EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR DIGITAL HEALTH CERTIFICATES FOR COVID19 PRE-DEPARTURE TESTING
We refer to the MOH Circular No. 07/2021, dated 21 Jan 2021. MOH has received feedback that clinics and labs may require some additional time to work through the digitalisation of PDT certificates with the solution providers.
2. The deadline for mandatory provision of digital PDT certificates will be extended by one month, till 10 Mar 2021. There will be no further extension of this deadline. We will also like to clarify that this deadline is for an initial listing of clinics with digital PDT certificate capabilities only. This does not mean that clinics are barred from providing PDTs in the future should they be unable to meet the requirement by 10 Mar 2021. Past the deadline, clinics will still be able to come onboard the listing once they are able to accede to the HealthCerts requirement.
3. Clinics, whether providing this service independently or partnering with a laboratory, should fill up the following FormSG, once they are ready, to indicate their ability to issue PDT certificates compliant with the HealthCerts schema and standards: https://go.gov.sg/digitalpdt. Should clinics choose to partner with labs to provide this service, clinics must ensure that all relevant information required by HealthCerts are made available to laboratories. The listing will be updated periodically on MOH’s website to reflect the latest list of clinics or laboratories who are able to issue digital PDT certificates.
4. Please also note that the digital test certificate must also clearly indicate to travellers on the need of notarisation for purposes of travel, and to refer individuals to the Notarise website (https://www.notarise.gov.sg) to do so.
