Besides Frightening The Masses The Coronavirus Is Bringing On The CrazyIf governments are right in shutting down world business as the main foil to stop the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, and who knows the governments—most often wrong—could be right for the first time, don’t return home from trips to the supermarket unless you’re wearing a hazmat suit.
“Go out one person at a time to go get your groceries. We can’t emphasize it enough,” is the latest order from Ontario Premier Doug Ford. Ford’s not the only legislator advocating that one person at a time should go get the family’s groceries, the same order’s being pushed from the leaders of one country after another. Why hazmat suits? Because the ‘mitigation’ from charts and graphs advising the masses to wash their hands and wear face masks are no proof they can stop the spread of a killer virus. To be perfectly safe (as if that were even possible) perhaps the family grocery shopper could be sprayed down with disinfectant before being allowed back into the house. “Additional businesses and services will soon be forced to close as the fight escalates against the COVID-19 pandemic, warns Premier Doug Ford: (Toronto Star, April 1, 2020)

“The premier is also considering a mandatory “stay home” order across the province.“Last weekend it was a little shocking to see parks and beaches packed. We acted immediately making sure that we brought through an order to make sure we close the parks and close the beaches,” said Ford. “I don’t know what more we can say outside of stay in your home, self isolate when you can. Go out one person at a time to go get your groceries. We can’t emphasize it enough.” “The supply chain is long when it comes to making sure we have food in the retail grocery chains. It’s absolutely critical we keep that supply chain going, but we’re going through it as we speak to adjust the list,” he said. “The premier noted 300 construction sites have been inspected in recent days and three have been shut down because conditions were not deemed to be safe for workers during the pandemic. An additional 160 “orders to comply” with the rules were dispatched to other sites. “I won’t hesitate to shut down any single site,” said Ford. “We also have to keep in mind that once you hit one trigger, it affects 10 other triggers. There’s thousands and thousands of people across this province waiting to get into their (unfinished) home.”

“NDP Leader Andrea Horwath wrote to Ford on Wednesday requesting him to limit construction “to emergency and essential work only” and expand the number of non-essential workplaces. “Now, more than ever, precaution can save lives and we must not hesitate to take whatever steps are needed to slow the spread of COVID-19,” said Horwath “I urge you to conduct an immediate review of the list of essential services to ensure that Ontario is doing everything we can to protect vulnerable citizens and prevent infection.”
Isn’t this proof that Ford listens to the NDP (New Democrat Party) than he does to the little people of Ontario who don’t want to be driven out of work? That should be more than “a little shocking”. Government leaders caving in quickly to the pandemic panic can trigger panic among the masses. We’re already reading about a male nurse who strangled his girlfriend, a doctor he blamed for giving him Coronavirus. Besides frightening the masses the Coronavirus is bringing on the crazy. Impeachment-obsessed Adam Schiff is now drafting legislation to set up a 9/11-style commission to review President Donald Trump’s coronavirus response. “After Pearl Harbor and 9/11, we looked at what went wrong to learn from our mistakes,” the House Intelligence Committee chairman said in a tweet. “Once we've recovered, we need a nonpartisan commission to review our response and how we can better prepare for the next pandemic.” (The Hill, April 1, 2020) From his basement bunker Democrat frontrunner and former vice president Joe Biden is advising President Trump to “give Obama a call”. Then there’s the media insanity. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s brother Chris (Fredo) claims he chipped a tooth shivering after coming down with the virus.

Why didn’t he do what Michael Bloomberg once advised people complaining about the winter cold in New York while he was mayor: “Put on another sweater!” Then there’s the pandemic fearful bride and groom whose wedding guests were all made of cardboard. (Fox News) Finally there’s one guarantee to drive you crazy if you allow your confined to home boredom to send for a Dr. Anthony Fauci bobblehead. (The Hill) Meanwhile, hang on for dear life to your perspective and sanity, folks, because the coronavirus crazies are only bound to get worse.
