reminded me of After series.
Similarities between the books:
📚 Main Heroine: Both Laney and Tessa are very innocent and naïve, as well as they were both bets of the sexual nature. Of course, both girls are virgins and give their first time to a guy who knows he's undeserving of it but still wants her.
📚 Main Hero: Both Knox and Hardin are the broody bad boys and make a bet with their friends. The bet blows up in the main guy's face when they finally have true feelings for the girl, but in the end he still gets the girl. Lastly, both guys let OW/OM drama continue to be a thorn in their relationship.
📚 Same Tropes: virgin heroine, opposites attract, & bad boy/good girl

BRIEF STORY PLOT

Knox & Delaney story is the classic story of a good girl who is drawn to the quintessential bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks. Along with this, there was a side plot of Grayson and Knox being thrown into the underground fighting ring quite literally fighting to stay alive and keep the secret tying them together hidden from those they care about.

MAIN CHARACTERS

Knox Vaughn (H)

The all tattooed bad boy who is known to be a player and one that if you want a good time you hit up. He pursues Delaney initially for the purpose of winning a bet but the more time he spends with her, he finds himself drawn to her and just wanting to be around her. He ultimately loses sight of the bet and just wants to claim Delaney for himself.

My problem with Knox's character was he fit the stereotype of I'm-breaking-up-with-you-to-protect-you which I found somewhat frustrating and was yelling "LIKE WHY DON'T DO THAT."

Plot Holes in Knox's Back Story:

💀 In the first chapter, it showed promise of diving into his issues with his mom not being around much. But after that chapter, she just dropped off the face of the Earth. Only mentioned that she was stopping by the hospital but other than that she was just gone from this book.

💀 Even though Knox and Sav were not close, he knew somewhat her back story and was platonic with her. But in this book he stated he didn't know her and only really knew anything about her cause of Grayson.

Delaney Callahan aka 'bambi' (h)

I liked Delaney when she got pissed off at someone. Compared to Sav (who was the main h in the 1st book) she showed more of a backbone which I was happy to see. Still she let Knox walk over and that did frustrate me at times. Moreover, a problem I did have surrounding Delaney was it seem like she had issues with her father having high expectations and being controlling but it felt like forced drama just added for the sake of extra drama.

OM/OW drama

⇒ OM: Carter showed great interest in Delaney and when Knox broke her heart he was there to pick up the pieces. But the thing is, Delaney only cared for him as a friend so he was never really a threat to her and Knox. Even though the boys, still made it a pissing contest which resulted in Carter jumping Knox due to him being jealous.

⇒ OW: KNOX WHY THE FUCK DID YOU LET HAILEY KEEP COMING AROUND!!?!? Knox for some reason kept letting his ex back in his life due to their history. He would brush off her advances always but still they always straddled a line between flirty and ex's that detested each other which frustrated me, greatly.

description

Overall~

It was a cliché filled book that I found to be an okay read. Lastly, I'm hoping Tessa's book is better! Tessa or as Knox calls her "CBP" is not someone you cross at all.

REVIEW PARTY

***5 BAMBI AND SAINT STARS***

Kelsey Clayton, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE??!

Why am I so tired on a Sunday morning you say? The simple answer: The Saint. I told myself I was only going to read the first few chapters, but before I knew it, it was 3am, I was 80% in, and needed to know what happened more than my next breath. I didn’t finish reading this bad boy (pun intended) until 4am. Every minute of sleep I lost was totally worth it. These characters OWNED me.

The Saint is book #2 of the Haven Grace Prep series, and although this can be read as a standalone, it is best read after The Sinner (book #1, Grayson and Savannah’s story).

Expect the following:

A sexy AF swoony bad boy hero.

Opposites attract.

So much chemistry and sexual tension.

Rivalry between a public school and its elitist counterpart.

I just KNEW there was more to Knox than the bad boy persona we got of him in The Sinner. This boy is no joke, thoroughly owning my heart from the very first Do you trust me?

I have no idea who Kelsey plans to write next – Tessa? Lennon? Someone else? – either way, I can’t wait! I could read these characters forever.

The Haven Grace Prep series has captured my heart. I fell in love with The Sinner but The Saint owned me. I am head over heels for this series.

Kelsey Clayton is an exceptional storyteller. The story is crafted beautifully and the writing is stellar. The storytelling is engrossing and flows effortlessly. There were plot twists that I didn't see coming and the story had me glued to the pages.

I felt such a strong connection to the characters in this book. They were so relatable and easy to fall for. The characters were full of depth and the character development was amazing. I absolutely loved the cast of secondary characters in this book. I really hope that we get to see more of them in the series.

Knox and Delaney are so different from one another but they are able to see something in the other that no one else can. The chemistry between these two was so natural and all-consuming. No matter how hard they tried they just couldn't stay away from each other.

Overall, this is an opposites attract story that you won't want to miss out on. This is such an immersive story that's full of angst, suspense, and a young love that will make your heart throb. This book will rock your socks off. I can't wait for the next book in this series! I am so hooked!

A fast paced read with a sweet, sheltered heroine from a wealthy family and the bad boy hero who is trying to protect her from his troubled ways.
Great side characters, MMA type fights, drama and unexpected twists.
Looking forward to the next.

3/ 5 ⭐️

🤍 Virgin heroine
🤍 Man whore
🤍 Kind of enemies to lovers
🚩 OW scene, mild OM Drama, no cheating/ sharing

Hmm okay so this was better than the first book because I liked the heroine wayyy more 🙌😍

I loved her personality and that she was just the was she was no matter what others thought about it !!
She is the exact opposite of her sister Tessa (who is the heroine in book 3 ) and it was really nice to see her development.
Also she wasn't a doormat like the h from book 1 who happens to be her bff 👀🙊

There was a little OM Drama by a friend of her but she made it clear that she doesn't want more ( he kisses her later in the book but she doesn't react ?).

My big problem in this series are the Heros who are man whores 🤢🥶
I don't want to read about him having sex with OW 💩
Also he is ( just like H from book 1 ) absolutely disrespectful to OW after he is 'done' with them 😬🤦🏻‍♀️.

+ I hate that they all smoke so fcking much 😶🤡
I can't with the smell 🥶🥶🥶

All in all it was better than the first book but these things are still disturbing for me !!!

PS - I'm not gonna read the third book because I didn' t like Tessa 🙈🙈🙈
Jumping right into the 4th book 🙌

RECENSITO DA REBIRTH PER IL BLOG DI "LIBRI E SOGNALIBRI"
description

Amazon Universal

Knox is falling for his opposite, someone entirely too good for him. He can't help himself though - he's drawn to her innocence and good girl vibe even as it makes him all the more aware how different they are and how much he doesn't want to taint her with the darkness in his soul.

Delaney can't help but want bad boy Knox, but she also sees beyond his facade to the good heart he's hiding from the rest of the world. She doesn't know the world he lives in, though, and it could mean the difference between staying alive and living happily ever after with Knox, and getting drawn into the darkness and violence that surrounds Knox and letting it swallow her whole.

While I liked the first installment of this series, I LOVED this one! Knox and Delaney are such a fascinating pair of opposites who are perfect for each other. And the other reason I loved this one more than The Sinner ? One word - Knox. Oh he's a damaged hero to be sure, but he's been brought to his knees by a slip of a girl who sees the real him and loves him. Alpha af and in love - my favorite kind of guy.

The Saint by Kelsey Clayton is the second book in the Haven Grace Prep Series. Each Book in this series features a new couple. If you have read book one, you may have noticed that this book is Knox and Delaney's story.

I loved EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BOOK! From the very first page, I was so wholeheartedly consumed by the story that was being told and the romance within this book claimed my heart the whole time that I was reading. Not many books can do that, but with this one it definitely did just that.

Welcome to the Love Story of Bad Boy Knox and Saint Delaney.

Knox Vaughn is the epitome of a bad boy.
He's trouble in a sexy-as-sin package.

" He's Beautiful, and not in the way that models are beautiful. He's beautiful in the way that makes you stop and think. The way that demands your attention and doesn't let you look away".

Delaney Callahan is perfect,
Knox thinks she's too perfect for him
Hell, she's too perfect for anyone.

"She's fucking breathtaking, and clearly, I'm not the only one who thinks so".

But, it's like a moth to the flame.
He can't stay away—even though he knows his going to get burned.
You know what they say,
The sinners are much more fun.
And this saint is changing the game.

" I want to lock her away and protect her innocence, all while injecting my own venom into her veins".

We're from two different worlds,
Worlds that can't possibly work.
I'd do anything for her,
But I can't be the SAINT she deserves.

Let's just say in this book, these complete opposites completed one another. I loved Knox and Delaney so much. They couldn't be more different but fit and intertwine perfectly together.

From the moment Knox meets Delaney he knows she's different and she changes something inside Knox that has him feeling things that he has not felt before. Delaney is nothing like her crazy but psycho sister Tess, Delaney has her head on shoulders but deep down she's itching to break out of her good girl reputation.

"There's more to him than meets the eye-I know it. I just never thought I'd be so compelled to figure him out. I want to get under his armour. To put the pieces of him together like a puzzle, and memorise every detail like my favourite book".

I am not going to go into the plot of this book as I don't want to spoil the experience for you. Let's just say some drama goes down and the twists and turns that happen throughout this book will thoroughly surprise you.

Will their love be strong enough to conquer everything or will their differences make it difficult for these two to be with one another.

Honestly this series is so so good, like you need to read it. They are full of angst, drama, feels, and heart stopping moments.

Non so come spiegarlo.

I loved Knox in The Sinner, & this solidified that for me.

Opposites attract in Delaney & Knox. She’s on her way to being valedictorian, never been in trouble, & Knox is the bad boy from the wrong side of town. Thanks to Tessa, Delaney’s twin, hooking up with Easton, Knox’s friend, their worlds collide.
At first, Knox doesn’t seem to want anything to do with her. He knows, according to him, that he isn’t good for her, or what she needs in her life.
Luckily, Delaney doesn’t seem to care.
We get to witness changes in each of them that made my little heart so happy.
We also get to check in with Grayson & Savannah, and see how their relationship is coming along.
I enjoyed this. A classic trope, with a little twist.

4 stelline e mezzo

Just let me love you—demons and all.

I honestly thought the angst in this book may kill me off!
It was so good. The Saint had me feeling things that I wasn’t expecting to feel!

Too perfect to be tainted by my sins.

Knox is the bad boy, from the wrong side of the tracks and he’s got himself caught up in some pretty serious stuff.
He doesn’t deem himself worthy of love and he’s always had to fend for himself and fight for anything he wanted.
When we got to see Knox in those vulnerable moments, it broke me. It was too much for my heart and made me emotional.

Getting close to him is dangerous. He’s the kind of guy who could wreck me with the snap of his fingers.

Enter Delaney. Trust fund brat, does no wrong, sheltered , complete opposite from her twin and always stays on the right side of the law. What happens when she starts to straddle the line between good and bad. Right and wrong. When she realises that there is more to life than what she has been experiencing?

These two shouldn’t work. They are like day and night. Chalk and cheese but they fit perfectly together. The light to Knox’s dark. The hope he has been searching for all of his life.

Get ready for all of the drama, angst and twists and turns that you won’t see coming!

Kelsey Clayton officially has a new fan! If you haven’t read any of her books, then please check out this series because I can’t get enough.

I’m such a sucker when it comes to the cliches. I love the Bad boy who chooses to be with the ultimate “good girl/book worm”. Knox and Laney definitely fit this perfectly.

I was not a fan of the writing since it was a little choppy and there were times I felt I was genuinely lost when reading. Even second guessed myself thinking I must of skipped a chapter or a few pages.

Also, for a “bad boy romance” there was absolutely no steam... like none. There was a paragraph of them having an intimate moment out of the entire book.
