I will conduct a 60 minute distance Reiki healing session for you at a mutually agreed upon time.  While I transmit the energy to you, I will use my intuitive gifts, healing energy, voice and intentions to channel a personalized healing mp3s for you. I record the sound of my toning for you as I work. You can listen on your computer or download the file to your phone at a later date for continued healing. 
 
You can use the recording at the start of a meditation session, or while simply relaxing and resting. I recommend listening with headphones.  Many clients elect to lay down to listen to the recording. If you feel guided, sing or tone along with the recording for an even more powerful experience!  The length of the session is dictated by Spirit.  Some sessions will be longer, some shorter.  Based on distance sessions I have done in the past, recordings may last from 25 to 30 minutes, perhaps longer.
 
Your recording may include toning of various notes and syllables to help you heal physically, emotionally and/or spiritually.  Some sessions may include prayers, messages from Spirit or songs.  It is common to hear many “OM” chants as well as mantras being sung.  I channel the session, so what gets sung or spoken is really up to Spirit and not me!  Every session is spontaneous, unique and I am continuously amazed at how different the energy feels for each person.
 
Past clients have reported profound feelings of peace and relaxation as well as physical sensations and releases while receiving Reiki energy healing and listening to their recorded sessions.  You can listen to your sound healing session as often as you feel guided.   I will upload and/or e-mail you the recording after your session is completed, within 48 hours of your order.  I will also include any pertinent notes about your session.
