With the recent news of COVID-19 cases spreading, many of our users have asked about additional service offerings. GoGoGroceries is a limited-time service offering that we have available for those who prefer to stay in rather than going to the grocery store. 

Similar to our existing product offerings of ride requests and meal-delivery, you can speak with a live operator and we'll work with you to select the exact products you want from your local grocery store.

Please keep in mind this a limited-time service. The concierge fee for GoGoGroceries is $7 and $2 for Gold clients. Read more about GoGoGold here.

How It Works

Step 1: Reply to this email if you are interested in GoGoGroceries. You can also give us a call at (855) 222-4919 to speak with one of our GoGoGroceries team members.

Step 2: We'll have a member of our team contact you Monday through Friday and work with you to place your grocery order.

Step 3: An available time-window will be selected during which your groceries will arrive.

Because COVID-19 is impacting the availability of items at grocery stores, availability of items is limited and not all delivery times will be available.

Requests for high-demand items such as toilet paper, water bottles, and hand soap will be the most affected.
