Best thing since; well, sliced bread!

This book has become my absolute food bible, from how to make incredible fillings to condiments, pickles, focaccia, the lot! I recommend this to absolutely anyone who eats food.

Not What Expected

This is what I expected. I was expecting suggestions for making various sandwiches but instead got a cookbook about more than sandwiches. Some might like this but I was a bit disappointed in the content.

Kindle version

The kindle version is horrible. Other cookbooks do not have this problem. I would try to enlarge a page, as I'm reading it on a phone, and it would jump to some random page. Feels like a series of jpegs hastily shoved together.

Quirky. These people will put ANYTHING in a sandwich. Some nice inspiration for a weekend lunch with friends but not so useful for lunchbox ideas for work.

Max should be made an Earl of Sandwich

My world has been expanded experientially! Hot, cold, sweet, sour, crunchy, soft, is the mantra. Remember it and a sandwich will never be boring again! Epicurean delights on every page. Written as though Max is leaning over your shoulder geeing you on to turbo charge a butty!
