This was an absolute reader delight! Spicey, sexy, and fun with a bit of drama added in for character. It's a fantastic read especially if you're short on time but want a bit of a thrill. This is my first time reading Sadie Rose and it won't be my last. Her writing style and flow are phenomenal. I so enjoy falling for new authors. ((Smiles))

The conclusion to Oliva and Roman's love story. What a ride, and who doesn't love an Alpha male, Roman was exactly that!! So many cute moments, enjoyed this duet.

I devoured this book in one sitting once I started I couldn’t put it down. After Push I wanted more of Olivia and Romans story and this story is everything I could of asked for and more! Roman is such an alpha male and he is the sweetest ever! Olivia is such a sweetheart as well, I love how she wants her burdens to be just hers and no one else’s! I enjoyed the twist this story had and I am so happy they got there HEA.

Neither Olivia nor Roman is doing so well after their breakup. She's wallowing in the pain he made her feel after cutting her out of his life and the cruel words he threw at her when he discovered her not so terrible secret. But not soon after, he's already regretting it and wants her back. Now how to get her to a) ever speak to him again, b) listen to his heartfelt apology, and c) forgive him and take him back. Those are lofty goals considering she won't even acknowledge his existence. But Roman didn't get to where he is in life by backing down from a challenge, and his goal now is the important one of his life, so he's not about to give up on her, on them.

Roman did some serious groveling, though not quite enough for my tastes, and Olivia made him work for her forgiveness, which I loved. There was never a time when I thought they wouldn't get back together, and was rooting them on. This is a fun, sexy duet, and now I'm really hoping Cade, Roman's right hand man and friend, gets his own story.

“ARC Review”

This is the second book to the Duet.
After Olivia and Roman separated, it was hard for them, but they both processed it differently. Roman has been taking the frustration out with alcohol because all the gifts he has sent her way have not changed her opinion. He really messed up this time. And he knew he had to make things right but for that, he needed to ask the one person he never thought he would ask for help. Olivia has been through all the phases of a breakup and she is ready to move on. As the saying goes: To get over a man you need to get under a new one. She was very determined to do exactly that. Her friend Raymond gives her a letter from Ramon in the club, which is very surprising because why would he give it to Raymond? She decides that she will not let this ruin her night. When she heads back out of the bathroom she smells the scent she would never forget. Seeing Ollie in the club was not a coincidence. Roman followed Raymond once he gave him the letter. Will Ollie forgive him and will they ever be able to be happy again?
I liked this book because I felt I got a better perspective. In the first book, we only get Olivia’s perspective. I really liked the dual perspective of this book. The only thing that bothered me was that she forgave him too quickly. I wish that she would have stuck it out a little bit more. After all, he called her some ugly names. But other than that I really liked how they opened up to one another a bit more. I kind of wish we had the story for Miller and Madison. Thank you Sadie for letting me be part of this Review Tour!

I really liked the conclusion of Olvia and Roman's love story. Book 2 took it up a notch on almost every level.

I loved that the:
💙plot grew/expanded
🔥spice got hotter
🫶🏼characters got more mature (minus Olivia still running from her problems)
👏🏼FINALLY learned Roman's age
🎉HEA (w/ insight to other characters)

Roman's insta-love became more in-depth, I think. You could understand more why he might be in love with her. He is still very alpha and I love it

I didn't love the way Olivia expressed her feelings. I felt like she was taking advantage of Roman's intense love for her and that he'd always put up with whatever she gave him.
spoiler:

Why did she make a choice that she knew would leave her betting on his love and begging for his forgiveness?🤦🏼‍♀️ That bothered me quite a bit.

Outside of that scene, I LOVED the rest; particularly the HEA at the end.

I received an advance review copy in exchange for an honest review.

I was on the fence going into this particular book after I finished reading the first book, but I was somewhat curious how things would play out for Roman and Olivia after their split at the end of book one (which seemed to be over the top). I don't mind an insta-love kind of story, but overall the romance between these two moved at warp speed and that had me feeling all kinds of dubious about their true feelings for each other: how can he be so sure he's all in with someone he's known for a week and hadn't even been on a date with yet? But I digress.

There are a couple of different battles happening within this book: Roman trying to battle his way back into Olivia's heart and life, and Olivia battling her ex because he's nothing more than a dickbag. I would have liked there to be more time given to their romance, it all seemed a bit rushed (again, you're all in with someone you've seen a couple of times over the course of a week?)

Pull is the dramatic conclusion of Roman and Olive's love story. Both wrecked by their breakup they each are trying to sort through their feelings and if they have a future. Roman is a wreck trying to get Olive to forgive him while Olive is struggling and looking for space to come to terms with her hurt. In the midst of repairing their relationship it is also under attack by Olive's sleezy ex. These two have a lot to work through if they want a happily ever after. I appreciated how much Roman was emotionally vulnerable in this book. He obviously deeply loves Olive and will do whatever is necessary to win her back. Meanwhile Olive has good intentions trying to save Roman from her ex's threats but isn't as equipped to deal with him. I really enjoyed this duet and was happy with the conclusion.

I freaking FLOVED Pull! Olivia and Roman's story comes to a conclusion in this book. Pull picks up a few weeks after Push.
Olivia is heartbroken, but is bound and determined not to be the damsel in distress. Roman has come to terms with a few things and decides Ollie is not going to get away!
When Roman puts his mind to getting Olivia back she is defenseless to his antics. He has decided she will be his and nothing or no one is going to stand in his way. His alpha nature and the need to take care of her is swoon-worthy. Olivia is stronger than she realizes. I love how she doesn't want to "burden" anyone with her issues. When she decides to take matters into her own hands she soon sees it is better to have the man you love at your back. Once these two realize they are better together than apart everything falls into place.

Back at it again with Mr. Roman Devereaux 🔥 The first book of Push left me hanging on wondering what the heck happened! I was so mad at Roman for his behavior about an impulsive reaction to something Olivia had done.

But! Nonetheless, he comes back to redeem himself and prove himself to Olivia. This story has more depth in really getting to know Olivia and her past as well as Roman and his. You really see them come together to fight their past despite all the odds. Their friends and family members are super supportive of their relationship and it makes my heart melt. 🥺

Will Olivia accept Roman for all that he is? Will Roman be prepared to dedicate is life to Olivia? Find out with book 2- Pull!

Also… there is one spicy scene in here that is just 🔥😏🥵

☸️ PULL ☸️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
🌶🌶🌶

Pull is the conclusion in this duet, Push being the first book.

Pull starts off a few weeks after Olivia and Roman’s break up. Olivia is struggling to move on after being accused of using Roman for his money. It’s hard for her since she works for Roman’s company and he keeps trying to reach out to apologize. Olivia is also dealing with a jack ass ex on top of everything else. Will Olivia be able to move on from Roman or will he be able to fix their relationship after realizing he f*cked up?

I waited so long for this second book and it did NOT disappoint. Go check out this duet & support a new indie author in @sadieroseauthor

Story is of Ollie and Roman and their chance meeting that turns into a whirlwind of drama and desire. I love Roman and really don’t think their age difference is that big of a deal. I will say I was super annoyed at Ollie and some of the choices she made throughout the book. I was yelling at the book lol

Blurb:

Fresh out of college, Olivia Monroe has a new apartment and a new job living in San Francisco with her best friend. Hoping for a fresh start drama free, Olivia has a chance encounter with an attractive stranger who turns out to be more than she bargained for.

This is the second and conclusion to Olivia and Roman’s journey. These two are heartbroken by their breakup, and Olivia is looking for a fresh start, while Roman is relentless in his pursuit of getting her back. Their relationship is put to the test with the challenges they need to overcome along the way. While Olivia is determined that she does not want to burden anyone with her issues, sometimes a problem shared is a problem solved. This is a well written story with secrets, twists, emotions, drama, love, and is an entertaining and all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I recommend.

I knew that Olivia's ex would make an appearance! I just wasn't sure what his game plan was. When it was revealed though. UGH. GRRR.

Olivia and Roman continued to draw me in. Their whirlwind romance was once again put to the test. Loved how Cade, Roman, and Madison stepped in to work through it all. Olivia was a trooper as well, and she didn't want her people to get hurt (or waste resources).

The conclusion though was exactly what I had wanted. It all wrapped up perfectly, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Highly recommend the Devereaux duet!

I have to start of by saying how much I absolutely adore all books by Sadie Rose . I don’t think I’ve ever read a book by her that I have not genuinely loved Pull is the second installment in Sadie’s ( Devereaux Duet ) and is the conclusion of Olivia and Roman’s love story .Pull picks up right where push left off with Olivia breaking up with Roman and completely heartbroken. But Roman is determined to do everything in his power to get her back . What a emotional rollercoaster. What does their duties hold ? Well your just going to have to find out for yourself .

This book picks up after book one, as Olivia struggles to move on, Roman is trying so hard to work things with her....

This book was well written although I did find Olivia frustrating at some moments but the chemistry and passion she shared with R were Amazing
I can't wait to read more or this author because I really loved her writing style and how she made these two people feel real.

The end of the Devereaux Duet!

My heart broke for both Olivia and Roman in the first book and I couldn’t wait to get this one. Sadie did not disappoint! Roman was open from the beginning and loved all in!! Olivia didn’t want her burdens to be anyone else’s but her own. She didn’t want to depend on someone else. Finally, they get exactly what they both yearned for! I fell in love with these 2 in book 1 and now I am just so happy they do get their HEA!!!

A solid 4stars. The drama, the angst, the spice, and finally revealing his age...they're all here in this book. He is a good but flawed man and does what he thinks is right. She is a stubborn independent female and much of the drama could be solved by good old fashioned communication but what fun would that be haha.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Oh my gosh this was awesome to read, I loved the story line of this continuation of the Devereaux duet book set. It certainly pulls on the heart string if different parts of the book but the characters certainly bring the characters to life. Sadie Rose is a fabulous author and this is just a small example of her work.

I loved this book too! Roman & Olivia have sort of learned to communicate better, but it's a work in progress! Sometimes I just to scream at them to TALK to each other!!! There is the issue with he ex, who is trying to cause all sorts of issues, but he gets what's coming to him in the end! Olivia & Roman went thru a lot to get their HEA & I loved it!

We get a satisfying and emotional ending to Olivia & Roman’s dramatic tale. If you like a very alpha, MMC and Insta love is your cup of tea and the Devereux duet is definitely for you! I actually liked Roman more in the second book “Pull “because of how much he grows. “Push” and “Pull” are both equally good, but make a quick and satisfying read for anybody that wants something steamy.

Pull is the amazing conclusion of Olivia and Roman's story from the first book in the duet, Push.

Pull starts off right where Push finished after Olivia breaks up with Roman. This story takes you on a wild ride to seeing these two characters try to find their way back to one another.

I loved how Roman fought tooth and nail to get Olivia back and simply just didn't give up. He was willing to do everything in his power to show Olivia how sorry he was.

Both characters come a long way during this epic love story and I was sad to see it end!

I'm definitely looking forward to reading more from this author!

Olivia and Roman's relationship is put to test again in this one. It's a matter of how strong is their relationship and their will to be together. Seriously, I loved Roman and just how much he loves Olivia. He just about does anything for her and in this book proves it. She can't protect herself from his charms and words. I loved their story.

I have to start by saying that although book one fell short for me I wanted to give the second book a chance so i could see what was going to happen between Olivia and Roman. Book one fell short for me because the relationship between them seemed rushed and not authentic. I know this is a book but I am not a fan of insta-love so I know this is also a personal preference.

The connection between Olivia and Roman was still there but I wish we got to see more time pass between them before they got so serious. I thought it was strange to ask a girl you met a week ago to go to another country with you because you don’t want to be apart. Seemed a little clingy to me, especially being a guy.
