He was just under stress, you greasy Islamophobe. It could happen to anyone. It won’t happen again. It couldn’t possibly happen again, right? All will be well and all manner of thing shall be well. Go back to sleep.
“Saint-Leu-la-Forêt: the Chechen student changed to defending terrorism,” translated from “Saint-Leu-la-Forêt : l’étudiant tchétchène avait basculé dans l’apologie du terrorisme,” by Frédéric Naizot, Le Parisien, December 10, 2020 (thanks to Mason):
A Chechen student defended acts of terrorism on the Internet, during the demonstrations of the yellow vests in 2019. Perfectly integrated, regretting his actions, he was sentenced to community service and escaped deportation from French territory.
The court took into account his integration and that of his entire family, who had fled the war to take refuge in France in 2006. While the 22-year-old Chechen student, originally from Saint-Leu-la-Forêt (Val- Oise), risked up to 7 years in prison and ban from French territory for having defended acts of terrorism on the Internet, the magistrates chose clemency and sentenced him to 70 hours of work of general interest. Without calling into question his university career and his naturalization procedures.
Comments posted on YouTube
It was in the midst of the yellow vests demonstrations. A subscriber to a YouTube channel, the student posted extreme comments under his pseudonym, during the evening of April 20, 2019. “Why don’t the yellow vests kill cops to set an example”, asked the user. He spoke of “Macron and his wife slaughtered like pigs”, and attacked former presidents and ministers by wondering “when are we going to stone them”. He also raised a question of “hanging high and short”.
M., also an En Marche activist who retreated from the movement, was identified and taken into custody. No video or element related to terrorism was found on his computer, supporting the thesis of a slip-up.
He hopes to become a financial analyst
He confesses to be a Muslim but moderately practicing, and hopes to become a financial analyst, and maintains a low profile in front of the Pontoise Criminal Court. “What you did there, it is very worrying”, emphasizes the president, who again takes up his remarks made in custody, showing that he had not then taken the measure of the situation. “If I had wanted to justify terrorism, I would have created a more opaque profile and I would have hidden myself better,” he told the gendarmes. “We are talking about beheading, stoning, murdering the police… These are acts of terrorism. It’s hard to understand… ”
M. explains the facts by fatigue, at a time when he was in preparatory class for the grandes écoles and had just received a very bad mark. “I had the stress that had accumulated during these two years”.
“Lots of people in prep do not commit these acts”, retorts the prosecutor. “You talk about slaughtering people. Others play video games to relieve stress…”
“I had lost all lucidity, all judgment”
In her indictment, the prosecutor underlined the context of the time. “These facts occur at a very precise moment. There were live broadcasts of the throat cut by Daesh. The atmosphere was already particularly tense. It is even more so to this day,” she emphasizes. “For people who are more vulnerable, less balanced than him, this can cause harmful and nauseating ideas, and we know how this can end,” she underlines. The assassination of Samuel Paty reminds us of what the scope of comments on the Internet can be. “It is all the more worrying to see someone so intelligent and posed in life committing these facts”, adds the prosecutor.
“I was really not aware of what I was doing, I had lost all lucidity, all judgment”, assures the student, whose record is blank, and who apologizes to the police, to the presidents to the ministers …” I am deeply sorry. France welcomed us. I thank her. My three sisters have French nationality.” “He died of shame,” pleaded his lawyer, wishing “a fair sentence in view of his profile.” Which the court granted him.

just for comparison:
In Germany, a 70-year-old man was recently sentenced to pay 13 000 € for posting on FB under a photo of a caravan on refugees:
“You can’t stop the ants parade just like that. You need to put the lid on the honey pot.”
Yes, friends, almost 15 000 US-$. Just for that phrase.
We need to fight Nazis, you know.

His entire family fled the war to take refuge in France only to agitate for war where they have sought refuge.
I keep seeing this same thing happen in different locations. I do believe I see a pattern developing here.
I wont get too worked up by this because he is singling out Macron for death and Macron appears to want that.

What better place for someone who loses his lucidity when faced with adversity then loose upon the public. Can judges be made responsible for the inevitable deaths and wounds to be suffered as a result?

This will come to all countries that have open borders to Muslims/Islamics. Islam wants nothing short of world dominance.

France: ‘Perfectly integrated’ Muslim migrant student calls for killing cops and Macron, won’t be deported
………………
Funny how so many of these “perfectly integrated” Muslims turn out to be anything but. That he is not being deported is just insane.
