I am spending a lot more time on my butt these days. I work on my computer for many reasons, including teaching private lessons, and group workshops. I am also a volunteer for the Feldenkrais Guild of North America where we meet frequently on Zoom.
I recently purchased a QOR360 Chair because my back, shoulder and neck were seriously complaining.
It has made a WORLD of difference. I have No more pain and since the chair keeps my core active, I am no longer feeling compression from sitting for hours.
