About this ebook

He’s not your average Joe from the corner bar.

He’s the heir to the crown.

I should know, I’ve followed him for years.

Not in a stalkerish way. Magazines and online gossip blogs are fair game when you’re royalty.

But I do know every detail about him, down to the brand of boxer briefs he wears.

All my studying  of the man who plays a starring role in my dreams pays off when I win a dinner with him. As if that wasn’t enough, he barters a deal with me that has him moving into my spare guest room.

I forgot that fairy tales don’t exist though because just as I’m about to get everything I want, including the prince, I find out there’s someone in Prince Adrian Marx’s life I don’t know—his fiancée.

I was so excited about this book when Piper Rayne rolled out the blurb for it. The wait was worth it as I absolutely loved it! Sierra is a reporter for the local television station and she's also really interested in the royal family from Sandsal. So much so that she knows just about everything that has ever been printed about Prince Adrian Marx. When the opportunity to win a date with him comes up, she take it and when she actually wins, she's excited to meet him and have dinner with him. Prince Adrian isn't thrilled with the future that is laid out before him. He's the current heir to the throne in Sandsal and it's not a position that he's ever wanted to hold. Because of circumstances that are currently happening within his family, he may be forced to take the throne sooner than anticipated. He would much prefer jetsetting around the world enjoying himself rather than taking his lot in life seriously. When Sierra and Adrian meet for the first time, things don't go as she expected at the beginning. As the night wears on though, the two find that they enjoy one another's company. When Adrian decides he's going to stay in the US for two months, Sierra suddenly finds herself welcoming him as her new roommate! Will the relationship between Sierra and Adrian flourish or will a piece of information he's omitted end up tanking their relationship before it really begins? I adored this story and both Sierra and Adrian. I loved how they brought comfort to one another after both had been through tough times and also how they were able to trust one another when trust has never come easy to them. I truly couldn't put this book down and it turned into me reading it in one sitting, which very rarely happens. Kudos to Piper Rayne for another amazing book! **I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review**

Let me start off by stating that after meeting Sierra in My Bestie's Ex I was definitely not her biggest fan; however, the faith I have in Piper Rayne to deliver a story that will have me loving said character is why I'll read anything they write! Sierra's journey was an emotional one that was about proving to herself she deserved happiness, going after what she wanted and proving to herself she's worth it! Adrian's story was about showing his family that he was not going to have his life dictated to him, he wanted to live his life.....fall in love. These two didn't have it easy but they were determined to show everyone that together they could take on the world! This series has already started off amazingly and I'm so excited for what's to come!

Some mistakes are worth making!!! A Royal Mistake is the second in the ‘Rooftop Crew’ series. It follows Sierra Banders(Blanca’s best friend from My Bestie’s Ex, book 1 in the series., and Sierra’s crush, Prince Adrian Marx. Yes, he’s a real-life prince, no pretend Charming here. Sierra is a small-town journalist and has entered a competition to win a date with Adrian. She never in the world expected to win. Except she does. What follows is a whirlwind of a romance filled with heat, sexy banter and some serious past issues getting in the way. Sierra has a hard time showing her soft, vulnerable side and this makes her seem indifferent to what’s happening around her sometimes. She’s anything, but, though and hides her emotions deep inside. It’s only Adrian who sees through this and pulls the feeling out. Adrian might be a prince, but he’s having a hard time too. His family is in crisis and they want him to step up. Only that’s not what he wants and when he meets Sierra and spends some time with her, he realizes he wants the royal strings even less than he thought. Sierra came off as a hard character to like, never mind love, in book one. But, Piper Ryane has done an excellent job of changing that view. I truly do love Sierra now, and who can resist a gorgeous, fit real-life prince. Not this girl!! Also, there’s plenty of fun and interaction with all the characters from the previous book. We get a snapshot of their lives moving on (especially Blanca and Ethan- let’s just say Mama Bianco will be happy). Grab your copy and join in the fun with the ‘Rooftop Crew’.
