My latest in PJ Media:
“People see Iran as politically charged and oppressive,” wrote Neeknaz Abari in the New York Times this week, “But there is a lot of beauty and innocence.” This entry in a gushing Times travel piece, “52 Places to Go,” was just the latest, and one of the most egregious, attempts to normalize the brutal, repressive Death-to-America-chanting Islamic Republic in advance of Old Joe Biden reentering the Iran deal and starting the money flow back up to the bloodthirsty Iranian mullahs.
Abari’s pitch for Americans to visit Iran struck a plaintive note, tinged with victimhood: “There’s a difference between the people and the government. I wish Americans could see the vibrant curiosity of the people who live here. I used to visit Isfahan every year. I spent long mornings lifting weights in the women-only gyms, and afternoons with my grandfather, watching him lovingly watering the plants in his garden and shooing away stray cats. But divisive politics, and now Covid-19, have made it harder. My grandfather died two years ago. I wasn’t there. I feel my Farsi growing rusty on my tongue.”
Well, that is a terrible shame, and while Abari is correct that “there’s a difference between the people and the government,” it is ultimately the Iranian government that would be the beneficiary of the normalization that the Times is pushing for so assiduously. In Algemeiner, Ira Stoll notes that this push is going on even as it entangles the Times in self-contradiction: “‘Divisive politics’ is a euphemism for what a Times op-ed published this week accurately describes as Iran’s ‘appalling campaign of kidnapping and execution, its policy of using arrested dual nationals as hostages.’ A Times news article this week also acknowledged that ‘Al Qaeda’s second-in-command, Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah, who went by the nom de guerre Abu Muhammad al-Masri, was assassinated in Tehran in August.’ Said the Times news article, ‘It is true that Iran has consistently and unconvincingly denied housing Qaeda officials.’”
So why is the Times going out of its way to convince people that this inhuman regime is really not so bad as to preclude a lovely, idyllic trip to Isfahan, where one can, presumably, stop by Isfahan Central Prison and visit all the political prisoners, women’s rights activists and persecuted non-Muslims who are housed there?
The answer is clear. Joe Biden has pledged to return to return to the Iran nuclear deal, a move that is certain to be opposed by many among the Americans who still dare to oppose the regime publicly. Few people are aware of just how bad that deal really is; The Complete Infidel’s Guide to Iran explains some of its very worst aspects. While the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), as the agreement is called, did include real restrictions on Iran’s nuclear activities, these were all slated to expire in the near future. The agreement anticipated the “conclusion of consideration of the Iran nuclear issue by the U.N. Security Council 10 years after the Adoption Day” — that is, the adoption of the agreement itself on July 14, 2015. It added: “There will be no additional heavy water reactors or accumulation of heavy water in Iran for 15 years.” But what about after that? The agreement didn’t say. Apparently, at that point, Iran would be free to build nuclear weapons with no objections from anyone.
There is more. Read the rest here.

This is the biggest sell-out ever by the NYT. It is more than breath-taking. Iran’s mullahocracy is, in fact, despised by the majority of Iranians.
Americans will never love the mullahocracy.

Walter Sieruk says
The NEW YORK TIMES suremost have no ethics at all , because of all the disinformation it keep publishing with so many falsehoods and blainant lies about that “mullah regime of Iran.
The harsh reality of the truth is that from 1979 to the year 2020 it been forty years of horror and misery since the establishment of Islamic tyranny of Iran Based only lies, deceptions and deadly violence from those in power in that harshly oppressive “mullah tyranny ‘ of Iran . Just look what Islam which Sharia law has none to people of Iran.
In other words, since 1979 this Sharia law Islamic regime was founded on false promises, Islamic violence and lying words of Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran in his deception of the Iranian people.
To put this in another way, that Islamic regime is based in the foundation of false and empty promises. As well as lying words. After the fiendish Muslim clerics obtained total power in Iran they showed their true colors by having their Islamic state police who are called the “Revolutionary Guards truest the people on Iran in many heinously brutal and ruthless ways. As, for example, their brutal, callous misogyny against both girls and women.
This statement is explained, in some detail, by the following. This tyrannical Islamic regime in Iran that so falsely and inappropriately has the word “republic” in its title. It should be made known that this called the “Iranian Revolution” turned out to be a hoax. Ayatollah Khomeini before achieving power in Iran in his lying and deceptions presented himself to the Iranian people as if he was someone who would be in power would give freedom to the people of Iran with any tyranny. The reality turned out to be just the opposite. As explained by a former Muslim as well as a man who took part in this Islamic “revolution “ ,who is now a Christian informs the reader of his book that “Prior to the Revolution no one ever imagined that other political parties would be suppressed under the rule of Ayatollah Khomeini. He had promised that all groups would have freedom to run their own campaigns after the Revolution. He even stated that governing system would be based on the decision of the people via a referendum. He never spoke of a system that would be governed by Islam. He even made clear that mullahs would not take part in any political activities, and that they would only be allowed to teach spirituality… Immediately after the Revolution, mullahs rushed into government offices to occupy the most important political l positions, making it difficult for the interim secular government to function … The mullah’s occupation of position was exactly the opposite to what the Ayatollah Khomeini had promised before the Revolution.”. [1] In other words, the insincere, disingenuous and outright lying Ayatollah Khomeini made many bogus promise he really had no intention of keeping. His lying deception worked, for he achieved great power in Iran.
Furthermore, of the many heinously evils outcome s of that Islamic “revolution” is the extremely cruel, brutal and demonic misogyny of this hideous Islamic regime. Not only against women but even young girls. As explained by a former Iranian Revolutionary Guard member who defected to the West and how now lives in America his book also informs the reader about the malicious and murderous affront girls in Iran’s Evin prison which reads that those in power ,the “paraded teenage girls in front in front of me as they led them to their deaths. These girls were barely out of their childhood, barely old enough to think of themselves, much less form thoughts against the state. They knew nothing about the machinations of politics. They were innocent in every sense of the word and certainty innocent of trumped –up charges that led to their imprisonment. Yet they suffered fates too brutal for even the most vicious criminal. ..Their few remaining moments of life had been filled with the level of abuse that few can imagine…The author further states “They tortured and killed young girls, in God’s name and before their execution they raped them because they believed that if a girl dies virgin, she will go to heaven, and they wanted to deny them this reward.” [2] This is as malice -filled and viciously wicked as can possibly be. This, very much, reflects the wisdom found in POOR RICHARDS’ ALMANAC in which Benjamin Franklin printed “Those who are feared are also hated.”

The majority of people in Iran live under oppression of the Islamic dictatorship that rules with an iron fist. Iran was a progressive country until the Islamic regime took control of the country. Islam’s great plan is to rule the world, Iran is just one of the early victims.
Biden and the far lefts opening of the borders to the Muslim/Islamic migration invasion shows how blinded they are by the money. Islam’s plan is the disruption of civil rule from within and infiltrating countries with young male migrants who spread propaganda and violence.
Diversity is NOT a part of Islam, KILLIG and SLAVERY of non-islamic people is.

Tehran, Iran – Iran’s army has conducted another drill along the country’s southern coasts days after the United States flew nuclear-capable B-52 bombers over the Middle East.
In what is the fifth military show of force in two weeks, the army’s ground forces held land, air, and sea war games along the coast of Makran and the Sea of Oman.
State broadcaster aired dramatic footage of dozens of Iranian soldiers parachuting out of aeroplanes while images released by the army show attack helicopters, tanks and missiles in combat, and hundreds of personnel ready to be deployed.
The army also said it is deploying rapid response forces to test out “a variety of creative indigenous tactics” and is using divers to complete predefined scenarios.
“Today, army ground forces have achieved considerable operational capabilities in deploying drones and missiles,” said Brigadier General Mohammad Hossein Dadras, deputy chief of the Iranian army.
Hell to Iranian army and we remember they shut down Ukrainian flight with 176 passenger dead.
Now they want to go war with Great Satan or Little Satan? You all are looser Mullah.
