Loved the book it was great, the story was written well and the characters were intriguing. This story was about Prue and Lucky. Lucky is head of the Irish Mafia, runs an underground Casino, he likes his one night stands no responsibility. Pure is desperate to get out of trouble she also has to much responsibility for her age. Prue went to the underground casino and was winning lots, Lucky decided to head over to where she is. They both were not fond of each other she thought he was good-looking but arrogant and he not happy about her winning and intrigued. It had suspense, action, danger and passion.

Lucky is a spin off from Rie’s Russian Bratva series and focuses on their Irish Mafia ways😜 Suffice to say Lucky meets his match when Prudence aka Prue gambles in their establishment and wins each time❣️ Unfortunately, Prue had some bad luck until she meets Lucky and he turns her life upside down, inside out in the best of ways😁

I really enjoyed this story as it showed a completely different side to Lucky and his brothers but also made me fall in love with these brothers even more now that I got a chance to get to know them better🤩 I’m eager to see which brother is next on the chopping block and I’m hoping Derry gets a story of her own - down the track- as everyone needs an HEA and love❤️

I loved this. Lucky is sinfully hot, both in looks and manner and totally irresistable. Sadly Prue was a different matter. She's rude, abrasive as anything and all over the place behaviour wise. One minute she's all over Lucky then a minute later she's yelling she hates him! I was really wanting him to give her a hard spanking from the start, just so she'd start acting like the adult she's supposed to be. Plenty have a harder/worse life than she does without behaviour like hers.
If money has always been so tight for Prue and where did the money come from for the coloured tatts all over her back?

He is in charge, the head of the Irish Mafia, and in no way has time for any entanglements with a woman that last more than a night. She has more responsibility than any woman her age should and is desperate to get herself out of trouble.

Lucky and Prue dislike one another on sight. She is gambling, and winning, more than she should at his underground casino. He wants her to stop coming around but at the same time is intrigued. She finds him arrogant and has enough on her plate without a good looking man like Lucky getting in her way. When trouble comes into both their lives Lucky steps up and protects her, as well as a sister he didn’t know about, because deep down that is the kind of man he is, and wants to be, for her.

This book is a spin off of the Krasnov Brothers books, so if you have read them then you know a bit about Lucky. This is the first book in the O’Sullivan Brothers series and it starts off perfectly! Full of suspense, action, and danger with a good dose of witty sarcasm and plenty of passion! I cannot wait for more!

Intense, insane, gritty, gripping and an emotional rollercoaster. Wow, I loved this book! It was so well written, the heroine was independent and feisty but she was also so strong. She had a sister who was in a wheelchair which I was so pleased to be reading about (as a wheelchair user myself its barely covered in books these days, so thanks for that) but she was young and spirited. The hero not that Lucky would ever call himself as such was a big Irish man, two opposite ends of the spectrum people but so similar in so many ways, especially with how they had suffered terrible up bringing that they had then assumed the alpha position in the family, taking care of their siblings. The story had so much going on it was intense and it had me gripped, yelling at the pages and even holding my breath at times wanting a good result. There were some hard parts yes, but they added to the story. I can’t wait for Kelly’s book and will certainly go and look into further books by this amazing author, thank you Rie for making a mafia romance actually relatable and also more real than some.

I am a big fan of Rie Warren and her journey down the dark side of the mafia has only cemented my love of her books.
Lucky: Dark Irish Mafia Romance is the first book in her new O’Sullivan Brothers series and is a spin off of her Krasnov Brothers Bratva series. It has the same gritty, edgy feel balanced with those steamy moments, danger and some fantastic banter between the characters!
I just want to say that I like Lucky, a lot!! He is the boss of the family, has that protective streak engrained into him, takes no prisoners, and tells it like it is. Bottom line, he is the bad boy you can’t help but love!
Prudence has had no one to look out for her. She is independent, sassy, and definitely stubborn. She is also the protector of her younger sister and will do anything to keep her safe, but some of her last options for cash has put her in some hot water and also put her in the sights of Lucky O’Sullivan.
Talk about enemies to hot lovers, these two have it in spades and their bickering is just a precursor to the heat that flows between them.
But first Lucky has to keep Prudence safe and his harder task is convincing her that she can trust him and that she is it for him.

I absolutely loved this first book in the O'Sullivan Brothers series. Loved getting to know Lucky, Dex, and Kelly. And Prue’s sister, Derry (who I want to be when I grow up! She’s amazing!). And I loved getting caught up with the Krasnov brothers too. I can’t wait for the next book in this series!
