Bought a treadmill and spin bike in…

Bought a treadmill and spin bike in 2020 and had to replace control panel on treadmill in 2020. fast forward to 2024 machine were unplugged and not used for 2 plus years now both machines will not turn on. seems as if nordic tracks machines are garbage if you have to store them.

bought a rather expensive NordicTrack®…

bought a rather expensive NordicTrack® Commercial S15i Studio Bike, paid extra for the set up and install, the 'techs' damaged the machine on installation and I couldn't use it for a few weeks until a decent technical came and fixed it , things went good for a while.
Then just out of warranty the machine stopped working, been sent around and around the warranty and service team, customer support is non existent
Have replaced some parts they have sent through but the machine is still not working.
Like the issues when I purchased the support is dreadful, for a machine that is so costly , dreadful. Avoid this company and the products like the plague.

Do I take my Nordictrack to the Dump?

My Nordictrack treadmill is 8 years old. IFit technology
does not support my treadmill anymore. Per IFit my machine doesn't work anymore Even the MANUEL button. I was told the only way for the machine to work is to purchase a new console!! For what I paid I should be able to walk on my machine without IFit!! This is Not Good Business Ethics

Stay away from Nordic track

Stay away from Nordic track , they charge me twice to come out and repair the resistance motor. Even though I told them that it was the resistance motor needed to be replace, the tech didn’t bring it with him, ‘ he stated you have to order the part’ and I’ll come back to fix , but have to charge you again … Stay away

Horrible company and product!

Stay far away from this company!

I ordered the Norditrack Commercial 1750 and the experience has been a disaster from the start! The "white glove service" was horrible. They unloaded the heavy box on my grass making deep tracks in the grass. The machine was not built properly; pieces from the arm are jutting out and the machine makes a rumbling noise. To top it off, customer service is terrible, after waiting for hours on the phone and getting sent to various departments, the nasty representatives told me it was not their issue!
NordicTrack is truly a bad company in all areas.
Spend your money elsewhere!

Worst product purchase EVER

Worst product purchase EVER! Purchased the bike online in 2021 for $3k CAD. First month the seat post stopped moving. Had to call a number in Quebec for parts and service because I'm in Canada. Nobody answers the phone. I call three days straight and sit on hold for hours and then finally someone answered and said he'd have to ask the guy on the floor who assembles them.
Finally hear back several days later, that he has to send a part and get a tech to install it.
Tech arrived and is baffled as to how it got stuck. The part they sent is something that can only be put in AT THE FACTORY! At the end of the call he says "Can I try something?" I said "why not". He took a large rubber mallet and hit that post really hard until it moved and was usable again. He said the only thing he can think is that it wasn't assembled correctly.
Another month and there's an update and the workouts keep buffering. Call support. Walks me through the pinhole reset, checking on the admin menu, downloading an app and scanning my network. He didn't like that I have two wireless networks. I turn the other one off and remind him that its 6 feet away from the Access Point in the same room. This issue is never fixed. Always our wifi problem. Bull! We just used it without workouts and just did manual rides.
A month ago our ifit promo memberships I received, Two for some reason, end and they start bugging for renewal. Nope. Last week my wife is going to start a workout and it says there is an update. She lets it go through. Starts her ride after the update and reboot, then in the middle the screen goes black.
Now it starts up and the ifit logo shows on a white background. Then it fades to black. No screen. Incline works. No resistance.
Go through all the troubleshooting steps online. Pinhole, Disassemble everything, check all the cables, Check control board and lights. I call support and tell them what I did. They say great thanks that helps. Then come back and tell me the bike is not longer under warranty and they need a tech to come out to find out the issue. I ask for a price and am told $240 plus expenses, oh and there are no technicians in your area. So I could be looking at a service call of $300 just to have them say I need to buy a $1000 console. Then I'll have to pay for shipping and probably another tech visit.
So its basically just garbage now. Worst product purchase ever.

Nordictrack is a financial fraud!

Nordictrack is a financial fraud!! Do not buy! I ordered a product and immediately cancelled because of an incorrect specification. I got saddled with a $400 bill for @returning” the product that was never delivered or shipped… as part of “our policy!!!”

The worst customer service!!!

I really hope the product doesn’t resemble the customer service, absolutely shocking!!!!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still pending…I’ve now got to wait another 2 business days for answer on when my bike will be built! :-(

I’m going to wait 2 days and if it’s not good news Peloton will gain another customer…

You can't actually use iFit on your machine

After spending a lot of money for the nordic track bike, the membership for iFit goes from 14.99 to 39.00!! If you want (because they think we are stupid), you can keep iFit for a single person at $14.99 but just not use it on your very expensive machine. The is a complete rip off! so, I will continue with Apple and watch their fitness app on my TV. It is much cheaper and every bit as good. I won't make the mistake of buying anything Nordic Track again. Couldn't have been a worse experience! Buyer Beware!
To respond to Nordic track, I did NOT stop my account. Nordic track did. When I went to restart it, not realizing that you stopped it, it was shut off and to restart it, I had to pay $39 per month. I was told by your rep when I called that the only way to keep my 19.99 per month was to not use if it on my bike - only on an iPad or phone. Fortunately, my daughter could add me to her account. Just very bad customer service.

FINANCE IS A SCAM

Applied for financing of this $3000.00+ machine that was approved and delivered shortly after. No bill was ever sent to my home. I contacted Norditrack about 3 weeks after delivery worried about being late, who then sent me to TD Bank. I enrolled in automatic payments, (that they later acknowledged). 2 weeks later they called and told me I was 30 days late and charged me a fee and put a late on my credit report. I paid over the phone because it wouldn't be completely set up until I made 1 payment. I was furious but didn't know what to do. 30 days later they attempted to do it again. TD Bank and Nordictrack are not to be trusted!

DON'T BUY - warrantee and customer service suck

Strongly recommend you buy a different brand. I bought my NordicTrack 2 years ago and purchased the extended warrantee for 3 years. The fan stopped working a month ago (well within the 3 year time period) and it took 3 days of calling both NordicTrack and the extended warrantee provider to get hold of someone, only to be told that the fan wasn't covered under warrantee (even though the language in the warrantee agreement suggests it does). I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of standing by their product, which is too bad because the iFit trainers are good and the actual machine would be good if they stood behind it. If you're in the market, pick a brand that has good customer service reviews.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased the X22i treadmill during Covid from Elvery's sports. It has constantly had problems ranging from buffering content, software crashing mid run, or simply losing wifi connection. These machines cost thousands and the support network to maintain the device or get it fixed is simply non-existent.

DEFECT TREADMILL & THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Less than one star! Purchased a $2500 treadmill from NordicTrack website and they delivered a non operational treadmill. the machine didnt turn on. they sent a repair agent three times to the house with different parts and the machine still doesn’t operate. It won’t turn on. NordicTrack refuses to pick up this machine or to process a return without me paying $600 which is ridiculous.. filed a complaint with NYS Division of Consumer Protection (DCP) and BBB.

Bought the top of the line bike in 2020…

Bought the top of the line bike in 2020 with extended warranty and have had NOTHING but issues. Repairs off and on since I purchased. Probably around 20 times. Their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Repair guy said bike is unfixable and I need a new bike and Nordic Track is not doing that. They just keep sending new parts and the bike is never fixed. To say I am fed up is an understatement.

Contacted NordicTrack for assistance…

Contacted NordicTrack for assistance with my treadmill and they had no idea how to help me. They kept telling me to look in my manual, or to find a video online how to do it. They don’t have any service people to talk to that can help you with your problems. Wanted me to buy parts without even knowing what was wrong with my treadmill and wanted to sell me repair service instead. Can’t believe a company this big and supposedly reputable has the worst service of any product I’ve ever used.

Lack of responsiveness for dangerous break

I've been very happy with my rower. However, the strap separated in the middle on Friday and I hyperextended my back. I contacted NordicTrack/iFit on Friday and have yet to hear anything from them to get this resolved and repaired. This is unsatisfactory given the price of the rower AND the fact that I have a yearly membership to their App

Avoid at ALL costs

Horrible build quality. Treadmill has not been able to connect to wifi once since purchase. 50/50 chance whether it will actually work each day or whether it will get stuck at infinite loading screen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased a Noritrak treadmill

I purchased a Noritrak treadmill, model 2450 a year and a half ago. It has had light use. It has been making a horrible grinding noise during incline and decline. I called Norditraks tech service and they told me that I need to pay them $159 up front and they can send a tech out to LOOK at it. Once they determine the issue, they will order a.part and then charge me another $115 to come back out and replace the part. This will take approximately 3-5 weeks. IMO their customer service is horrible. I would shop all options before purchasing from Norditrak.

I have a commercial Nordictrack…

I have a commercial Nordictrack treadmill that I purchased in 2020. The belt stopped working on Tuesday night and I submitted a repair ticket that evening. I received a response the following morning asking for me to call to schedule a service call. I called Wednesday afternoon to schedule the service and had someone at my home Thursday morning at 7:30 am. The technician, Ken, took a look, found the problem (broken motor belt that had almost 500 hours in it), and fixed it! He cleaned and serviced my machine and I was up and literally running again that morning. I can’t believe I got it fixed in less than 48 hours. I am very happy with their customer service.

Cistomer service kaputs…

I have tried to contact Nordic Track several times and I can never get through, get a ridiculous robot and Noone calls back. This the last piece of equipment ill ever buy from them. Customer service is at all time lowest among any company I ever dealt with! Just sad!!! Don't waste your money, go elsewhere, anywhere in fact.
