The Summit Leadership Program is a school year-long program (September – May). Each cohort will meet one full weekday per month from at your School (based on your schedule) and other locations in the community 2-3 times per course. The program includes a weekend retreat, evening events, and other select special events opportunities. Past courses have included visits to sporting events, arts events, government meetings, teambuilding retreats, community service projects and more. The program uses hands on games and activities to drive understanding of core leadership principles and concepts.

1 Day program, divided into four segments with focus on individual skills, working with others, communication and team dynamics. Your fun, hands on day includes team building games, rock climbing, challenge course, inspirational video content and goal planning/reflection sessions to tie concepts to your group or team.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Perfect for all teams or groups ages 11 – 18 years old (sports teams, clubs, student government groups, youth groups, church youth groups, etc)

INCLUDES
All Inclusive Program, with lunch option available.

The four-month virtual leadership series includes all of the content and materials to participate.

This program runs 2 sessions per year (September – December and January – April).

Program includes the following topics: Talents and Skills, Working with others, Active Listening, Accountability, Conflict, and Servant Leadership.
