Former Pakistani international cricketer Khalid Latif is still set to make a comeback to top flight cricket in 2022 despite placing a bounty on politician Geert Wilders, who has spoken out about Islam in his own country of the Netherlands. Latif had been banned in 2017 for five years after spot fixing in the Pakistan Super League with other members of his team.
Although Islamic speakers such as Qasim Rashid may suggest ‘true Islam’ does not demand the killing of blasphemers, it very much does encourage the murder of those who insult Allah. In the Qur’an Chapter 6 verse 93, it is asked ‘Who can be more wicked than one who invents a lie against Allah?’ so when theft results in the brutal amputation of opposite limbs, it is hardly a surprise that Islamic countries slaughter those who criticise Islam.
Muslims like Khalid Latif, and no doubt many of his fellow high-profile Pakistani team-mates, are truly, unfortunately, the best representatives of their religion. Latif may not want to personally commit such a crime, but he must comply with Jihad, so he offers to reward any Muslim who does. The clear commands found in the Qur’an in 2:193 and 8:39 to ‘engage in war until all religion is for Allah’ and in 8:12-13 to ‘smite the necks of the disbeliever and smite of them each finger’ are just two examples where a clear reason and method is given to spread Islam.
No action has yet been taken by the International Cricket Council, the administrators for international cricket matters, who have failed to answer or acknowledge any questions on the matter. Latif is now more than half-way through his ban and it has been two years now since he posted the video on social media offering the reward. The threads of conversation on twitter have seen supporters of Latif criticise him using Haram money, from the aforementioned spot fixing, for a Halal cause while some have even linked the quest to fight unbelievers to the Holocaust.

And it will be crickets you’ll hear in response from the msm
Isaac Marshall says
This happened all the way back in 2018 and i’ve been on a mission ever since to try to get this story out there. Not one word from big media or cricket websites and there won’t be in the future. God bless Robert Spencer for supporting the publication of truth.
VarAway says
Sick people, ALL of them!
A copy of this report has been sent to Mr. Wilders with my request of contacting the
Pakistani Ambassador in The Hague.
Alice Hoagland says
Has the Pakistani ambassador responded to any such reports of wrongdoing in the past?
Isaac Marshall says
Nope Alice, and neither has the ICC, who are traditionally controlled by the interests of the Indian Cricket Board, making for an interesting dynamic!
Jayell says
But, as we in the UK apparently used to say in the good old days, “That’s not cricket, old chap”. Seems like anything goes in ‘cricket’ these days. Can’t think why.
Isaac Marshall says
I have tried everything in my power to make this a huge issue VarAway but didn’t think of contacting Wilders or an embassy. Thanks for doing that! Let me know what comes of it via my e-mail: isaaclkmarshall@gmail.com. <3
Westman says
Wilder’s website is: geertwilders.nl
Isaac Marshall says
This story didn’t gain too much traction at the time but hopefully this can help push it to Geert.
Westman says
There are also “sick” people in Dutch government, not only trying to prosecute Geert Wilders for telling the truth about Islam but they are also debating whether they should have their senior citizens sign a form that they would rather die than use a ventilator if they get Covid-21. Of course, Wilders has opposed this; being one of the more actual humanitarians among the MPs.
Now you wanna talk about sick, that’s sick! And look what the great socialized medicine has brought to The Netherlands – (semi)voluntary euthanasia of its elderly by Covid-19. Rutte should hang his head in shame for both allowing the prosecution of Wilders and the idea of killing the elderly.
Isaac Marshall says
He had been banned from the UK as well like Robert, but luckily that was overturned. He is most definitely the most persecuted person in the Netherlands. May god have mercy on Mark Rutte, he is doing a horrible job.
Jayell says
Mr. Wilders was originally banned from the UK at the instigation of a certain Lord Ahmad, who threatened to bring 1,000 of his muslim chums down for a ‘demonstration’ in Parliament Square because – no doubt – Mr. Wilders had ‘upset’ them. These are presumably the same sort of people who might have been ‘upset’ by Mr Spencer if he’d been allowed to come, not to forget Ms Aisha Bibi, the Christian Pakistani victim of gross persecution by muslims back in her homeland, who was denied asylum by Theresa May (no doubt prompted by the then-Home Secretary named Javid).
By the way, this Lord Ahmad is the character who killed someone on one of our motorways by texting at the wheel of his expensive 4×4 SUV whilst driving at speed – and was let off after a few days in jail thanks to his ‘friends’; and then later, as I recall, was indicted on grounds of some kind of gross sexual misconduct. Funny that we never heard anymore about that matter or any court case!

Fanatical Muslims and Pakistani cricket go together like tikka & masala. Sharia law keeps Pakistan two centuries behind the rest of the world.
Isaac Marshall says
I think anything that is a huge part of Pakistani culture fits in with the fanaticism. Nevertheless, I was shocked and felt sick seeing this after admiring him as a cricketer.

Pakistan: Muslim cricketer set to make comeback despite offering reward for murder of “blasphemer” Geert Wilders
………….
Well, sure–why would Muslims have a problem with this? The civilized world should refuse to play any team he is a member of though–but I sadly doubt this will happen.
Isaac Marshall says
Exactly gravenimage, I have no doubt then when he was playing in multiple leagues back in 2017 and previous his team-mates were well aware of his views. When he returns, you are right, they will gladly play with him and the ICC will no doubt allow him to return.
gravenimage says
All too likely, Isaac.
And I don’t think I’ve seen you posting here before–if you are new to Jihad Watch, welcome!
Isaac Marshall says
Came back now and again but i’ll be a new regular! I’m very grateful Robert published this so i’ll be reading intently from now on!

Glad to hear it.

I regret to disagree with Isaac Marshall on one point. He wrote: “Although Islamic speakers such as Qasim Rashid may suggest ‘true Islam’ does not demand the killing of blasphemers…”
However … Sharia law considers a blasphemer to be ‘AT WAR’ (harbi) with Islam.
Only Mohammed can forgive a blasphemer, but Mohammed is dead. Thus, Muslims cannot ‘forgive’ a blasphemer without Mohammed being present. They cannot do so ‘in his name’.
From Sharia manual Reliance of the Traveller’:
“The (DHIMMI) agreement is also violated (A: with respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated that any of the following things break it, and one of the subjects does so anyway, though if the state has not stipulated that these break the agreement, then they do not; namely, if one of the subject people:
-5- MENTIONS SOMETHING IMPERMISSIBLE, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam.” – Reliance of the Traveller’ Chapter ‘O’ 11.10.05.
Sharia permits anyone to kill those who verbally oppose Islam, since they are at war with Islam:
“There is no indemnity obligatory for killing a non-Muslim (harbi) at war with Muslims.” -Reliance of the Traveller, o4.17, p.593
A’li ibn Abi Talib reported that Nabi (saw) said “Whoever curses a prophet kill him. Whoever curses my companions beat him.” (TABARAANI, DARAQUTNI)
“Those who HARM (insult) Allah and his messenger, Allah has cursed them in this world and in the next and has prepared for them a humiliating punishment.” (al Ahzaab 33:57) Qadi A’yaad says ‘He (swt) said something similar about those who kill the believers. Part of the curse on them in this world is that they are KILLED, Allah (swt) says “Cursed they will be. Wherever they are found, they are seized and slain.” (Koran 33:61) …This is because there is a difference between their harming Allah and His Messenger and harming the believers. Injuring the believers, short of murder, incurs beating and exemplary punishment. The judgement against those who harm Allah and his messenger is more severe, the death penalty.’ – (QADI A’YAAD ‘ash Shifa bi Ta’rif Huqooq Mustafaa’ [p.377])
Note: Sharia law is clear that someone who fights Muslims kinetically or physically may be forgiven, but a blasphemer may not be forgiven and is killed.
Isaac Marshall says
Corrections are always welcome! I only put those words in as a specific reference to an article from Qasim Rashid in the past, where he tried to wind his way round that by saying that., as if Mohammad could possibly forgive them. Nevertheless, that is valuable new information, so I thank you for that!
Battle says
The reward offer is conspiring to commit murder.
Isaac Marshall says
Absolutely Battle. But not only will this man never have to face punishment for that, he will be allowed back with open arms to the circuit.
