This Video lesson by Annie Thoe, Feldenkrais Practitioner improves stability for turnng or pivoting in all activities: walking, running, hiking, sports- soccer, tennis, football, golf, skiing etc. Improve your foot and ankle alignment, improve knee stability and tracking and smoother turning ability using the Feldenkrais Method® and nature awareness. You'll need a blanket roller ( use 2 blankets and roll into cylinder 10-12 inches in diameter) and flat bench or chair. Improve hip joint mobility, balance, and entire leg alignment. If you have severe heel pain or bone spurs in heel bone, do not do this lesson until heel pain is minimal. This lesson can be very helpful to clear up plantar fasciitis and other chronic foot pain.
