# **UPDATE YOUR OFFICIAL VACCINATION E-CERTIFICATE**
**Update your personal data on the official HCDC app "Sổ Sức Khỏe Điện Tử" (Electronic Health Book) for both your 1st and 2nd vaccination shots**
After many reports from people who still didn't got their personal data updated after getting their 1st or even 2nd vaccination shots or for those who require to update missing/wrong data, today on August 27th 2021 the HCDC has officially announced an online gateway to request necessary updates accordingly.
In the app, your Official Electronic Vaccination Certificate will be shown as:
- **WHITE** | *no shot*
- **YELLOW** | *after 1st shot completed*
- **GREEN** | *after 2nd shot completed*
**NOTE:** It's important that you fully enter your date of birth and gender in the Personal information section on the application, then access the menu "COVID-19 Certificate" to see your individual Electronic Vaccination Certificate. The certificate won't show up if these info are missing.
