The world yawns. Neither the perpetrators nor the victims fit the establishment media narrative, so this will get no attention.
“Hundreds of Pakistani Christian Families Flee Neighborhood Following Threats of Violence,” International Christian Concern, December 27, 2020:
12/27/2020 Washington, D.C. (International Christian Concern) – International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that hundreds of Pakistani Christian families from Charar, a neighborhood in Lahore, have fled their homes after a mob of Muslims threatened to set fire to their neighborhood. Local sources report that the mob threatened the Christians after a faith-based social media post was published by a local pastor.
“Pastor Raja Waris published a faith-based post on Facebook on December 22, which Muslims claim hurt their religious sentiments,” Saleem Khokhar, a displaced Christian from Charar, told ICC. “The pastor apologized for the post and the issue was resolved the next day.”
To date, no blasphemy charges have been filed against Pastor Waris for the offending social media post. However, Pastor Waris and his family have gone into hiding due to threats issued against them by local extremists. Even though the issue of the social media post has been resolved, a mob of hundreds of Muslims continues to protest against the Christians of Charar. According to locals, the mob has demanded that Pastor Waris be beheaded for publishing the offending post.
“The situation turned dangerous when someone found out the Muslims were planning to set fire to the houses of Christians,” Khokhar told ICC. “This forced the Christians to flee the neighborhood.”
Police have been deployed to Charar to keep the mob’s protests from turning violent. Despite the police presence, many Christians have stayed away from the neighborhood and sought shelter with friends and relatives.
“This is supposed to be a time of joy and celebration,” Khokhar told ICC. “But we are out of our homes and begging our relatives and friends to protect and feed us. None of us are feeling good about this situation.”…

And what is the useless Khan doing about this disgrace.
glendl says
It is not a disgrace under Sharia law. If the arsonists were arrested & convicted, they would appeal to the mullahs and the verdict would be set aside.
It it against Sharia law for a Moslem to interfere in what another Moslem is doing to an Infidel.
There in lies the the problem. The second problem is that our leaders will not condemn Moslems.
Westman says
My guess is Khan doesn’t want to jeopardize his relationship with the clerics.
Who is really in charge, the Muslim clerics or the government? They seem to play different roles; the clerics controlling the citizens at the local level unless the situation calls for police/military force. Are the clerics “super citizens” who work and share power with government, using religion to control the people and preserve a privileged place for themselves?
Can there be an uncorrupted government if it must share power with Islamic clerics?

I’m not sure there is any reason to suppose that Khan really *wants* to stop this kind of savagery.
Infidel says
He’s way over his head. He still has the support of the military and of Beijing, which will likely keep him in office. The clerics are pissed at him b’cos he’s not been supporting the Uyghurs (this is one thing where the islamic republic is at odds w/ its ulema, since the former needs to appease Beijing while the latter genuinely lives by the spirit of the ummah) and hasn’t snapped diplomatic relations w/ France either. So he can’t afford to piss off the ulema even more
Those Christians should somehow hightail it to India and seek refuge there under the CAA. Maybe move to Goa or Kerela if they want to live in a Christian environment

What do you mean “disgrace”? If anything, this only boosts Khan’s rating among muslims (who are 99% of the Pakistan population). The more muslim crimes upon non-muslims that Khan turns a blind eye on, the more his rating grows.
He was forced to stop a Christmas jihad attack because it would’ve been too massive to cover up, but small jihad terrors like these are perfectly okay because as Robert Spencer points out above “Neither the perpetrators nor the victims fit the establishment media narrative, so this will get no attention.”
somehistory says
“None of us are feeling good about the situation.” What an understatement!
Saying anything religious that is not positive about islam…which is impossible for an honest person…is akin to throwing sand on two fighting dogs. Apologizing does no good, either; because the moslims don’t want it to. Better results would come from apologizing to the two dogs.

It does disappoint me that the Anglican hierarchy here can say nothing about the persecution of Christians around the world while endlessly mourning the decline in Church attendances here.
gravenimage says
Grimly true. And the Catholics and Lutherans are generally no better, *Everyone* should be speaking out against this persecution.
Infidel says
If you look at the 3 major churches – Anglican, Catholic and Russian Orthodox, none of them are confronting islam. Anglican is virtually led by Charles, Catholic by Francis and Russian by Kiril/Putin. I recall RS asking the OpIndia editor Nupur Sharma which church in India was colluding w/ the muslims, but that question was almost redundant, since the only church that I think is not pro-muslim is the Southern Baptist church.
Amongst religions, only religions whose clergy class is opposed to Islam are Hinduism, Therevada Buddhism (the Dalai Lama, who leads the Mahayanas, is hopelessly pro-islamic) and the non-Khalistani edition of Sikhism. Not sure whether the Rabbinate in Israel is pro- or anti- Islamic. As you say, all should be, but very few are

and we just decided to send these murderous heathens million in fictitious aid , if they can afford nuclear weapons they can afford their own bloody teachers to teach the shite that they are ???

Islam is religion of peace indeed. They ruin themselves and world and must react to PM Khan that if this does not stop we embargo Pakistan. It is shame of Pakistan. UN officials including communist WHO from Somalia in charge they never put vaccines?
Walter Sieruk says
There are many Muslims who strongly dislike Christians, as in Pakistan. Some of those Muslims even hate Christians so much that they even become violence against them and burn their Bibles. One reason for this is that in the mosques and madrasas the Muslim clerics, as the imams who speak many awful and unproven terrible things against Christians and Christian doctrine.
So much so the many Muslims get all worked up against Christians and Christian teachings and some those Muslims commit violent actions against Christians. Such false religious teachers, as those Muslim clerics, who speak to people unfounded and invalid evil things about Christians and Christian doctrines have been described in the Bible. For the Bible informs the reader in Second Peter 2:12. “They speak evil of things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption.” [N.K.J.V.]
It also should be make clear that in this specific above Bible verse, as well as in John 3:16. The word “Perish” does not mean loss of being but loss of well-being. As in going to ruin by ending up in languishing in torment in a terrible place of suffering that the Bible calls hell. Luke 16:19-31.

Pakistan: Hundreds of Christian families flee after Muslims threaten to set fire to their neighborhood
……………….
Just horrifying. And don’t expect any action from Pakistani authorities. This is all perfectly Islamic.
JohnTheRevelator says
The fact that the media doesn’t report it shows that they know all too well what Muslims are like and don’t want to trigger riots and attacks in western nations.
Meanwhile some Muslima invents a fake story about her hijab being grabbed and it makes international headlines. We’re repeating history and making all the wrong mistakes, foolishly believing that we can appease and placate Muslims. It will only make it worse.
The reality that we don’t want to admit in the West is that Muslims are an enemy that’s equal to or worse than the Nazis. Partly why the media/govt elites don’t want to discuss Muslims is because something will have to be done about them and nobody wants to put their neck on the line, literally in this case.
They keep kicking the can down the road but that road will eventually come to an end. We cannot avoid the confrontation with this death cult no more than we could’ve avoided the Nazis. Those that tried to make peace deals with Hitler eventually got conquered or attacked. It will be no different with Muslims.
However as Muslims are a much weaker enemy and smaller in population at least in the West, we have many options of defeating them. China’s treatment of the Uighurs is one possible solution, so is deportation, all we need is the will to do it. The worst possible thing we could do for ourselves and future generations is to stand by and do nothing at all….that will guarantee a much harder fight or that Islam will conquer us.
Part of the problem is tribalism. Liberals think Christians being persecuted is not their problem and vice versa. So long as we think it’s someone else’s problem we’ll get picked off as groups and there will be no one left to save us. We need to unite as non-Muslims and help other non-Muslims being persecuted by Muslims wherever they may be.

I suspect that the UK gives ‘foreign aid’ to Pakistan. In return they send the UK their ‘girl groomers.’ Not the best of bargains!
OLD GUY says
This could come to your neighborhood if CAIR and the liberal left have their way. Islam is the religion of hate and violence against all Christians. The more we open our borders to the migrant invaders the more demands they will make to protect themselves, while interfering with our freedom of speech and religion. Islam wants to dominate the world with sharia and dictatorship rule.

With a birth rate more than five times the birthrate of Christians is there any doubt that we are contributing to our own demise.
