I have mixed feeling about Complicate Me. First off I loved Alex I thought she was amazing but I really didn't like Lucas. I get that they had a lot of people trying to tell them what they should be doing and trying to control the way they were however I just don't think that is a good enough reason for Lucas to act the way he did. He kinda redeems himself in the end but I still think she forgave him for to much to fast.

Let me start off by saying that I don't normally read Romance novels but after reading S'HHH AND THE VIP TRILOGY, I had to read Complicate Me and I was not disappointed.
This is a story about Lucas, Dylan, Jacob, Austin and of course Alex (Alexandra), growing up together and trying to fit in as being one of the boys. As the story unfolds, Lucas and Alex have a special bond and a love so deep that they feel they cannot reveal to the others because they believe that Alex is a little sister to them all.
You are taken thought a roller coaster of emotions as Lucas continues to hurt Alex, and at times I wanted to yell and shake some sense into Lucas as he was being a complete jerk.
If you enjoy a good romance novel then this is it. You won't be disappointed.
Thanks M Robinson, can't wait to read Forbid Me. I hope Lucas kicks Jacobs ass!!!!!!!

Gees what a roller coaster ride that was !! It was cluster f* after cluster f* of situations that meant half pint and bo were kept from their true destiny of them together .
I loved this book . The chemistry between Lucas and arc was strong and evident and had me rooting for them the whole time . Lucy’s stuffed up over and over again and I was almost convinced the ending would go another way .
I loved the slow burn , the tension , the friendship , (friendships)
The supporting characters were all as charismatic as each other and I can’t wait to read more on this series !!! Really loved it !

Wowww!!! OMGGGGGEE!!! Reading this book has totally blown my mind, broken my heart, and put it back together again!!! I have just finished this book in less than a day and I want more! I NEED more!! M Robinson's writing is addictive, beautiful and powerful! I could not and did not want to stop reading.

Lucas and Alex's story made me cry! It was like my heart had been ripped out and stomped on. I hated everyone that stood in their way and hated them hurting each other over and over again! I lost count of the amount of times I wanted to throw my phone at the wall in frustration! Their HEA was PERFECT in every.single.way!

This book will stay with me forever! 5+ stars!

Este tipo de historias de amigos que se aman pero son “Star-crossed lovers” me encantan. Tienen mucha angustia y momentos muy tristes pero es una tortura que disfruto.

Alex y Lucas tienen una historia llena de muchas complicaciones. Muchos momentos me encantaron pero no amo que sean tan detalladas las escenas con otros personajes... me gusta mucho que la heroína no se quede esperando al tipo (que generalmente no se frena) pero aún cuando son cosas que se saben, no me encanta saber con detalle que no están el uno con el otro. En especial si se aman.

El HEA está hermoso y el final es excelente. ¡Me encantan todos “los boys”!

This Star-crossed lovers stories have something that attracts me. It’s a torture I enjoy. Alex and Lucas have many emotional, difficult and swoony moments and I really loved them.

However, I couldn’t grade it with more because I just don’t love to read detailed scenes of the main characters with other people. I love that the heroine didn’t wait for the guy that usually goes around, but knowing they love each other and reading their detailed encounters with OM/OW is not my favorite thing.

The HEA was worth it and the ending was WOW! I love the other boys. I need their stories!

This was such an emotional and heartbreaking read that tore me to pieces. TO. PIECES. And I loved every minute of it. Books that make me feel are the best kind there are and this one made me feel every single minute of it. I cried, I laughed, I screamed and I broke.

This was my first M. Robinson book, but most definitely not my last. She has been on my radar for a very long time. I had heard nothing but amazing things about her books and boy, were they not wrong.

Alex grew up in a small southern town with her Good Ol' Boys. She was always just one of the guys and she loved her guys. Jacob. Dylan. Austin. And Lucas. They were family, her brothers. But her and Lucas always had a different bond. A bond that did not place him in the brother category.

Lucas always loved Alex. First as a sister, then as his best friend and finally more than he ever thought he could. But so many obstacles always stood in their way. Their friends thought he was not good enough for her. Their families wanted them to live and experience life on their own.

In the end, they kept finding themselves going down separate, but always parallel paths. Their love for each other bringing them back to each other and also breaking them apart. They were just so complicated. They could not find a way to each other. It was so heartbreaking.

I loved Alex. Just loved her. She was strong-willed and knew what she wanted. She always stood by her friends and always by her boys. No matter what. But life was not easy for her or them and sometimes things just happen. And so much happened to her and those she loved.

Lucas. I loved and hated him. HATED. HIM. He loved Alex. He always loved Alex, but so many times let others dictate his decisions and choices. In the end, he caused her the most pain. He had so much growing up to do and when he did, was it too late?

I loved this story. It was everything. M shared so much of their story and their friend's story, you could not help but have them become yours too. I am invested in all the characters. I cannot wait to read every single one of their stories. From the first words, I was captivated.

I already started the next book and am loving every minute of it. This author has such a way with her words. I am ready to devour every single of her books.

This was such an amazing read for me. I definitely would recommend this book and author. She is truly worth reading. But be warned, she is not known as the #QueenOfAngst for no reason.

I give Complicate Me 5+ emotional, heartbreaking, worth every minute of it stars.

What an amazing book this is. I can't even begin to describe the feels this book gave me.
This is Alex's story, a girl who never had any siblings but still had her boys to take care of her. Her childhood friends who were like her brothers and best friends at the same time..then there was Bo, her friend and love.
