Lufthansa, Eurowings and SWISS to Take Off with 160 Aircraft

Ending repatriation flights on 31 May, Lufthansa, Eurowings and SWISS are about to take off with a total of 160 aircraft. From June three airlines of the Lufthansa Group plan to begin with 106 destinations across Germany and Europe.

The repatriation flights have been performed by only 80 aircraft. Now the Group will reactive 80 more planes to be able to fly its June schedule serving 106 destinations.

According to a statement, the Lufthansa Group’s airlines are “responding to the growing interest of customers in air travel”.

After almost a two-month global lockdown, travel restrictions are gradually being eased, therefore, slowly bringing people back on board. More details on its June schedule airlines will provide in the coming week.
