Kudos to the Greek MEP, Emmanouil Fragkos, one of the few Western leaders to take notice of the plight of persecuted Christians and other religious minorities in many Muslim countries. The EU (and the UK) also continue to fling their doors wide open to mass Muslim migration with no regard for national security, nor the well being of those minorities who are oppressed in Islamic regimes.
Instead, the West has overwhelmingly fallen for the “Islamophobia” trick, which paints Muslims as perpetual victims so that the real suffering of humanity under mainstream Islam is ignored, including the genocide against Christians in Africa and the persecution of minorities in Pakistan.
“’Their life has been degrading’: Greek MEP Emmanouil Fragkos Slams Pakistan Over Ongoing Persecution Of Minorities,” Republic World, January 11, 2022:
Brussels Belgium January 11 ANI Greek Member of the European Parliament MEP Emmanouil Fragkos lambasted Pakistan over the ongoing persecution of minorities.
Fragkos said in a letter to Josep Borrell, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Vice-President of the EU Commission, that everyday life for Christians has been degrading and dangerous for all Pakistan’s non-Muslim communities. Christians are treated as second-class citizens, as are Hindus and smaller religious minorities. He said that the European Union hasn’t made any real moves to overthrow the dominant governmental policy of Islamist extremism for several years, before the unacceptable situation of cultural decline inside Pakistan.
He gave examples of blasphemy cases related to the persecution of minorities.
26 Christians, who have been condemned by the Pakistani society, have been using the unacceptable anti-blasphemy legislation, said Fragkos.
These laws make non-Muslims vulnerable to enslavement or even physical extermination.
An allegation of blasphemy, even if not proven in court, arms the extremists to render Islamic justice, said the Greek MEP.
16 MEPs have written about the importance of European intervention in Pakistan and elsewhere in tackling the persecution of Christians and other religious minorities.
Fragkos questioned the strategy of the EU, with timetable and specific initiatives to deal effectively with the persecution of Christians and other religious minorities in Pakistan?
Violence against Christians in Pakistan has increased since 2001. Christians are seen as scapegoats for the US-led invasion of Afghanistan, as well as the enormous human suffering…

Yeah, congratulations to Emmanouil Fragkos. Anyone have any idea of where he stands politically in Greek politics? He could be useful in confronting Turkey, if he has the right ideas of how to go about it
GreekEmpress says
Hi Infidel,
He is a member of Greek Solution, a party started in 2016. They are for Greeks first, anti Muslim immigration, and considered to the right, as is New Dawn.
The leader of Greek Solution is Kyriakos Velopoulos,
gravenimage says
Thanks for that background, GreekEmpress.
Infidel says
2016!?! Well, I guess better late than never. I just hope this party makes as much headway in Greece as Orban’s party in Hungary or Kurz’ party in Austria
I just hope it’s not too late for Greece to secure itself against invading muslims, including Turks

Greek Empresses I read the link it was biased being a EU link it now seems anybody against immigration is now far right I have a bad feeling they will try and take him if he gets very popular like they did golden dawn there’s no democracy in the EU
Boycott Turkey says

GreekEmpress says
Hi Boycott Turkey,

Does Cyprus have any parties similar to Greek Solution that Greek Empress described?
Boycott Turkey says
Infidel they have a party called Elam it’s similar
Infidel says
Good. Is it in power, or in the opposition?
Boycott Turkey says
It’s opposition but it’s classed as far right by the idiots
GreekEmpress says

Thank you for this link
Infidel says
When they say ‘Far Right’ as the link suggests, they’re just alluding to the fact that the party is anti muslim immigration, like nothing else matters
I’ve tossed this idea of ‘Right wing’ in my mind a lot, and I have a model to describe it. Instead of being a one dimensional attribute that one can plot simply on a line, I think of it as a 3 dimensional graph, where negative is left and positive is right. On that cartesian 3d space
‣ X axis represents religion, where positive is the native religion of the country in question (Christianity in the West, Judaism in Israel, Hinduism in India, Buddhism in Burma, Thalland, Sri Lanka, etc). Negative would be either militant Atheism or islam, so muslim countries would have no positive part of X
‣ Y axis represents economic system, where positive implies capitalism and free enterprise, and negative implies communism and socialism
‣ Z axis represents nationalism vs globalism, where positive implies nationalism and negative implies globalism
Under this model, the different attributes of any political organization can be quantified and represented. It would be useful to do this for political organizations all over the place

This is so true, Infidel. African feminists and supporters of gay rights have been dubbed “far right” if they oppose Jihad terror.
Michael says
Elegant idea. But no X for Islam in Mecca? Not all Muslim states are hard line Islam.
I have worked for good and bad private and state heavy industries, so I would not put them at opposite ends of Y axis. The state cos I worked in had to compete in world markets, One (now closed) was the best I have worked for.
My scale would go from competent to incompetent, measured against market share, profits and regional boost.
Fully agreed re Z.
Patriotism is my yardstick. I dont consider right to be more patriotic than left (viewed across 100 years).George Orwell (England Your England) is IMO a proud patriot.
Infidel says
I wouldn’t have islam in it at all, b’cos of its opposition to freedom. If you notice, all the positives in my system involve a maximization of freedom, which capitalism allows but communism doesn’t, local faiths allow but islam doesn’t. In the globalism vs nationalism, more freedom tends to be there the smaller the governed population is, which is why nationalism is more positive than globalism, provincialism more positive than nationalism and individualism more positive than provincialism
The communism vs capitalism axis that I picked weren’t so much about state owned businesses vs private owned: it was more like total government control of all production in a communist country vs zero government control of any production, where I can’t think of a good example. In a free nation, government would be free to have companies in certain sectors: what it shouldn’t have is a complete control over the competition, or a monopoly
James Lincoln says
Very interesting model, Infidel.
Might be interesting to also have a “time element” baked in.
In other words, how would a 1960 JFK Democrat be regarded in today’s America?
Infidel says
Time could be a fourth dimension, and would be represented just like it would be in any 3d model, where the variable changes every ____ seconds/…/days/…/years..
James Lincoln says
Good idea, Infidel.
Thank you for your reply.
Boycott Turkey says
True infidel anybody a speaking out against persecution of Christians Jews Hindus and against jihad is now a far right white supremist even if they are not white themselfs it’s ridiculous
Infidel says
Yeah. But nobody should ever accuse people on the Left of being perceptive

……………….
Good for Emmanouil Fragkos for speaking out!
OLD GUY says
Opening our borders to islam will bring this murder of Christians to our countries as well. Make no mistake Islam is an enemy of all other religions and non-religious people.
