***I absolutely LOVED this book, it was a rollercoaster of emotions with some sharp turns and surprises! Connor and Sophie's story was originally a trilogy written in 3rd person POV. Ivy then chose to re-release in first person and as much as I loved this the first time round, getting a little more personal with them both was even more enjoyable!***
Sophie and Connor were highschool friends, Connor always loved and wanted more with Sophie but she only really saw him as a friend. Then she suddenly dropped everything when offered to pursue her singing career away from her hometown.
Sophie became a pop sensation and was loved by all, until something went wrong and then she found herself on the blunt end of the savage press, and her fans were turning on her.
Sophie returned to her hometown to finish her education low key and under a new identity to stop the gossiping press from finding her, then she finds herself faced once again with Connor. Except this time, he is different and a LOT had changed about him...
Sophie can't resist the new Connor, but her fame comes with a hefty price, a price that Connor is going to find out all about thanks to a bitter ex of his...

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THIS BOOK!!! FIVE STARS AND MORE!!! IVY WILD HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!!

READ THIS BOOK!!! (this should have been my review because it is as simple as that, but i am more talkative than that, so i will write just a teeny tiny more)...
Connor and Sophie are FIRE! Really, like BURNING HOT, STEAM AT DANGEROUS LEVELS, FIRE!!!
They were college friends whose friendship "ended" when Sophie pursued her music career and left a devastated Connor behind. The book takes us to the "Present" which is 5 years after Sophie left, and to the "Past" where we get the glimpses of their friendship, Connor's secret feelings towards Sophie, and what their lives were like after they both made it big.
This was such an emotional read about sometimes the best things in life are not the glitter-y and sparkl-y stuff, but the best things in your life are right in front of you in the form of your best friend, a shy boy (who turns out was not shy AT ALL five years later) who worships you at your lowest point and your highest achievement. Connor's devotion and love for Sophie was amazing to read 💕 He is so fierce in how he loves and protects her, i swooned over him!!! He was always so certain of his feelings for Sophie, never once doubted or thought twice of whether they belonged together or not!
An amazing surprise was Sophie's friendship to Skyler. At first i was skeptical because usually in other books the "friend" usually turns into an enemy or a traitor, and i was waiting the shoe to drop at some point. I am SO GLAD that this book strayed away from this cliche, and we saw a genuine friendship that was real ❤️👭❤️
And let me comment now on the intimate scenes, which i loved, adored, and loved, and adored some more!!! I like to read about the sex in the books. I am not ashamed about that. I don't find it realistic to write a book about love and the couple who are presented as PASSIONATELY in love with one another either does not have sex, or they do with the covers on, or it's just "and then the hero and heroine spent a steamy night together"... Nop! I hate vanilla romance, i really like to read about passion and fire, and lust, and rough sex, and dirty-talking, and alpha men and willing women who are not afraid to explore. I want to read about and feel the passion between the characters. But because i am greedy, i want it all! I want the sex AND the feels! It frustrates that books are either too lovey-dovey or they are too erotic and focused on sex that they do not make me feel that the characters feel passion, lust, or love when they are not having sex.
Well, this book had it all!! I loved that this book has A LOT OF HOT AF sex scenes (and especially the last one was EPIC). For me, i felt the love, angst, lust they were feeling towards one another. Get ready to read some VERY hot sex scenes with dirty-talking, and a bit of dominance. Who knew that the shy boy from college would turn into such a dirty-talking, dominant man? I love Connor's dirty talk and name-calling, and i loved that this book showed that it IS okay to enjoy filthy, dirty sex and name-calling during sex. The author is on another level with writing intimate sex scenes!
Really though, the STEAM is WAY OFF THE CHARTS! DANGEROUS LEVELS! Read with caution 😉
Five effing stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And many, many more stars if it was possible! There is friendship, there is a plot, there is love, there is some grudge-turned-hate sex at some point, there is fierce devotion, there is sex that is beyond steamy and hot. What else could i ask for? Loved it beyond words!

Wow! After I finished THE ESTATE, I was curious about INFAMOUS, written by Ms. Wild. Just a tad confused because CHASING THE IDOL sounds like the same exact book????
Nevertheless, INFAMOUS clearly exposes all of the greed and danger brand new singers face, when they sign on with unscrupulous record companies.
Connor is still deeply in love with Sophie. He is also hurt that all communication was cut off when she moved to Los Angeles. But when she returns home and Connor discovers just how much trouble Sophie may be in, from greedy and double-dealing record producers, Connor goes on the war path to save the woman he loves.
Great story but still too many over the top sex scenes that interrupt the flow of the story.

Second Chance Done Right!!
This is my first time reading this author and now I’m adding her to my go-to author list. I loved Connor and Sophie with the connection they had since high school. The difference back then was that Sophie put Connor in the friend zone even though Connor wanted more. Then Sophie walked away and went on to make a career as a famous pop star. Now she’s back home trying to get away from the limelight which has driven her to hide.
I love the rollercoaster ride and the steam was even better!! I can’t wait to read from Ms. Wild.

I absolutely adore Connor and Sophie. Their story took me on a crazy roller coaster that I hoped would never end.
Connor is successful, he is protective and 100% alpha male. You can’t help but swoon over the man. His love for Sophie shows and he isn’t afraid to let that love show, either. Sophie escaped her life in LA and is looking for finish up school. I loved Sophie. She is sweet, strong, sassy, but somewhat naïve. She grows so much as a character throughout this book and I loved it.
Connor and Sophie were best friends, until Sophie suddenly left. The two of them have amazing chemistry and I couldn’t get enough of it. They were drawn to each other from the start, even after years without any sort of contact and that connection just seamed to grow hotter as the story progressed.
Can we just take a moment to talk about Skylar though? I love that woman and I am SO EXCITED for her story! I loved her and Sophie’s friendship. They truly bonded instantly and became best friends.
If you’re looking for a second chance romance that is full of steam, sweet moments, amazing characters and some drama this is one to check out!

The story of Sophie and Connor is full of drama, passion and roller coaster ride full of emotion.
It started with two friends from high school that become more to each other than just friends.The talent that Sophie has takes her away to LA to start with promising career opportunity but that all changes when she can no longer write the songs and the company decides to throw her away to even more cruel partners. After the lies that were spread all over the media her path takes her back to school where she’s once again faced with Connor. Once she’s exposed of her surroundings , Connor is determined to help her to get her name cleared and get her songs back. But to get there there are many challenges they both have to face.
As for the new author this is absolutely amazing written story and I would Highly recommend this to everyone. Add this to your list because you are going to live it 💜💜💜

Connor is a SAUCY, DELICIOUS, HOT, possessive, successful and lets be real a bossy alpha but GOD DAMN! Who doesn't like them in their alpha mode!
Sophie & Connor's relationship is deep and harbours some untold secrets which fuel the sexual tension. Making it JAW DROPPINGLY enticing and HOLY HELL there are some HOT & steamy scenes in this book and Connor sure as hell knows what he is doing! GOD DAMN YOU CONNOR!! 😍

I loved the book the first time around and this time was no different. I fell in love with the characters all over again. Only when I started reading it I realised how much I missed Sophie and Conner.
I loved the chemistry they shared and this book is just a roller-coaster ride!!! I love Conner's overprotective alpha nature and his possessiveness over Sophie and the lengths he is willing to go to prove how much he loves Sophie.
After being hurt in the past, Sophie doesn't want to get her hopes up about Conner but the chemistry between them is just sizzling, there is no mistaking that!! Conner is ready to spend his whole life trying to prove to Sophie that he is not going anywhere and they are meant to be together forever.
I love both Sophie and Conner, how great they are together!!

Being able to go above and beyond the original trilogy was definitely not expected, but Ivy has outdone herself with this remake!!
The retelling of Connor and Sophia’s story, how their feelings escalated and blossom into a beautiful, loving, and passionate relationship, was beautifully done, causing my emotions to escalate once again. Especially with Connor displaying his normal sexual, nostalgic demeanor and Sophia’s willingness desire for his impudent ways, had me hooked again, falling right back in love with their passion.
Combining both of their hidden secrets, drives their passion for one another and harboring some longing feelings from their past. Their sexual tension is so irresistible, so enticing, with some EXTRA STEAMY AND SATISFYING sexual encounters that reveals Connor’s possessive, alpha male side that will even leave the reader feeling completely satisfied with their sexual experience!
Ivy has managed to captivate me with the story that first made me fall in love with her writing style, and even though I was hesitant at first with her changing the story from third person to an even more steamy first person, to say I am more than satisfied and proud of her success with this story would definitely be an understatement! As she continues to write, her writing style continues to escalate at such an advanced speed that she will soon be at the top of the charts! And, Connor and Sophia will forever have a special place in my heart ❣️

Sophie Stronglen (aka "Sophia Strong") is a pop singer whose music career was abruptly cut short after her music label assigned her to another music management. After learning that running away from her problems and the public finding out her whereabouts in her hometown, she decides to go back to face the music in Los Angeles to protect Connor from her scandal. Sophie starts finding out how deep into trouble she is by trusting the wrong people.
Connor Driscoll knows he's in love with Sophie. He's been waiting so long to claim her as his own. Bumping into her years after had not eradicated his feelings for her. This time, he is NOT going to let her slip his fingers again without a good explanation. As he learns more about what happened to Sophie five years ago, the more he is stepping up his game to win her back. He is ready to risk it all for their relationship because he knows that he will do everything in his power for their HEA.
Before anything - Infamous is the combined version of the trilogy series previously titled Chasing the Idol, Running from Fate, and Beating the Odds. The story may be the same, but everything feels different this second time around.
No matter how much I try to prepare for the drama, I still fell for everything - hook, line, and sinker.
I thought because I previously read the trilogy already that I wouldn't feel so much. So WRONG!
My heart hurt.
I cried buckets.
I felt raw and hopeless for Connor and Sophie's situation.
BUT
I did throw the happy dance when it was all over (again)!
This combined version intensifies the suspense and drama of the storyline, so be prepared. The POV change, but it did not negate Sophie's dilemma, Connor's deep feelings, or the story's drama. The book is long and heavy, so be patient and just read on.
In the first part of the book (Chasing the Idol), the author introduces readers to Sophie and Connor - meeting again after so long and in precarious positions. Will their past dictate their friendship status, or will they be strangers forever?
Bumping into Connor was the turning point of everything.
Readers will see a broken and self-pity Sophie trying her best to pick her life back. Starting again means finishing off her degree and find a job. A job that will take her to anonymity, but Fate had other plans.
I liked the second part of the book, Running From Fate, a lot. In this part of the book, I got a better connection for Sophie and her plight. I felt every emotion she went through - joy, disappointment, pain, and hopelessness— all of this due to fame and fortune. Sophie shot to fame at a young age to become the biggest pop sensation. The flashbacks were great and helped readers understand more about what happened to Sophie and Connor individually, leading them to act the way they did in the first part.
I did love Connor's "take-charge" attitude in helping Sophie, whether she wants to or not, near the end of this second section.
By the time readers get to Beating the Odds, the third and final section of the book, they will see a flicker of hope of things for Sophie and Connor. Sleezebag characters came into light and "resolved" in the previous section. Still, nothing could prepare Sophie and Connor for an even bigger, more powerful evil that seeks to destroy their happiness for more money.
I love supporting characters! Both have their "wall of support" in the form of an ingenious and resourceful assistant named Kris for Connor and a lovely lady named Skyler for Sophie.
Kris is the competent assistance and "right-hand man" of Connor at Pheonix Development. He has proven himself worthy in many ways in series and was essential in Connor's plan to "fix" Sophie's contract issues.
Sophie bonded with Skyler, a waitress in her and Connor's favorite hangout spot, and was critical in "changing" the book's course.
Yes, I genuinely believe that without her, Connor and Sophie will not end up together. She is GOLD!!!
Overall, my impression of the book:-
If you are a first time reader or if you missed out on this great series the first time, you are in for a treat! It is for suspense, drama, romance fanatics. Infamous is what you want on your bookshelf.

Before anything - Infamous is the combined version of the trilogy series previously titled Chasing the Idol, Running from Fate, and Beating the Odds. The story may be the same, but everything feels different this second time around.
No matter how much I try to prepare for the drama, I still fell for everything - hook, line, and sinker.
I thought because I previously read the trilogy already that I wouldn't feel so much. So WRONG!
My heart hurt.
I cried buckets.
I felt raw and hopeless for Connor and Sophie's situation.
BUT
I did throw the happy dance when it was all over (again)!
This combined version intensifies the suspense and drama of the storyline, so be prepared. The POV change, but it did not negate Sophie's dilemma, Connor's deep feelings, or the story's drama. The book is long and heavy, so be patient and just read on.
In the first part of the book (Chasing the Idol), the author introduces readers to Sophie and Connor - meeting again after so long and in precarious positions. Will their past dictate their friendship status, or will they be strangers forever?
Bumping into Connor was the turning point of everything.
Readers will see a broken and self-pity Sophie trying her best to pick her life back. Starting again means finishing off her degree and find a job. A job that will take her to anonymity, but Fate had other plans.
I liked the second part of the book, Running From Fate, a lot. In this part of the book, I got a better connection for Sophie and her plight. I felt every emotion she went through - joy, disappointment, pain, and hopelessness— all of this due to fame and fortune. Sophie shot to fame at a young age to become the biggest pop sensation. I really enjoyed reading this book, this is my first Ivy Wild read. Sophie is a sweet but naive woman who has gotten railroaded by the Hollywood/celebrity scene. Connor is her best friend from college who never gave up on Sophie even when she left him in the past to pursue her dreams. The two reconnect in quite a rollercoaster ride back to each other. Sophie has been broken by life and Connor has his heart broken when she left, so the question is how to do they find their way back to each other and what obstacles will be in their path? Sophie and Connor have a super sweet love story with a love of steam!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Sophie was sitting in front of the counselor trying to sign up for college classes. She was a 27 year old, washed up pop star who dropped out of college with only has 1 semester remaining to get her degree.
Connor was speaking with one of his students when a ghost from his past caught his attention. He would bet his life it was Sophie even though she had left without any goodbyes when she left for the west coast for her singing career. After several unanswered calls and finally her blocking his number, he tried to forget her which is darn hard when she's on the cover of every magazine and all over the radio.
I LOVED THIS STORY!!! Sophie is beat down from the lies and greed of her record label. Connor is not only a gorgeous alpha male, but he has spent the last five years building the authority in green construction. The sex in this book is beyond smoking hot. Just W.O.W. The storyline is wonderful and all of the characters are well developed. This book has greed, betrayal, jealousy, and did I mention hot hot sex.
My only complaint is that someone didn't get punished for her part in everything Sophie and Conner had to endure. There is no way raised woman has any redeemable qualities to have a happily ever after. But,, I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading more books from Ivy Wild!

She did love her best friend but since neither she nor Connor had ever (until that last night) voiced how much they really cared for each other it was without a second thought Sophie flew off to LA, leaving Connor back in DC, both of them alone.
Ivy Wild, girl, this story! Everything, it had everything readers are looking for.
A beautiful backstory about Sophie and Connor bringing them full circle and eventually back together. To get them there though, wow….wide eyed excitement, reality of the toughness of the music industry, the escape back to a safe spot and then the support and love of a best friend.
Now I asked for a fan earlier, I’d like some iced tea with that fan, because damn girl this book was flaming hot and I need to cool down! Really if your wondering why you smell smoke…Ivy Wild ignited the pages with heat, passion and love!
I believe a story has to touch a reader. Make them want to change places with the charters in the book – this book does that. I believe a story has to hold a reader – take their emotions, screw them all up and then hand them back repaired – this book does that. I believe a story has to draw in a reader, involve them and when they are finished reading they feel fulfilled – this book does that.

Sophie sold her soul to a record company leaving everything behind including her best friend Connor. He was put in the friend zone, but it didn't stop the feelings he harbored for Sophie. Years later, Sophie has to come home to hide out because things turned bad with her career, and she needs peace to figure out who she really is. It's not long before she comes face to face with Connor, and he's still got her back though she knows she doesn't deserve him. Only there's so much more to it since the chemistry is now leveled up making it impossible to resist him for any length of time. It leads to super sexy times which should come with a warning at the beginning to have a fan at the ready. However, just because Sophie is in hiding doesn't mean the paps aren't still trying to find her so they can break the story first which had me on edge of my seat anxiously waiting on the other shoe to drop because you already know that people can be horrible when it comes to stars. Is Connor ready for the chaos of her life to come for them?! You know what to do to find out! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

This book is a re-release of Ivy's Infamous trilogy, all together in one book and re-written in first person instead of third!
I already loved this story, well it being re-written now in first person, I love it even more! Being able to see the story through the characters own eyes will make you fall in love with Connor even more. This book had it all, mystery, intrigue, steamy sex scenes, and amazing chemistry between not only Connor and Sophie, but between Sophie and Skylar as well! Their friendship was so real and they just clicked. This story will have you glued to the pages, not being able to put it down because you need to know what is going to happen next! I loved every second of it and Connor is dreamy and everything you could ever ask for in a hero. He knows what he wants and he is going to fight for it! Sophie is such a strong heroine and Connor and Sophie together is fire! You do not want to miss out on this story because it will leave you wanting more! I'm hoping Ivy will write about some of the secondary characters as well, because I want to know more about them and stay in this world! I loved this story!

This is Sophie and Conner’s story we get to see where they are and where they started. Sophie a fallen singer and Conner the guy she left behind once she got her start in the music industry. Sophie returns to her hometown after a scandal and needs time away from the spotlight but in doing something to avoid all she has known for the past few years enrolls in college to finish out her degree but has no idea that her best friend Connor now is a part time professor and runs into him accidentally but he’s not the same nice guy he once was the one willing to do anything for Sophie that all changed once she left him behind and never bothered to contact him not at all. However some things remain the same as they both deal with her coming back.
Things are going great for them and Conner will do whatever he must to keep it that way. He won’t let Sophie be torn away from him when the past starts catching up to both of them.

This book shows the dangerous side of the industry, by not looking through a rose tinted lens, all the while giving us a second chance romance to get behind. The first half of the book focuses on the re-connecting of Sophie and Connor and how they adjust to being back in other’s lives. The second focuses on the fallout from Sophie’s loss of fame and whether or not her career or love life is salvageable.
Over their time apart Connor has grown into his skin and has grown in confidence which leads to some pretty steamy scenes when the two reconnect physically. He likes to be in control and it shows.
There were aspects of Infamous I really enjoyed, I enjoyed seeing the harsher side of fame this gave us and how Connor tries to help Sophie towards the end of the book, it was quite cleverly done, and of course I loved the steam! But, the reason for a slightly lower rating from me is because I struggled to connect with the characters a little. At first I thought this was because we don’t see their relationship before her disappearance so it was difficult to properly gauge the change in their dynamic, but there are snippets of the past a little later on, giving us the lead up to Sophie’s fame which helped with that.
Overall this was a good read, and if you enjoy singer romances with a healthy dose of steam then definitely pick it up.

This is a friend to lovers, a little bit of second chance of romance, featuring Sophie and Connor, two best friends who lost the touch when Sophie received the offer of her life. She is a singer, writing songs and singing them, while Connor was that type of a nerd who learned too much, but in the end, he is very successful and not a nerd type anymore, he is a great man, still loving Sophie and protecting her, he is an alpha male too. *wink*wink*
What can I say, Sophie was really screwed up by her label, and the side characters who wanted to hurt Sophie and Connor made me very mad, like I wanted to strangle them, why couldn’t they have an easy life after all they have went through. I would have liked to find out what happened to Aubrey. And also, I felt that the ending came too fast, like I would have liked to read more about Sophie and Connor in an epilogue, about their future, their family.
This story kept entertained, the story flowed easily, one thing which I didn’t really like was how Sophie saw herself, unworthy and always trying to steer Connor away from her, to not damage his life, image, and company. It got annoying at some point.
Should I talk a little bit of Connor too? Well, sincerely I was surprised that he turned like he is now, he gave me another vibe at the beginning, but he is intense and calculated, he has a good heart, and how he acts in the bedroom, well Sophie is one lucky lady.

This is part of the Kings of Capital series but is read as a standalone. You'll love Sophie and Connor's story but be warned it will take you on one wild roller coaster ride. The book is full of emotions - regret, sadness, joy, redemption, love, etc. They were best friends and then she received an incredible music offer and they parted ways, They were both in love with each other they just didn't realize it at the time. He was a little nerdy when he was younger but went on to become very successful. Sophie was so talented but insecure and this expanded when her record label did her dirty. There's lots of drama when she comes on along with an annoying press and some turmoil so she leaves. This is a friends to lovers romance that will grab your heart and find it heard to put down once you start reading. No shortage of steam in the bedroom and an happy ending. The characters are amazing and it won't take you long to fall in love with them. I read a book via Booksirens and voluntarily chose to review it.

Love the concept of this story... Connor & Sophie were high school besties, until Sophie’s singing career takes off and she takes off too leaving Connor behind! 5 years later, a media scandal leaves Sophie heading back home to her old life to finish her degree and ultimately back to Connor.... but Connors not the same meek boy she left behind... he is 5 years older, a lot more alpha, hot as hell and a successful business man! He also knows exactly what he wants and how he wants it!! Connor has always loved Sophie, but has she missed her chance, will she realise what’s been in front of her all along!
There are twists and unexpected turns, revelations & devastations. This book had all the feels, the storyline was gripping & the characters were relatable & loveable.. I loved following Connor & Sophie’s journey, facing the many obstacles in their way & watching their relationship grow! Skyler is the bestie every girl needs, I loved her character and can’t wait for her story!

Connor and Sophie were best friends as teenagers, until Sophie is offered the opportunity to follow her dream of a singing career, which has her dropping everything and leaving him behind. Now that Sophie’s career has gone down the tubes and she is now the popstar being hounded by the press due to lies and manipulations, she returns to her hometown. When Sophie and Connor meet again, she quickly realises that he is not the boy she left behind, he is now a successful businessman who knows what he wants. The chemistry between these two is intense and undeniable. I loved Skylar that girl was a total hoot. This is a well written seamlessly written tale which is an emotional roller coaster throughout, and if filled with drama, lies, betrayal, twists, secrets, passion, and love. Sophie Strong a is beautiful young woman, talented, feisty, relatable and always second guessing herself when it comes to her true feelings. Sophie knows that Connor is the only man for her... she just needs to believe it!
Connor Driscoll is everything you want and more! Ridiculously good looking, sexy as hell, intense and domineering, he knows exactly what he wants and he’s not about to let Sophie disappear from his life again!
I have to say I had so many emotions while reading this book but the one thing that you can clearly feel is that Sophie and Connor’s relationship is deep and passionate. It comes with a lot issues that need to be addressed before they can both move on and hopefully find their happy ever after!
As always with Ivy’s writing i was completely drawn into Sophie’s and Connor’s story from the very first chapter.
Ivy has a knack of producing strong intriguing characters and a storyline that will keep you interested until the very last page. Another amazing read by the author Ivy Wild and I can’t wait to see what comes next. Don’t keep us waiting too long Ivy!!!

First of all, start at the cover and check out all the beautiful art work that is in this book. Simply beautiful. This book is about a college girl gets discovered and whisked away to LA. Thinking she has all she could ever want, she chases her dreams to be a pop star with open arms but in the end she ends up losing the love of her life, her reputation and herself. Slinking back home she just wants to graduate college and melt into the background. This is a angsty read with a lot of push and pull. It flashes between now and the past. A past with a confident up coming star to a broken pop star. It’s quite sad actually to see the damage that’s done. However when the sexy pants professor enters the scene it all heats up. Be ready y’all it gets hot up in here lol! But more then that it’s a story of her finding herself, battling her demons and learning she’s not alone. I enjoyed the stray bear friend and the cunningness and determination of Conner. Also he’s a yummy dominate alpha male! The only thing I didn’t like was the few paragraphs that repeat pretty exactly word for word in two separate chapters. I get the reason because of the time jump but I think a shortened version or something. This think it could have been done a little different but it’s truly minor because it’s seriously a great book with some serious heat!

Honestly I loved the first version of this book BUT Ivy Wild you are a genius, you made me love this story even more.
Infamous, is the story of second chances for Connor and Sophie, best friends who distant themselves after Sophie is discover by a music agent and leaves to chase her dreams.
After years Sophie comes back home after scandal and lies destroyed her music career. She wants to pick up her life and start fresh. She never expects to run towards her ex-best friend Connor who is nothing like he was before now he is sexy as sin.
This story took me by surprise and I couldn’t stop reading. So many hot and sexy scenes but also so much drama, angst, insecurities and some truths are unfold.
It was definitely a great read.

Oh WOW Ivy you have outdone yourself, seriously huge pat on the back for you girl.
I really enjoyed reading this story when it first released as a Trilogy, though I really hated the cliffhangers haha. Seriously this rewrite is outstanding and I loved it a lot!!
I love that it was changed to the first person and in doing that it really let us inside the heads of Connor and Sophie.
I appreciate that rewriting this book must have been so hard, but goodness it has really showed us how much you have grown as an author.
I love Connor and Sophie, they have a beautiful friendship, an amazing connection and an off the charts steamy sex life.
Lots of love for this book ❤

the concept of the book was interesting but it just wasn’t executed properly.
it was hard to make a connection with the characters (but connor did have me swinging my feet… SOMETIMES)
and whenever i grew to like them more, there was another repetitive sex chapter that had me skimming.
also… her getting (kinda/not really) run over by a bus??? I LAUGHED, IM SORRY.
ending felt super rushed.
there’s a lot of gaps and questions i still have because they were left unanswered- a whole bunch of mysterious people for nooo reason!

This was such a fantastic second chance romance. I absolutely loved this story. It was well written and the characters were captivating. I was hooked to this book from the very first page and didn’t want this story to end. Connor and Sophie are best friends. Sophie leaves to pursue her career. I loved both Connor and Sophie characters . The story was captivating, heartfelt and emotional. It’s a beautiful sweet and sexy romance.
