Everyone has their favorite default search engine, but if you want a variety of results, checking multiple search engines is the best way to go.Each search engine has its own way of optimizing and choosing the best results to show you. And even though you may see some of the same top results across services, the rest of the first page may give you entirely different websites to check out.But individually going to different search engines, like Google, Bing, Yahoo, and more isn't very efficient. Instead, there are Android apps that combine all the most popular search engines, making it easy to use multiple search engines from one app. Let's check out the best options!

1. Smart Search & Web Browser

When you open Smart Search, you'll see a screen that looks a lot like a smartphone home screen. There are almost 20 apps that are automatically displayed on the home screen, but you can edit this and make it your own, choosing your favorite apps to display.

At the top, you'll see the search bar and which search engine it's currently set to use. If you swipe left or right, you'll see the search engine change. And what's awesome is that you can change the search engine even after you make your search, so you don't have to make separate searches on each engine.

You can browse and compare the results across all the sites easily.

2. Search Engine

The Search Engine app's home screen displays all of its available search engines in an easy-to-see format. In total, there are 36 you can use to find your perfect results.

When you click on a search engine, it'll pull up a dedicated browser page for that particular search engine. Each browser page will have its own proprietary settings menu that you would typically see when using Google or Bing on their direct websites.

Find the Best Results

For a lot of us, Google may be the default search engine. And although Google's algorithms for its search results are quite good, it's still worth checking other search engines as well.

Other search engines may not display as many paid ads or collect as much of your data. Before declaring Google as your search engine of choice, give others a try and see what you like and what you don't.
