The U.S. had this kind of bounty on the head of bin Laden and other jihadis for years. No one ever claimed the money. Do the foreign policy “experts” at State ever ponder why that might be? Almost certainly not. To do so might lead them into “Islamophobia.”
“State Dept. offers a $10m reward for information on the location of ISIS-K leader Sanaullah Ghafari and any terrorists behind the Kabul airport blast that killed 13 US troops,” by Rob Crilly, DailyMail.com, February 7, 2022
The United States on Monday offered a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to the capture of ISIS-K leader Sanaullah Ghafari and for help finding those behind the August 2021 attack at Kabul airport that killed 13 American service personnel.
Ghafari was appointed by the Islamic State’s core leadership in the Middle East as head of its Khorasan affiliate – using a historical term for the Afghanistan and Pakistan region – in June 2020, according to the State Department.
‘An ISIS communiqué announcing his appointment described al-Muhajir as an experienced military leader and one of ISIS-K’s “urban lions” in Kabul who has been involved in guerrilla operations and the planning of suicide and complex attacks,’ it said, using one of his known aliases.
It comes after the United Nations reported that terror groups now enjoy greater freedom in Afghanistan than at any time in history.
ISIS-K previously previously fought the Western-backed government that fell in August as well as the Taliban.
The State Department said Ghafari was responsible for approving all ISIS-K operations throughout Afghanistan and arranging funding to conduct operations.
It declared him a ‘Specially Designated Global Terrorist’ in November.
Some reports suggest the 27-year-old was born in Iraq – based on his nickname of al-Muhajir or ‘the migrant – but U.S. government documents list his birthplace as Afghanistan.
He was believed to have been a mid-level commander in the Taliban-allied Haqqani Network, before joining the Islamic State affiliate.
For years ISIS-K was overshadowed by the Taliban.
But it has prospered in recent months after the collapse of the Western-backed government, according to a United Nations monitoring report published last week.
It said that estimates of ISIS-K strength had risen from 2200 to closer to 4000, following the release of several thousand prisoners.
‘There are no recent signs that the Taliban has taken steps to limit the activities of foreign terrorist fighters in the country,’ said the report. ‘On the contrary, terrorist groups enjoy greater freedom there than at any time in recent history.’
ISIS-K it was catapulted into the limelight with a suicide attack on Kabul airport during the final days of the chaotic American withdrawal.
The Pentagon on Friday released the findings of its investigation, concluding that a lone ISIS-K bomber 13 U.S. troops and at least 170 Afghans ….

So, if muslims never snitch on these buggers
How do we manage to foil so many jihad plots ?
I’d love to know

I’m not in law enforcement, but there are a lot of tactics. Monitoring on-line “chatter” is one; seeing who jumps at undercover LE seeing who responds to feelers about Jihad is another. Also tips from Infidels reporting concerning behavior.
But tips from other Muslims? They do happen. but are really *very* rare, even in the West. I’m sure this is even more the case in Afghanistan, out of loyalty to Islam in most cases, but likely fear of other Muslims as well.

Recall the neighbors who noticed late-night activity of the mozlum terror couple in CA? Well, many people would have reported seeing that. Not everyone is in fear of being called names.
LE have for many years, listened to what happens on the “street” and this is a way they have ears into what’s happening. Many of us have overheard conversations at neighboring tables in restaurants, on transportation, etc., and if we understand the other’s language, we just might uncover a ‘plot.’
They “hear” about a mozlum, or group planning something, and may work undercover to find out more.
In years past, they had undercover go into the barracks and listen to the “sermons.” They probably still do.
And, of course, there are corrupt fbi guys who might blab about plans with which they are assisting.
Because mozlums engage in theft and fraud for islam…and to make some extra funds, such as illegally trading in food stamps, etc., L E can be listening to phone calls, looking at websites, etc. and “stumble” onto terror plots in the course of other work.
And, of course, there are still agents who do their job and look into mozlums who come from terror families or countries.

Grimly true that many Infidels *don’t* report suspicious Jihad activity because they are afraid of being called “racist” or “Islamophobic”.

inside CIA operatives and now the useful Idiot is no longer needed

Is this a claim that Jihad terror is done by the “filthy Infidels”? Sure sounds like it…

Here’s the info they need: he’s a devout mozlum. He’s willing to do anything for his fake ‘god’ and his false ‘prophet.’
He won’t stop killing until he is dead. islam programs for rape and murder and the pretense of being the victims all the while they are raping and murdering, lying and hoaxing and abusing others for islam to spread.
I’ll take the ten in gold and silver bars, thank you.

Hint: he may be in the U.S. since the taliban put a lot of their own on the planes out.

Chilling–and certainly not impossible.

He may not be here, but no doubt others are. And he very well could be>

Somehistory, I’m sure they are–as we will learn to our sorrow in the near future.

The state department could always just ask the Pakistani intelligence service where they forward his mail to!
And the other thing, if the taliban manage to bump him off would sleazy Joe then send them another $10 million or just take it off from all the money he left there?

Early 2002, $25 million reward, broad daylight in bustling Islamabad. This alleged perverter of the noble teachings of Islam and betrayer of the peaceful prophet walks freely about, unmolested.

Presumably, he’s in Paradise – where do I sign for my ten million ?
OLD GUY says
Don’t you think that $10,million dollars is a little excessive for a reward. I thought we had this guy in a prison over in Afghanistan and allowed him to get out with Biden’s withdrawal plan. Wouldn’t a $2 dollar bullet have prevented this terrorist from getting free to harm others been a lot cheaper. All that 10 million will do is support another terrorist group or person.
It’s time to quit playing nice with these terrorist and the organizations and countries that support them.
