Is it at all possible that Qur’anic teachings calling for killing non-Muslims (2:190, 4:89, cf. 9:5), striking their necks (47:4) and being ruthless toward them (48:29) create a culture of violence, one in which violence is widely seen as a viable solution to problems to an extent that it is not so seen in other cultural contexts? Or is even asking that question “Islamophobic”? Many would say it is, including people who should know better.
“ATC sends threatening video cleric to jail,” Express Tribune, July 7, 2020 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday rejected the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) request to further remand Maulvi Iftikar Udddin [sic] Mirza – a cleric who threatened Supreme Court judge Qazi Faez Isa in a video – in it custody and sent him on judicial remand to jail.
The FIA had arrested Mirza on June 29 on a complaint of Justice Isa’s wife Sarina Isa who said her husband had received a death threat via the video in which the intimidator – Mirza – could be heard saying: “Isa should be shot publicly.”
“Whoever is caught in embezzlement, whether it be Faez Isa or anyone else, should be executed through a firing squad. Those who indulge in such activities must be hanged and the entire city should be invited to watch it,” Mirza had said in the video….

But that couldn’t be ‘hate speech’ when a mullah does it … or could it? The judge believes it’s terrorism.
Islam is incompatible with secular law … in yet another glaring example.
Almost every day, Muslim leaders are declaring various ways in which Islam is INCOMPATIBLE with modernity. Here’s one more.
This outburst is certainly ‘contempt of court’ in the mind of the judge, but in true TAQIYYA FASHION, the guilty Muslim is trying to say someone uploaded his comments incorrectly.

Thanks for the interesting link and the relatively good news. But does the Supreme Court of Pakistan hold any meaningful power? Yes it does:
“The Supreme Court (SCOP), established in 1956, is the apex court in Pakistan’s judicial hierarchy, the final arbiter of legal and constitutional disputes. The court consists of a Chief Justice and sixteen other judges. There is also provision for appointment of acting judges as well as ad hoc judges in the court.”
The government of Pakistan has been trying to get rid of Justice Isa for a while and recently attempted to charge him with failure to disclose properties owned by his wife in order to avoid paying taxes on them. I had no idea just how independent the Supreme Court of Pakistan can be.
It is definitely more of a democracy than Turkey, except for the prolonged public “legal lynchings” of non-Muslims accused of blasphemy.

A few years ago, Muslim lawyers in Pakistan celebrated the UNLAWFUL ASSASSINATION of a Pakistani governor who had questioned the blasphemy law.
It is a relief that a Pakistani judge has determined that Islamic TERRORISTS are not above the law in Pakistan … even though many Pakistani lawyers believe they are.

But Mortimer, note that they take a threat against an accused embezzler seriously, but not against someone opposing the horrors of Shari’ah. I doubt this is really their taking a strong stance against Islamic terror overall.

Hi Robert, I really like this article in particular because you quoted the Quran as part of your evidence. I am currently in facebook jail because I claimed that Islam is directly seditious to the US Constitution and should be outlawed in the US. I have studied the Quran but I do not know verses and frankly don’t have time with other activism to do the research. Can you give me the passage(s) in the Quran that discuss taking over the government where they settle?

I hope this helps, Glynnda:

It is but the Islamic way. Paper boy late with the paper? Kill the paper boy. Recently-purchased daughter-in-law screws up your favourite dish? She has dishonoured you. Kill the daughter-in-law.

Grimly so.

Why are the leaders of the free world and Christians not paying attention to these outright threats from Muslim/islamic leaders. The Muslim/Islamic migration invasion will result in the most evil violent, murdering of human beings ever.
