Germany’s efforts to probe Islamic Relief funding and ties to the Muslim Brotherhood are encouraging move. Security officials in Germany warn that Islamic Relief’s activity in the country poses “a bigger long term threat to Germany than Al Qaeda or ISIS.” So now Germany’s Free Democratic Party is “demanding an inquiry into the government’s funding of charity Islamic Relief and its links to the Muslim Brotherhood.” In addition to this, Germany also recently banned Iran-backed Hizballah’s activity on its soil and designated it a terrorist organisation.
Muslim Brotherhood groups are designated as terrorist groups by Bahrain, Egypt, Russia, Syria, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Despite this, they maintain broad influence in Western countries. It’s all because of the irrational fear of being deemed “Islamophobic” and “racist.” For a list of groups and individuals linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and specifically to Hamas), click HERE.
In 2011, Canada’s Revenue Agency wrote a notice to IRFAN under the subject heading Notice of Intention to Revoke International Relief Fund for the Afflicted and Needy — Canada:
Our analysis of the audit information has led the CRA to believe that IRFAN-Canada provides support to Hamas, a listed terrorist organization. Our findings indicate that IRFAN-Canada provided over $14.6 million in resources to operating partners that were run by officials of Hamas, openly supported and provided funding to Hamas, or have been listed by various jurisdictions because of their support for Hamas or other terrorist entities.
This led to the Conservative Harper government’s revocation of IRFAN’s charity status and the labeling of it as a terrorist organization. The Liberal government of Justin Trudeau, however, brought Islamic Relief right back into the mainstream. Islamic Relief, along with the National Council of Canadian Muslims (originally CAIR-CAN), was included in a Liberal government 23-million-dollar initiative to “monitor citizens for compliance” to make sure they adhered to “anti-Islamophobia” motion M-103, and which designated money for the training of law enforcement officers to recognize online and offline “hate.” In the name of “diversity” and “inclusion,” Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated groups are expanding in Western countries.
Every country for the sake of its freedom needs to investigate and designate all Muslim Brotherhood-connected groups as terrorist organizations. Any moneys transferred to such groups should be deemed an act of funding, aiding and abetting terrorist activities.
At the end of August, the new Islamic Relief Worldwide chairman Ihab Saad — who is based in the U.S. — celebrated the Muslim Brotherhood on social media, and expressed sympathies for former Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohammed Morsi.
Lorenzo Vidino, director of the programme on extremism at George Washington University, and an adviser on extremism to European governments, stated of Islamic Relief Worldwide:
“My research clearly shows a pattern in which prominent trustees and upper-level management embrace material that is strongly anti-Semitic, and supports Hamas and the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood.”
“Germany’s FDP urges probe into Islamic Relief funding and ties to Muslim Brotherhood,” by Nicky Harley, The National, October 7, 2020:
Politicians in Germany are demanding urgent answers over the government’s funding of charity Islamic Relief and its links to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Germany’s Free Democratic Party (FDP) is demanding an inquiry into the Muslim Brotherhood’s ties in the nation.
It follows previous warnings by security officials in Saxony that the group’s activities were a “bigger long-term threat” to Germany than Al Qaeda or ISIS.
In a list of 19 questions submitted to the Bundestag on Tuesday, the FDP is calling for the government to reveal the extent of the Muslim Brotherhood’s influence and its ties to Islamic Relief Germany, which has received millions in funding from taxpayers.
The party wants to know if background checks were carried out prior to the government issuing grants to Islamic Relief.
The FDP wants answers in relation to allegations Islamic Relief has helped to finance Hamas and what monitoring processes the government has in place – and it claims the German government has previous knowledge of the charity’s “significant personal connections” to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Islamic Relief Worldwide was designated by the UAE in 2014 as a terrorist organisation, because of its links to the global Muslim Brotherhood.
Burkhart Frier, who heads Germany’s domestic intelligence agency the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz in North Rhine Westphalia, told The Focus magazine last year that the Muslim Brotherhood’s activities were a bigger long-term threat to German democracy than Al Qaeda or ISIS.
It followed warnings from his colleague Gordian Meyer-Plath in 2017 that the Muslim Brotherhood was working to subvert democracy in his country.
A report published last week by leading British think tank the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation at King’s College London, titled The Islamic Movement in Britain, named Islamic Relief among a list of networks linked to the bankrolling of the Muslim Brotherhood in Europe.
In July, the charity’s board was forced to step down after it emerged one of its trustees, Heshmat Khalifa, had written anti-Semitic messages on Facebook in a tirade that lasted from 2014 to 2015.
The National revealed a further three senior employees of Islamic Relief Worldwide published social media posts showing support for Hamas and Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood.
German aid alliance group Aktion Deutschland Hilft has suspended Islamic Relief Germany’s membership until December 2021, with the charity’s funding frozen….

“bout effin’ time. Now will this lead to any results, or is this just another warning ignored?

The Muslim Brotherhood is the Egyptian Nazi Party. Do Germans get that?
While they consider that question, how about giving Merkel the heave ho?
Muslims intend to destroy Europe.

The Trudeau Liberals are in bed with the MB … and loving it.

You are correct and I dare think what a Biden/Harris administration would cast on the American public.

MB influences and is suspected to fund black Lives Matter. Trudeau works with IR and has donated millions of our tax dollars to them. IR has donated a lot of money to Hamas. Trudeau has also laundered at least $125 million to Hamas, laundered through the UNRWA, pretending it is for aid.

I know I would never trust any Muslim charity. I’m pretty sure some of the money they get would always manage to find its way to some Muslim terrorist mob. And, since Islam is always all about imposing Islam on everyone in the world, that’s what Muslims live for, I’m sure that that would be pretty well the only goal Muslim charity money would be used for. I’ve seen a few advertisements for a Muslim charity in a couple of areas of Sydney and I’ve always thought, yep, I bet some of that money is bound to find its way to Muslim terrorist types of people. No way would I ever trust such Muslim charity organisations. I consider islam to be barbaric and evil and definitely don’t want to see it make any progress in our world.

Tim, for a long time I thought that many Islamic charities were laundering money for Jihad terror. Then I realized that it is worse than that–“Zakat”, often mistranslated as “charity”, actually includes Jihad first and foremost among the things it funds.
tim gallagher says
Thanks for that, gravenimage. Of course, for many years now, since beginning to learn a bit about islam, I have had a very low opinion of this barbaric ideology, so I completely distrust everything about it. So, even though I didn’t know what you mentioned there, that jihad comes first for Muslim charities, I realise that everything that Muslims do is, above all, aimed at trying to strengthen Islam and impose it on all of us, so I immediately smelt a rat when I heard about Islamic charity. To me, it’s always them or us when it comes to islam. Islam is an enemy of all the values that I believe in and is completely incompatible with the things I believe in. One of the adverts I saw, aimed at the Muslims around Sydney, included that term zakat in its call for money to be donated to it. I seem to recall googling zakat to find out what it meant after seeing this strange term on the billboard type advert. What you say about “laundering” money, etc, Muslims always seem to be up to crooked, criminal stuff. Here in Australia, they ripped off the schools system, have been into child care scams, insurance fraud through faked car crash injuries, etc. It never ends, complete crooks. Of course, infidel law just doesn’t mean anything to them. Islam is a low ideology that encourages criminal behaviour of all types. I can’t see how Muslims are any good for our countries.

Thanks, Tim. Here’s Qur’an 9:60:
Zakat expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakat] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler – an obligation [imposed] by Allah . And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
…
“Bringing hearts together for Islam” is Da’wa. Then the “Cause of Allah” (Fi sabilillah) is funding Jihad:
With regards to this phrase’s use in Qur’an 9:60 above, according to Maududi majority of earliest Muslim scholars opined fi-sabilillah to mean Jihad, for example, the 14th century scholar Ibn Kathir explained it as: “In the cause of Allah is exclusive for the benefit of the fighters in jihad, who do not receive compensation from the Muslim Treasury.”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fi_sabilillah
Zakat has far more to do with spreading Islam through Da’wa and Jihad than it does to what we think of as charity–feeding and educating the poor and providing medical care.

It’s not like Muslim perfidy was some new discovery. Check out Rudyard Kipling, check out the “ethics” Muslims are taught to emulate.

Thanks for the comments, gravenimage, elee and Check Burry. gravenimage, you are a very knowledgeable person (detailed knowledge unlike me) about islam. (somewhat like mortimer). I never trust anything Muslims do, although I occasionally meet Muslims who do seem quite pleasant on a superficial level. Maybe they are people who aren’t serious about being followers of Islam, but were born into the Muslim crowd. I am so opposed to so many of the barbaric things Islam espouses that i am definitely an enemy of Islam. In so many ways, I simply think Islam is evil and inhumane. Here in Australia, the whole halal food scam, where some Muslim body was raking in money for certifying the food as halal got a bit of attention a while back. I haven’t heard much about it lately. Anyway that Muslims can find to rip off the hated infidel and live as parasites, they will indulge in. Plenty of the perfidy you refer to, elee. As you suggest, Check, I’d avoid buying things that provides money to Muslims because i figure some of the money will end up going to Muslim terrorist groups. Certainly, the moment I heard about Muslim charities, I was full of intense distrust. I don’t think I’m becoming paranoid. I think that, like most people here at Jihad Watch, I am realistic when it comes to Islam’s nature. If only far more people would wake the hell up. Waking enough people up has to be the answer to the problem of Islam. It’s a very slow process though.

100% correct, they both have encyclopedic knowledge bases regarding islam – very helpful to all readers.
But someone with just a “basic” knowledge of islam, like yourself, can realize how horrifically evil it is – and comment intelligently from a unique point of view.
Keep posting, tim!

Thanks for the comment, James. I’ll keep making comments here. There are many very knowledgeable people here at Jihad Watch. I know enough about Islam to know where I stand on the evil, barbaric ideology. I remember that I was surprised when I first read those quotes from the Koran calling for Muslims to go out and kill non-Muslims. It was probably here at Jihad Watch that I read them. Compared to many people who know absolutely nothing about islam’s nature, I am quite knowledgeable. I often tell people I know, who know nothing about islam, that I do know quite a bit about Islam. And compared to them , that is true. I have told quite a few of my leftie siblings and friends about Muhammad and Aisha, which has been a surprise to them. I used to write to our politicians in Australia and try to wake them up and I would include those quotes from the Koran, because I was convinced that they knew nothing at all about Islam. Like many people here, I see Islam as being about as evil as Nazism, so the fight against it has to go on.

Tere is a symbol on some packets or covering of food, looks very small, harmless, but it indicates that a tiny % of the paid price goes to mus charities, that is wrong. It should be made known to all just where your £ $ etc is being secretly sent to & what it is used for.
Lets see a big picture of this symbol so we can check if its on anything we buy, put it back on the shelf folks

Since the Berlin-Disco bombings 40 years ago (brothers Hamadi), Germany allowed preparing terrorist attacks targeting other countries in exchange for not having attacks in Germany. This includes no penalty if plans are found bombs constructed plus the financial part.Quite lucrative for German banks, knowing that any money laundry containing a split part of funding terror outside Germany will be overlooked. So the view into the brotherhood will stop if they assure no attacks in Germany. It’s the reboot of the logistic help Germans provided to the Ottomans for the Armenian Genocide. In school I never learned about that genocide in Germany. And all additional bribes to terrorist are told to be restitutions for Holocaust victims, so that the tax-payer feeling guilty asks no questions.

As Election Day approaches remember what Syed Abdul Ala Maududi, the founder of the Jamaat-e-Islami party, an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood hoods said and vote accordingly. “NON-MUSLIMS have ABSOLUTELY no RIGHT to seize the reigns of power in any part of God’s earth, nor to direct the collective affairs of human beings according to their own misconceived doctrines. If they do, the BELIEVERS WOULD be under an OBLIGATION to do their UTMOST TO DISLODGE THEM FROM POLITICAL POWER a AND MAKE THEM SUBSERVIENT TO THE ISLAMIC WAY OF LIFE.“
If you have a Muslim incumbent, you are under an obligation to DISLODGE Him or a “deficient of mind” woman from power.
