“Islamophobia” is a propaganda term designed to intimidate people into fearing to oppose jihad violence, for fear that this opposition would lead to attacks on innocent Muslims, which are never justified. If Khan really wants to combat dislike of Islam and suspicion of Muslims, he should work against jihad groups and try to stop jihad attacks. But of course he wouldn’t even come close to considering doing something like that.
“PM Imran Khan urges international action against online hate,” Samaa, June 13, 2021:
Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged strict action online hate as he believes it to be the root cause of growing Islamophobia across the world.
Websites and content spreading hate divide humanity. Social media is growing by the day and the world is just coming to terms with it, he said in an interview with Journalist Rosemary Barton, the chief political correspondent of Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The interview aired on Sunday.
“There needs to be an international action against it,” he remarked without giving more details on the type of action he expects from other countries. The premier said that he is focusing on bringing countries together so that they could hold discussions on it. Unfortunately, world leaders don’t have enough motivation to counter the hate against Muslims and Islam. “It is because they don’t understand this themselves.”
He went on to say that he has studied in the UK and lived there. “I understand the western culture and understand its problems. I know why Islamophobia spread so quickly post 9/11.” After the attack on the twin towers, leaders across the world condemned it using the terms such as “Islamic terrorism” and “Islamic radicalism”. When such terms become common, they give the wrong impression of Islam. “People on the streets don’t understand the difference between moderate and radical Muslims.” They think that all Muslims are the same way and this fuels Islamophobia, he explained. “Terrorism has no religion and there are extremists in every society.”
He added that Muslims living in Western countries suffer from Islamophobia. Many of the cases aren’t even reported and we hear about them from our embassies.
Barton then asked for his comment on Quebec’s law that bars civil servants in positions of authority from wearing religious symbols at work. She remarked that Quebec authorities say that they believe in secularism.
PM Khan remarked that this is a form of secular extremism. The whole idea behind secularism is you want humans to be free to be the way they want to be as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone.
“Why is it such a big issue if someone wants to cover their head?” The main problem is the way Islam is perceived by western countries. Muslims must unite to make people understand the importance of their religious teachings. “People objecting to others wearing religious symbols is quite bizarre.”
The premier, however, dodged the question when asked to comment on the atrocities against Muslims in China’s Xinjiang province.
He said that he just wants to clarify that he speaks out against Islamophobia because he is lived in the UK and understands what Muslims living there go through. There are political problems and suffering in Syria, Iraq, and Somalia and that must be condemned….

Are we supposed to take this supporter of terror, rape, misogyny, violence, slaughter and the most bestial forms of human behaviour in existence, seriously?
I think not.

He’s the biggest hypocrite in the world. He cruised the western world as a decadent playboy when he was as international cricketer, now he is an ultra strict Muslim wanting Sharia law for everybody.
mortimer says
Yes, PM Khan is a hypocrite because he ENCOURAGES hatred expressed by Muslims against DIRTY KAFIRS … that would be KAFIR-O-PHOBIA … hatred directed against Pakistan’s religious minorities. That sort of Kafirophobia is OK with Khan.
A two-faced hypocrite.
mortimer says
Islam’s doctrine called ‘AL WALAA WAL BARAA’ commands Muslims to hate EVERYBODY who is not Muslim, merely BECAUSE they are not Muslims.
Islam REQUIRES Muslims to direct this CANONICAL HATRED against KAFIRS ‘for the sake of Allah’.

Islam is dripping with hatred for non-Muslims and always has been. It is all there in the evil Koran. This sort of garbage we get from Muslims aims to shut down criticism of islam. islam should be constantly criticised. Muslims, like this maggot Khan, would just love to be able to shut down criticism, which Muslims call islamophobia, of Islam. I hope that it is correct what is said in the article that islamophobia (hatred of Islam) is growing. That means that more people are finally waking up and seeing islam as the evil, barbaric ideology that it is. There is an interesting story in the news here in Australia. Apparently, some people are planning to make a movie about the murder of those Muslims at the mosque in New Zealand. It is causing a lot of controversy in New Zealand because, apparently, it aims to make Prime Minister Ardern the heroine of the film for her response to the massacre. I googled “movie about New Zealand mosque massacre”. There is a lot of information there about it. The thing that struck me was the title of the film, “They are us”. I thought, what a load of crap. Muslims never see themselves as being just part of the society of non-Muslims, the hated infidels. It is them and us from the Muslim point of view. The proposed title is absolute garbage. I doubt whether this proposed film will go ahead as it seems to have created a hell of a lot of controversy.
Infidel says
Tim
Isn’t New Zealand so left leaning that the majority of the public probably agrees w/ the underlying basis of that movie? It’s a surprise that it’s caused controversy there: I’d have understood had it caused controversy in Australia, but this is NZ that we’re talking about. More than the difference b/w the US and Canada
tim gallagher says
Infidel, I gather that the people who are objecting to the proposed film are complaining from a left wing, politically correct point of view. They seem to be complaining that the Muslims (always the poor victims of course, despite all the terrorist attacks Muslims carry out) are not the main subject of the film, but Ardern, I guess for her wonderfully compassionate stance, is the big heroine of the film. I saw a bit about it on the TV news last night and heard a bit this morning. Apparently, 60,000 people have signed a petition complaining about the film’s stance. I mainly was struck by the bullshit title, “They are us”. Pig’s arse. Very few Muslims ever see themselves that way. I can’t muster much interest in story of this film, but I did think that Jihad Watch might have some interest in this carry on. On New Zealanders, I don’t know enough about their attitudes to say much about them . They do seem somewhat to the left of Australians. It is a bit surprising as I think there are a lot of farmers in NZ and you would think they might be pretty conservative. But there are huge numbers of left wingers here in Australia. Of course, large numbers of Kiwis are living here in Australia anyway.
gravenimage says
Good grief, Tim–yes, I read about this. “More ‘politically correct’ than thou”…
The producer has quit–I guess he just wasn’t “woke” enough.
tim gallagher says
Yes, gravenimage, it does seem as though this proposed film has stirred up a hornet’s nest. As I said, it was the title, “They Are Us” that really got me. A few Muslims might somehow (by some miracle) have that attitude of just getting along with the hated infidels, but not many, so I thought the title was utter rubbish. It was a terrible thing that happened in New Zealand, but because there have been nearly 40,000 Muslim terrorist attacks since the 9/11 attack, I honestly could not get very upset about the New Zealand attack on that mosque. I suppose that there was bound to be a movie made about it, especially as NZ is usually so quiet and peaceful. Not that much happens there, so that attack would have been massive news and a gigantic shock. It sounds as if it may not be made if the controversy continues. It is definitely not a movie that I would ever have gone to see.
Wellington says
Ardern, that useful idiot for Islam’s purposes?
No surprise, tg, though I wish it were—for New Zealand’s sake, for all the West’s sake.
tim gallagher says
I agree, Wellington. I thought Ardern was pathetic with the pandering she did after the mosque attack. I tend to ignore her and she isn’t very often in the news here in Australia, despite NZ’s close proximity, which is a blessing.
gravenimage says
She was going to be played by Rose Byrne–I kid you not:

Agree with you all,
She did a “great” job of pandering to the Left and Islam.
All the nuts of the world better watch out: the Left will crucify you if you dare kill any muslim even if you are mentally deranged !!!! (like the one in Canada, recently)
tim gallagher says
gravenimage, I wonder if they got Rose Byrne for the role of Ardern because she is an Australian and has heard lots of people with the New Zealand accent and could probably do a pretty good New Zealand accent. I looked up Rose Byrne’s movie and TV roles. I hadn’t really kept up with her career at all. She has done extremely well.
gravenimage says
Tim, my main point was not whether Rose Byrne could do a credible New Zealand accent or not, but that this film obviously intended to absurdly glamorize Ardern.
tim gallagher says
Yes, I missed your point there, gravenimage. I suppose in many movies they have better looking actors playing the roles of various real life people. I am completely opposed to left wing politicians such as Ardern, but I would have to say that she is not bad looking. (physical appearance being totally irrelevant anyway – it is the mentality and policies that matter). The only thing that is extremely striking about Ardern’s appearance is the oversized teeth she has. They really dominate her appearance. You are right though about how Rose Byrne would portray Ardern as being more attractive than she really is. I don’t watch many movies in recent years so I didn’t know what Rose Byrne had been up to. I can vaguely recall her, years ago, in a some Australian movie when she was just starting out.

So nothing to root out then. It’s always someone else’s fault in Islam.
Infidel says
Somebody needs to tell him that until he gathers the cojones to openly and directly confront his paymasters in Beijing on the atrocities against the Uyghurs, he has no business talking about Kashmir, UK, Syria, Iraq, Somalia or anywhere else!
Of course he won’t dare: 2 years ago, he pissed off MbS and Saudi Arabia forced Pakistan to pay back immediately the $1 billion loan they had given them: Pakistan had to borrow that from China to pay back the Saudis. If he cuts off China as well, his country – worthless as it is – will starve to death
mortimer says
+ 1 … indeed, the genocide of the Uygurs exposes Khan’s opportunistic shallowness.
SAFI says
It’s good that KSA stopped the loans to Berserkistan, I only wish European countries could help Pakistan starve faster by no longer allowing the legions of Paki migrants on their soil to keep sending all the money they make in Europe(much of it through illegal activities) back to their relatives, only for Imran Khan to keep inciting unrest and jihad against France and other european nations
Wellington says
How bitterly ironic this statement by Khan is since Islam itself is the root cause of massive amounts of hate. For instance, some 60% of the Koran, never mind the hadiths, sira and ad nauseam pronouncements by major schools of Islamic theology, whether Sunni or Shiite, revolves around despising, hating, detesting, etc. the non-Muslim.
Projection on display again. No doubt.
What a joke, though a very cruel, hypocritical and lethal joke that plagues mankind to this very day. Islam by name.
tim gallagher says
I agree, Wellington. When I read parts of the Koran a few years back, and I mainly wanted to check on whether those calls to kill the non-believers were there or not, I could not bother to read for all that long, but I came away with the impression that it contained an absolutely obsessive hatred towards all non-believers.. To me, that seemed to be the main aspect of the whole damned book.
gravenimage says
Pakistan itself is one of the worst places for state-enabled hatred of Infidels and minority-sect Muslims.

BlackSabbath says
In 19th and 20th Century, many cutting edge advancement were made in the area of psychology. Sigmund Freud founded psychoanalysis in 1800s. Then behavior, cognitive, developmental and various other types of psychologies were created in 1900s. However, these sciences focus on one single individual, and not on masses.
Isaac Asimov, the science fiction writer, eluded to Psychohistory — a new kind of science created by a mathematician named Hari Sheldon. This was psychology applied to masses in an entire galaxy. The concept was that just like laws of electricity usually do not apply to a single electron, but are more effective when applied to a large flow of electrons in a conducive or semi-conductive medium. The same way, concepts of mass psychology will not work well for individual or small number of people, but will be highly effective on large groups.
We need Isaac Asimov’s mass-psychology today to fight islam, which is a disease of masses. In pakistan, the entire population 216 million has gone completely bizerk. We have about 1.8 billion moslems in the world who are confused, violent, nuts, and perverts. We need new scientific apparatus to deal with mass-insanity. Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series provides the basic outline of what needs to be developed. In finance, people are developing something similar, along the lines of Behavioral Finance. It is an attempt at the mass-psychology level to understand technical analysis patterns while trading options and futures.
Raja says
This crook is using Islamophobia as a smokescreen to divert the global attention on plight of Pakistan’s minorities. Islam is into constant war mongering (when demographically strong, or in West) and propaganda.
Hardly surprising that Islam, war, lies, deceit, propaganda, smokescreen and all the tools of devil goes hand in hand.
The spineless elites of West of the don’t not have the guts to speak up against atrocities of Islam, but they should at least castigate this Islamic monster.

Do I recall correctly that muslims never regard unbelievers as ‘innocent’, since they would have rejected Mohammed and Allah? By the same token, no muslim can be ‘innocent’ of being a jihadi, since ‘jihad’ is written into their ideology.

So Khan just wants people to be free to wear whatever religious symbol that they want, as it doesn’t hurt anyone? Guess he’d be just fine with the Star of David being worn in his country, Pakistan then. However, I wonder how long the wearer would last before being torn apart by his rabble of enraged, foaming-at-the-mouth countrymen, and I wonder what excuse he’d give?

PM Khan wants the rest of the World to stop being so islamowhatsit and stop saying nasty words against his religion, however he never mentions the nasty words, and actions, that muslims have done, are doing, and will continue to do, towards us, so is it okay for muslims to stand up, even in Western Nations, and denigrate us,while taking our Dole money and housing, but its just bad form when I tell them to fuck off as I believe their religion is a Fascist Religious Cult.
It seems to me that islam has a serious problem with EVERY other religion but somehow they think they can spew their views out but they are offended when somebody spews something back at them as it hurts their wee feelings.
