It’s just another outbreak of that mental illness we keep hearing more and more about.
“Somali killed three people and shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’: Not guilty, not an Islamist,” translated from “Somalier tötete drei Menschen und rief “Allahu Akbar”: Schuldunfähig, kein Islamist,” by Rene Rabeder, Exxpress, October 22, 2021 (thanks to Medforth):
Incredulous amazement in the trial of the knife attacker of Würzburg. The Somali attacked with a stolen knife in June, killing three women and injuring several people, some of them fatally. According to a new expert opinion, the Somali was “incapable of guilt” at the time of the attack. This has consequences for his trial. Authorities are now struggling with the decision to deport him.
The African has now been healed, reports his lawyer. Four months after he killed three women in downtown Würzburg, Abdirahman Jibril A. is said to be “master of his senses” again. The suspect Somali is currently placed in a psychiatric hospital in Bavaria by order of the local court. There the doctors had “put together such a medication” that a reasonable conversation with A. was now possible again. In the case of the insane act, of course, it should have been different. The General Public Prosecutor’s Office in Munich commissioned two experts to prepare expert reports in mid-July. They conducted so-called exploration talks with the Somali in the clinic. As reported by “Welt,” the experts’ results essentially coincide with the first preliminary report from the summer. So “innocent of guilt.” On the day of the crime, he claims to have heard voices; according to a witness statement, he is said to have talked to birds.
The public prosecutor’s office is expected to apply for permanent placement of the accused in a closed ward of a psychiatric hospital by the end of the year, the statement said. The procedure was a much discussed borderline case from the start. Witnesses spoke of the perpetrator shouting “Allahu Akbar.”
However, the investigators do not have evidence of a political motive of the devout Muslim. The police did not find any Islamist-related material on the suspect’s cell phone or in his apartment. If the perpetrator is convicted by Würzburg, according to the spokeswoman, the responsible Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) is examining the revocation of his subsidiary protection and the responsible immigration authority is examining the issue of an expulsion order. After a revocation, deportation would be “in principle legally possible.”
“According to § 53 Abs. 3b AufenthG, deportation is only permitted if a foreigner has committed a serious crime or if he represents a danger to the general public or the security of the Federal Republic of Germany.”
In view of the facts, it can be assumed that these requirements are met in the Jibril A. case, “regardless of the fact that he may be judged as incompetent.”
Hans-Jochen Schrepfer, the Somali’s lawyer, wanted to give “no prognosis” on the question of a possible deportation at the request of the “Welt.” In the past few weeks, his client could finally be questioned by investigators after a treatment in the clinic. Schrepfer describes A’s statements as “very reflective”: “He expressed his regret for the fate of his victims and explained his subjective point of view.”
John says
Get ready. “The psychotropic medication’s necessary to treat this schizophrenic patient are not readily available in Somalia, so therefore he cannot be deported.”

Sad but true fact: War causes death. Islam has killed somewhere between 250 and 1000 MILLION human beings in 1400 years, and dozens to hundreds every week now. Either Europe continues to live in a state of denial, as it did during the Holocaust, or it is being controlled by traitors and collaborators. Unfortunately for those who are subject to the whims of those traitors, death will be a frequent companion until enough learn that is what is taught and practiced by the “final, perfect, complete, unchangeable” criminal conspiracy. Islam’s declared war will never end against worthless kafirs and apostates. And fools will help them continue their killing until enough figure out they are being sold like lambs to the slaughter.

That should have been obvious long before Germany welcomed in a million unemployable Muslims in a single wave.

He or she will not find that “word” because it was made up after 9/11 in order not to offend non-violent Muslims.
To be accurate the murderous Muslim who three people was , he was a devote Muslims who was likewise a dangerous and deadly jihadist.

Utter madness.
This is just *four months* after he murdered his victims in the name of his foul creed.
And even if he were insane–rather than just a good Jihadist–people go off their meds all the time. If he is apt to mass murder people if not on his meds, then he is an ongoing danger.
And clearly he is going to be allowed to stay in Germany.
You have to wonder which of these is metally ill–the Jinadist or German authorities…

Western descent continues, aided not first and foremost by the enemy without (though such enemy is ever increasingly becoming a secondary enemy within) but “courtesy” of the enemy within, i.e., actually conscious enablers who hate the West (e.g., George Soros and AOC).
The greatest civilization in world history,, i.e., Western Civilization, which invented philosophy, democracy, the scientific method, the greatest technological developments of any civilization (examples being steam power, trains, the telegraph, railroads, the telephone, radio, planes, television, refining oil from the ground {which the Left and other ignoramuses now see as a negative but which left sorry-ass Muslims countries like Saudi Arabia rich}, satellites, computers, chemotherapy, radiology, et al.), the advancement of women’s rights such as no other civilization remotely comes close to, the capacity to apologize for past wrongdoings (N.B., the Islamic world has so much to apologize for, including slavery and the castration of male slaves, but has NEVER apologized for any of this), now invites into its midst by the thousands the very Muslim barbarians (excuse the redundancy) who pestered Western Civilization for centuries with its barbarism and nonsense.
Madness. Sheer madness. Beyond disgusting and stupid. New words need to be developed to accurately characterize how foul and fetid ae the Bush 43s and Obamas of the West, aided by the Blairs, Mays and Merkels of the West. All traitors to the West.
By contrast, the Crusaders of a millennium ago, though certainly not without fault, look positively enlightened, as do Ferdinand and Isabella of Aragon and Castile respectively—if you get my meaning and all that. Meanwhile, read something like “Christian Slaves, Muslim Masters” by Robert Davis of The Ohio State University for further details on how distorted and one-sided history in the West, taught by ignoramuses or worse, has become. This is all for now.
john smith says
Good post Wellington, but I think you’ll find it was muslims who invented all those things.
Jim says
Some Germans think they have to prove they are different from the Nazis, and that means letting Muslims commit sharia-legitimated crimes against Germans and other people and go free with a slap on the wrist or a few hours of psychotherapy, and then let them go free on the streets of Germany. If they kill again, at least Germany proved it was not bigoted or racist. So, do not expect much in the way of punishment. Expect Biden type immigration policies and open borders for terrorists, criminals and perverts. That proves the innocence of the German people, and any victims are collateral damage.
gravenimage says
There are many countries in Europe that are just as dhimmified that were not Nazi or were even victims of the Nazis–so this is not the only motive.
Eleanor says
Exacrly, and the UK is one of them. In case you missed it, DM headlines:
“Is UK’s anti-terrorism scheme too PC to prevent terror? This damning investigation reveals how a top-level report concluded the Prevent programme is so fearful of seeming racist it may be unfit for purpose”.
The UK Govt has thrown millions of £££ at this Prevent programme, and this is the result. You may ask where the money is going —
“In the past, thousands of pounds have been spent in grants on initiatives such as a ‘multicultural food festival’, camping equipment for scouts, a ‘kickball’ five-a-side tournament, and rap workshops.”
So, dangerous young radicalised terrorists, are taking part in the above activities to “prevent” them becoming more radicalised than they already are. Yeah, like that will work. (Sir David Amess killer was one of these participants of the “Prevent” programme, and that didn’t end well.
You could not make this up! There is no hope, for the UK anyway!

Seconded.
Frank Anderson says
GI, always with greatest respect, I humbly ask you to think about the idea of staying to resist or leaving to survive. We NOW see a German court approving the murder of 3 defenseless women by a muslim barbarian.
I see no difference in that ruling than any German court dismissing charges against a Storm Trooper for killing a Jew. As I wrote in my paper When to Keep Silent, futile gestures get you killed, with reference to Custer’s Last Stand.
Would either of us in the 1930’s counsel any Jew to remain in Germany in the face of not only the words, but also the actual violence routinely perpetrated in fulfillment of those words? Half of Germany’s Jews TRIED to escape. Some did. Some didn’t; but they tried. The other half wound up very disappointed with their delusion that “they really don’t mean me!”. Now every person who is not willing to “convert, submit to humiliation and slavery or die” needs to look at the best remaining option of escape. There are too many too lazy or otherwise compromised to expect any meaningful resistance.
gravenimage says
Dear Frank,
No, I would not suggest that any Jewish person remain in Germany in the 1930s (assuming I was able to properly read the way the wind was blowing at the time–I hope I would have been).
Is Germany as far gone now? History does repeat, but it never repeats *exactly*, which can make the lessons of the past tricky to read at times, as important as they are.
I think this case is more about denial and accepting the tropes of mental illness–but not as evil as dismissing charges against a Storm Trooper for killing a Jew. I don’t believe that this judge actually agreed with the murder of these victims.
But of course denial can be as dangerous as open evil–and Jihad in the West is the evil of Islam enabled by the denial of Infidels who should know better.
You are right that there is a point beyond which resistance–or even speaking out–is less than useless, and all we can do is get out.
I’m not sure we are at that point yet–and if Germany and the rest of the West fully fall to Islam this is going to endanger us all all the more.
The other question is where to escape *to*? In the early days of the Holocaust, the answer was pretty straightforward, even if the logistics were not–escape to anywhere not under the Nazis. Later, as the Nazi conquests spread, and collaboration of those not even under Nazi occupation even further, this became more difficult. Otto Frank, father of Anne, thought he was making a very logical move fleeing with his family to the Netherlands, since he spoke the language and had business contacts there. That Holland would no longer be safe either in just a couple of years is something that did not occur to him until it was too late.
And right now the whole of the West and beyond–most of Dar-al-Harb–is in trouble.
Where would we flee to? There are few places untouched by Jihad terror–and Islam famously want to take over the *entire world*.
Right now I am reading Winston Churchill’s “The Gathering Storm”. Taking a last stand in Britain with the might of the Nazis ranged against her–all alone before the United States joined her–was a desperate stand.
But if she hadn’t made that stand no part of the world would have escaped the Fascist heel–they would have fallen to Fascism or else–*at best*–have made treaties with Hitler. That would have been the likely fate of the United States.
If I come to believe that making a stand is hopeless I will be the first to say so–I don’t believe in “romantic” suicidal guestures, and even less do I believe in urging others to do what I would not.
But as bad as things are I *don’t* think they are hopless yet–I think a lot of good people are in denial or are just apathetic–this was the case vis-a-vis Fascism and the West for quite some time, as well. I think if enough of us stand up and speak out that there is still time to defend our civilized societies.
We have the numbers, superior technologies, and–very important–the moral high ground. What we don’t have over all is knowledge and will–but this can change. The reason it changed eighty years ago is because brave and perceptive men like Winston Churchill spoke out. I hope in a small way I can do the same.
But I am not apt to ignore your words, Frank–and if I think the situation has changed I promise that what I counsel will change as well.
Frank Anderson says
I am almost certain one of the reasons I was in the middle of my law school class instead of higher was reading the entire 10 volume in 5 book set of Churchill’s History of WWII. If I knew then what I did not learn until my senior year much more time would have been spent better. Because of my dream firm only hiring from the very TOP law schools, and mine being third quarter, the class rank made no difference, nor did my engineering degree and 5 years of utility and industrial work before law school. Live and learn;. . . .
In the US we do not have courts in most states “looking the other way” at murder. In the US we have the Second Amendment which allows all law abiding citizens and those lawfully present to “Keep and Bear Arms” for self-defense, the defense of others (family and friends) and other lawful purposes. In the US, the Right and Duty of Self Defense is recognized and protected IN MOST STATES, especially the South. Because of my personal history and the many people who have threatened me and made attempts, I am never more than a few feet away from a weapon, and am well prepared to use any of them. Those rights are not present in Europe, where self defense is a crime.
Moral high ground did not protect General George Armstrong Custer, nor did superior weapons (he left Gatling guns behind because they would slow him down). It is not just the terrorists to fear; it is those who enable them, who at the moment far outnumber the few who recognize the islamic goal, much less make their individual effort to resist. There are too many who fail to heed Jorge Santayana’s lesson to expect, dream, imagine that Viktor Frankl’s “delusion of reprieve” will convert timely to awareness of the reality being faced. At least 6 million people died in the death camps and firing squads because they failed to escape. Far more, Jews, Christians, all others, are candidates to join those who died at muslim hands over history. Never Again.
We are both entitled to our opinions and reasons for them, even when they differ. I hope you will continue your examination. You have a strong influence on all who read here; making your advice extremely important to their future and survival.
gravenimage says
Frank, I think that reading Churchill is time well spent. This has been on my “to read” list for longer than I care to think.
You are right that things are–thankfully!–better in the US than in Germany and much of the rest of Europe. That being said, we do have some of the same problems here, like judges winking at things like marital rape because they are legal in Islam.
And in some states it is difficult to own and carry a firearm–not as hard as in most of Europe, though.
More:
Moral high ground did not protect General George Armstrong Custer, nor did superior weapons (he left Gatling guns behind because they would slow him down).
……………….
True on both counts, Frank. I realize that having moral right on one’s side is no guarantee of victory–if it were, the Holocaust never would have happened. But knowing we are right is a major point.
And your are right–superior weaponry means nothing if it is not used properly–all we have to do is look at the grotesque spectacle of the US leaving so many armaments to the barbaric Taliban in the pullout of Afghanistan.
I just meant that we are not without assets.
More:
It is not just the terrorists to fear; it is those who enable them, who at the moment far outnumber the few who recognize the islamic goal, much less make their individual effort to resist.
……………….
Grimly true. I cite the fact that many in the free West failed to recognize the threat of Fascism before was almost too late, and–even worse–that many lauded Fascism as “modern”.
That we have made this mistake before is either heartening or depressing. Depressing that we seem to get no wiser overall; heartening that there may still be hope.
More:
We are both entitled to our opinions and reasons for them, even when they differ. I hope you will continue your examination. You have a strong influence on all who read here; making your advice extremely important to their future and survival.
……………….
Thank you, Frank–I try to make the right decisions, while realizing I am certainly fallible.
I value your opinion, and would like to know your full stance–do you believe that we have to abandon Germany? All of Western Europe? Of course, a fully Islamized Europe is its own danger–especially the nuclear armed states.
What would you recommend we do at this point? I will give your answer full consideration.
Frank Anderson says
GI, My final GPA in law school was 1.8/3. The highest person in the class had a 2.3. I was 110/230. It is possible if I had spent more time reading law books, I might have made higher grades.
We have to make decisions, many painful and unpleasant. When a person I NEVER mention here decided he no longer wished to be connected with me, I had to accept he had the right to dishonor me whether I liked it or not. He had been brainwashed to hate me. All the fighting in the world would only teach him that he was correct in hating me. It is to him that my comments here are my “message in a bottle”, hoping that some day he may look.
There are some fights we cannot win; and must “Give it to the Lord”, possibly an unusual quote coming from a person who identifies with Jewish sympathy (But, Jesus, whatever else He may be, was a Jew). When a child rebels in some Jewish families, they hold a funeral to mourn the loss in order that life may continue. If the child repents, there is always the lesson of Isaac and Jacob. But rebellion and defiance cannot be allowed to destroy the life that is a gift in trust, belonging always to the Creator who lent it. Like our lives, our liberty is also a Gift from God. Remember the TWO Lessons of The Exodus: No matter how well things start, they change. God does not want ANY of his children (All who call upon Him as Father) to live under any form of slavery or bondage, including guilt. Judaism and Christianity share a goal of freedom, respect and liberty, however poorly that goal may be practiced.
My advice to escape is directed at individuals who are exposed to death and slavery with no meaningful legal protection from their governments and communities. National risk is much more manageable than that of individual people. Look at the response of NATO when ordered by “the great” Charles de Gaulle to evacuate the bases in France. The bases were abandoned without controversy or fanfare and life goes on.
gravenimage says
Thanks for your reply, Frank.
I think from everything you have said that you have been a fine and principled lawyer–grades are just a starting point; not the end result.
And I don’t think quoting Jesus is in any way antisemitic–I have done the same. As you note, Jesus was himself a Jew.
And you are right that sometimes you have to “give it to the Lord”. Even though it often has cliched uses these days, I actually think that the “Serenity Prayer” is very useful:
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.”
It is often this last that can be most difficult–either abandoning things that you can still very much influence if you have the vision and courage, or else continuing to hack away at lost causes, while sometimes putting yourself and others at risk while doing it. I think this is what you have been suggesting to me.
And the threat of Jihad is often a fast-moving situation–look how much things have changed in the past 20 years, just since 9/11. All we can try to do is to monitor the situation, learn as much as we can–and to pay attention to the suggestions and warnings of those we respect.

GI, most honored and respected friend, let me share a lesson I learned in truck driving school, during a bonus night training from one of the six best people I ever met in one place.
There is a divided 4 lane highway going basically north and south in Creola, Alabama. Parallel to the highway on the east side is a railroad track. The distance between the highway and track is not enough that an 18 wheeler can safely clear both at the same time. The instructor challenged us to make a left turn from an intersecting 2 lane street onto the south bound lane of the 4 lane highway. With the traffic even at night there was little way to wait on the safe (east) side of the track to try to dash across it, and the north bound lane to enter the south lane. The point he made so well that it saved me several times during my 6 months and 87,000 miles of solo driving, is that when a problem cannot be solved safely, change the problem. Turn right/north and then turn around in a safe place to go south.
I suggest that is one of a number of lessons truck drivers can teach many people in life. I made more money, net of all taxes and expenses, in 6 months driving a long-haul, hazardous chemical tanker, than I ever made in any year practicing law. And I had much more fun doing it, even with the problems..

Well, we can look at it this way. People who follow Islam are mentally ill, mentally challenging, DNA defective etc. States who say that person who comments crime due to Islam is is mentally ill, accepts that Muslims and Islamic people are mentally ill. So Germany has accepted people who follow Islamic faith are mentally ill, hence all should be locked up ?

Good point, rp. If this really were “mental illness”, it still would make sense to curb Muslim immigraation. Those so obviously prone to serious mental illness are not safe to have flooding into your country either.
