As usual, this author pulls you into the story of the character, so much so that you fall in love with each and every one of them.
This is Cole's story. Cole Winchester, the charmer of the siblings. I loved every minute reading Cole and Laney's story. And it was great catching up with what is happening with the rest of the Winchester siblings.
Now I can't wait for Tess's story.

One Beautiful Promise is book 4 and a standalone in the ‘Very Irresistible Bachelors’ series, a romance that gives you all the right feels.

Cole is a bachelor; he isn’t interested in settling down until he heads to Rome on a business trip and meets up with Laney; the woman that changes everything. Laney is focused on her career, she has had her fill of heartache for a lifetime, when Cole's pursuit doesn’t wavier maybe its time to let someone in.

I personally enjoyed reading Cole and Laney’s happily ever after, both deserving of all the good things that life has to offer. Hagen has delivered again, a author that has become a one click to me, i cannot wait to see where she takes this series and the remaining minor characters.

What a beautiful love story, to Rome with love. This is Cole Winchester and Laney Smith's story. Layla took me by surprise in giving Cole his partner before the lovely and oldest sibling Tess. Laney is Josie and her sister Isabella's friend. They grew up together and she is even close to their brothers Ian and Dylan. They are all from Montana. Laney Is tall, slender and with blue eyes and a mass of blonde hair. She is a surgical resident at Liberty hospital 🏥 in New York. She met Cole Winchester in Rome. Isabella had told Cole to get in touch with her because she was in Rome in a medical exchange program. She moved from Philadelphia for her residency after finishing medical school 🏫. Cole aka the "Charmer" and Chief of Operations with his cousin/brother Hunter. He grew up with their family As his mother went back to London. Cole was in Rome closing a real estate deal. They met and went on a tour together and got to know one another. They both came back to New York thinking 🤔😊 about each other and so they decide to go out and see what happens. This is another great romantic story as only Layla knows how to do, incorporating the family with the relationship of the two who are going out. Get this book 📚, it's well worth the money. Can't wait until my One and Only goes live. I have pre ordered this book and the next one One in a Million. I am a fan can't you tell.

Alway love how Layla Hagen incorporates family togetherness, I love the siblings and the cousin n extended family the relationships are so full of love. Cole is so hot and definately a charmer but so loving. You can see the instant he meets Laney she has him by hello:) love this book 5 star def!!!

This is book 4 in the series. This is Cole’s book and we are introduced to Laney. Out of all the Winchester’s, I thought Cole was going to be the hardest to fall and the funniest. Cole was in France on business and met up with Laney who was a friend of his family. She was going to show him around as he has never been before. Laney has been in France on a student exchange for medical school. She was wrapping up and would be returning to the USA. There was instant chemistry but Cole was a confirmed bachelor and Laney had baggage. They made a deal that this was a Fling in Paris and what happens here stays here. Cole left and was miserable but refused to admit to himself why. Laney was in the same boat but she at least admitted she wanted more but was not willing to reach for it. We go through their discovery and battles against themselves. I found this story a little disappointing. Although it had it’s funny moments, I didn’t feel Cole put up the “fight” we thought he would from the other books. As always though the family is hysterical and they always liven it up.

Cole is the charmer and on his trip to Italy, he reaches out to a family friend for sightseeing tips. Laney is passionate about being a doctor but 2 years ago, her personal life shattered when her husband suddenly died. She agrees to meet Cole and is surprised at the easy camaraderie and connection she has with him. They agree to keep their Rome adventure in Rome but when Cole is back in New York, he finds he can’t stop thinking about Laney. Now, this is very unusual for him, he hasn’t seen himself as a commitment guy. I had fun with this couple. They each have to overcome issues that could keep them apart but they become each other’s cheerleaders and support to navigate this next adventure. The Winchester family is a wonderful support system for Cole and they embrace Laney, making her feel wanted which is a boost she needs. I enjoyed this wonderfully fun romance.
