Sarita Bahl is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences and the Swedish Institute of Management Program. She leads the Corporate Social Responsibility function for Bayer South Asia and is also the Director – Bayer Foundation India. As Chairperson of the Board of Bayer Foundation India, Sarita formulates the CSR strategy and ensures its implementation, which includes project selection, plans of action, allocation of appropriate budgets, and overall alignment with Business and National priorities. She also supervises the complete monitoring and evaluation process for the projects for all the seven legal entities of Bayer Group in India.
