As expected.
On September 19, Jihad Watch reported that European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen “proposed abolishing current European Union asylum rules,” which state that “asylum seekers must apply for asylum in the first European Union member state they enter.” This is known as the Dublin agreement. Von der Leyon proposed replacing it with “a new European migration governance system,” to which she referred as a “new strong solidarity mechanism.”
Right from the day of the announcement, it was obvious that this “new” plan was not “new” at all. It was a recycling of the controversial UN Migration Pact which would in effect legitimize another wave of unvetted, illegal economic migrants swarming into the EU. The fallout was that many countries either abstained from signing on to the Pact, or downright refused to endorse it; those included the U.S., Hungary, and Israel.
The globalists of the EU are relentless. They continually devise ways to implement their open-door plans for the EU, but not without resistance from so-called “populists” who are striving to reintroduce some borders control and protect their national sovereignty.
More on this story. “Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic ‘oppose EU’s new migration pact,’” Euronews, September 24, 2020:
The EU’s bid to reform its migration policy has been met with mixed reactions from a number of countries with Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic outright opposing it.
Zoltan Kovacs, the spokesman for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, said on Twitter the country’s stance on migration “has been clear and unchanged” since 2015.
“We must ensure that the external borders of the EU and the Schengen Area remain perfectly sealed along all section.”
“Though it appears under a different name in the European Commission’s new package of proposals on migration and asylum, the migrant quota is still there, and Hungary opposes it, along with Poland and the Czech Republic,” he added.
The Commission’s proposed migration pact was unveiled on Wednesday and aims to streamline the migration and asylum process with faster screening. Member states will have to contribute their “fair share” based on their GDP ad population with those reticent to welcoming migrants and asylum seekers expected to help out in other ways.
Following the unveiling of the pact, leaders of the four countries making up the Visegrad group — Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland — met with Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
Czech President Andrej Babis also emphasized on Twitter after the meeting that “the protection of Europe’s border and the cessation of illegal migration” must be the main components of the bloc’s migration pact.
“I was also supported by the prime ministers of Hungary and Poland. What pleases me is that the proposal no longer includes mandatory quotas,” he went on…..

Thank God the fever of sanity and freedom is raising it’s feeble head in some countries in the EU. Let’s pray it spreads like a virus.

The Visegrád Four or V4 countries are Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. (Austria in the past has thought about joining the group, but as far as i know has thereafter changed course. This was about 5-6 years ago.)

Austria is not a member of V4. I think he meant Slovakia.
Though Austria has shown support for some V4 policies.

Note how the Left misuse words. Ursula von Der Leyen urges “solidarity”. What she really means is Submission.

I love Dominik Tarczynski. Sane, smart guy that defends his country!

Tarczynski doesn’t understand Mehrkill: she doesn’t want cheap labour, she doesn’t want to spread the burden. What she wants is the total destruction of Germany and then complete destruction of freedom in Europe. This is a communists project. The beautiful thing is that the communist planners are always wrong: Eastern Europe plus Austria and soon Italy will simply quit the EU. Then it is game over. The massive damage will cause the worst suffering since WWII

Why does Europe alone have to solve the problems that some parts of the world (everywhere Islam dominates) create for everyone else?
