The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is actually right: Austin and anyone else responsible should resign. I said that back in August. But Austin should not resign at CAIR’s behest. To allow this unsavory Hamas-linked group to dictate the behavior of the top brass would just compound the problem. Biden’s handlers will be sorry to appear so “Islamophobic” as not to do CAIR’s bidding in this case, but if Austin did resign, it would be admitting wrongdoing, and this administration doesn’t take any genuine responsibility for anything.
“US Muslim group asks Pentagon officials to resign for botched Kabul strike,” TRT World, January 21, 2022:
Council on American-Islamic Relations demands resignation of defence chief Lloyd Austin and “any military officials who had a direct role in approving the drone strike that killed 10 civilians” in August 2021.
Any Pentagon official directly involved in a botched air strike in Afghanistan last year should resign, including US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, a Muslim-American advocacy group has demanded.
The US-based Muslim body Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) also called for the resignation of “any military officials who had a direct role in approving the drone strike that killed 10 civilians” in August.
CAIR National Deputy Director Edward Ahmed Mitchell said the video shows “the Pentagon launched a reckless attack that was guaranteed to kill innocent people in a densely-packed neighbourhood.”
“This attack was not simply an honest mistake or a rare occurrence; it was the latest in a long line of reckless drone strikes that have killed innocent people at homes, weddings and funerals in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, and elsewhere,” said Mitchell….

In any case, Austin is a complete disgrace. After all, even evil such as CAIR can on occasion stumble into the truth.
Austin is symptomatic of how awful the faux Biden Administration is. He is, like Blinken, Garland, Harris, Buttigieg, et al. dispositive of how America is now run by fools galore—and with Biden at the top of this fool’s list of course.
From the Founding Fathers of America to the Biden Administration. A descent like few other examples in history. And again I say to all who ACTUALLY voted for Biden, shame on you forever. What a bunch of rubes you are.

Defence chief Lloyd Austin should have resigned BEFORE the Afghanistan debacle happened, since he advised the Bribed-man not to do it, but leave troops in Baghram military base as a back-up to the Afghan army.
Lloyd Austin could have signalled to the world how stupid and reckless the clueless Bribed-man actually is.
If Lloyd Austin was unable to take the measure of scatter-brain Joe, then he should not be in such a position of influence and authority.

Yes, that would have shown him to be a man of “principle”.
Proof positive that he is not…

Too many voted with a high school mentality – for personalities – instead of sound policies. Now they have voter’s remorse and a radical agenda administration.
It looks like the shadow handlers are agitating for war with Russia. Maybe that’s how a stymied administration gets out of its funk – start a war. It seems that Biden is the voice while others write the script.
CAIR, like All Sharpton, might be right once in a while but the “ambulance chasing” protocol gets tiresome and less effectual. It seems to only know how to complain and sue for Islam.
“Relations” must be cordial and in both directions to be effectual. CAIR’s idea that rubbing elbows with the elite will filter down to the citizen is a false assumption and appears as an authoritarian attitude. CAIR, obviously, does not understand American freedom. What the US citizen sees is an anti-American attitude punctuated by Islamic violence throughout the world.

With respect, isn’t it more likely that CAIR actually understands American freedom – and wants to use it against us?

Grimly true.

No, hell no. It is war. Drone strike death was casuality of war. Is CAIR for America or Afgans or Muslims anywahere in the globe? They are for Muslims anywhere. Period. That is why they sleep with Hamas. They have the audacity ask for Defense Secretary’s resignation! It is high time that in ALL Americans must recognize the existensial threat posed by Muslims in America and just physically remove them. Otherwise, it is a matter of time only. Islam and Muslims will destroy America.

This strike really did appear to be botched. That is very different from our bowing to the demands of Jihadists, though.

Well, he’s the fool who has demanded that all military personnel take the jab…no matter why some want to decline…religious reasons, or allergy reasons, or they just don’t like the idea of being used for a dangerous experiment.
He can go, but it shouldn’t be at the word of a terror-connected org.

Never thought I’d agree with CAIR. Cant say I even believe that there was a strike that killed Aid workers, children, or whatever lie they are telling today. (Almost always seems to be a wedding that they say was bombed)
But, I would sure be glad to see him go.

It thinks it does and it uses that to exploit government, legal system, and media. It deludes itself into thinking, while being stroked by power, that the average citizen respects it. However, most citizens don’t trust those same institutions and so the effect is the opposite of what CAIR intended. It creates an image of just another power hungry organization with a club and manipulative intentions. It has no “Relationship” with the citizen.
