This form allows you to personalize the contents of your Blind Date box. All packages come with a random thing  as selected by the crack squad of critters that inhabit the store.  Because these are individually picked and packaged, they may take a few days to put together.

Please note that your box will be filled with an appropriate amount of books for the budget amount you have selected. For instance, the $30 box will typically hold 2 trade paperbacks or 3 mass market paperbacks.
