In Sweden, it is unethical and illegal to investigate unwelcome truths. Soon it will be that way all over the West. Meanwhile, the best part of this dark exercise in academic absurdity is this nugget of comedy gold: “The work of getting Kristina Sundquist prosecuted for her alleged illegal research has previously been led by Justice Ann-Christine Lindeblad, but since Lindeblad was caught for shoplifting, she has been forced to leave the board.”
“Swedish professor accused of more illegal research on immigrants,” translated from “Svensk professor anklagas för mer olaglig forskning om invandrare,” Samnytt, February 12, 2022:
The doctor and professor Kristina Sundquist, active at Lund University, is suspected of further cases of illegal research on immigrants. This appears from documents Samnytt has read.
One of the allegations concerns a study on indoor and outdoor rape published last year. The report shows, among other things, that immigrants committed the majority of all rapes, both outdoors and indoors, between 2009 and 2015. However, immigrants account for a larger proportion of outdoor rapes than of those committed indoors.
The purpose of the study was not primarily to investigate the background of rapists. Instead, it addresses and studies a large number of variables for rapists; such as level of education, previous history of crime, drug abuse and more.
It compares the differences and similarities between rapists who abuse indoors and those who do it outdoors. The study is reminiscent of the previous study where Kristina Sundquist has already been notified of suspicion of crime.
The Board of Appeal for Ethical Review believes that the recent study on rape is also “unethical” and that Kristina Sundquist lacks an ethics permit for it. Therefore, the board wants her, in her capacity as responsible professor, to be prosecuted for it.
The work of getting Kristina Sundquist prosecuted for her alleged illegal research has previously been led by Justice Ann-Christine Lindeblad, but since Lindeblad was caught for shoplifting, she has been forced to leave the board. The new request to have Sundquist prosecuted is signed by her replacement Carina Gunnarsson.
Gunnarsson was previously director general of the Mediation Institute, but was forced to leave the post after the Ombudsman criticized her for being partisan in a labor dispute.
The Board of Appeal for Ethical Review wants to see Kristina Sundquist prosecuted for another five studies, which they believe were conducted illegally. Four of the studies deal with diseases and syndromes such as osteoporosis, kidney stones, ADHD and breast cancer among immigrants.
The fifth study is about who is responsible for the deadly violence in Sweden. According to the allegedly illegal report, 43 percent of the deadly violence in Sweden between 2000 and 2015 was committed by immigrants.
In total, Kristina Sundquist is suspected of having published seven illegal research reports….

Illegal reports? What the hell does that even mean?
DavidR says
They’re what you print after you’ve finished your “illegal research”. And I guess that makes some questions also illegal. When you figure it out let me know.

As Michael Copeland points out above it is Kafkaesque in structure, it is a bureaucratic boondoggle where the legislature has been bypassed and laws are secretly enacted by the executive through state regulatory agencies and not subject to oversight or review by any elected representatives and whose process involves a secret ‘reviewing agency’ who investigates complaints and the victims have no right to confront the reviewing agency and the numerous contraventions of regulations they might submit to the state regulatory body, in short it is a kangaroo court system in which you are guilty of obscure transgressions you might have unknowingly committed because these so called regulations are buried in the bureaucracy. You then are contacted and have to show-cause why your professional licence should not be suspended for a nominal amount of time to be decided by the regulatory body.
It’s sort of Orwellian in nature as well but it comes in handy for despots and tyrannical bureaucracies to oppress investigations about embarrassing things they don’t want investigated.

You’re right.
Our efforts should be focused on dismantling the deep-state in every Western nation.
It always seems to come down to unelected bureaucrats telling us what to do.
gregbeetham says
Oh, and the executive and the regulatory agencies are absolutely composed of treasonous cowardly weasels whose seditious conduct needs to be exposed to the general population forthwith.

There is an obvious rape problem in Sweden that will not end until it is studied, analyzed and then corrected. The statistics collected are LEGALLY COLLECTED.
-The number of reported rape cases was 73 per 100,000 citizens in 2017, up 24% in the past decade.
-In 2018, official numbers showed that the incidence of sexual offences was on the rise; the -Swedish Government declared that young women are facing the greatest risks and that most of the cases go unreported.
-Most rapes are not reported.
-Over 130,000 women have been raped according to statistics.
-59.2% of rapists had an immigrant background and 47.7% were born outside Sweden

And in neighboring Norway it was found that *every single stranger rape over the past five years in Oslo where the perpetrator had been arrested were committed by migrants*–in the case of that nation, almost entirely Muslims.
So how did Norway react to this startling fact? By stopping the collection of statistics on rape.

The Ethics Board sounds more like a Sellout Board that is seeking to shut down the investigation of the migrant rape situation in Sweden., which is something that should be fearlessly investigated and not shut down as being “unethical”. ( unethical – what a strange term to use in relation to such an investigation).
Keith O says
Not wrong Tim, how the hell can the investigation of crime rates in any country be “unethical” or “illegal”?
Only conclusion would be if the government is trying to hide something, much like our government has done with secret trials for whistle blowers and their lawyers.

Ethnic board?
Soon it will be an islamic board

Sooner than you fear.
Swedish women of the talking classes are beyond reach.
tim gallagher says
Yes, Keith O, it sounds like a complete surrender to the Muslim invaders,as I’m sure they would be, as usual, way over represented in the crime figures for rape. It is pathetic. It sounds like a very important area of research for someone to be investigating, but here it is being shut down. Sweden sounds like a country that has gone a long way down the path to complete surrender. The authorities will probably now proceed to completely destroying this brave woman’s career. On Australia and the whistle blowers, I haven’t heard much about that but there are lots of things that I hear about, then soon forget, so maybe that’s the case on that issue.
Keith O says
Hey Tim, The situation was in relation to witness K who came out about the Australian Liberal government bugging the offices of the Timor Leste government during the negotiations over the gas fields that are in their waters. Our dear leaders then passed this intel onto their mates in the oil/gas industry so they could screw over the Timorese people.
Witness K helped do the bugging then grew a set and reported this.
He was held without charge for a couple of years and his lawyer was also charged as well with secret charges.
The implications of this are, to say the least, frightening.
tim gallagher says
Thanks for that, Keith O. I can very vaguely remember hearing something about that quite a while back but I had completely forgotten about it. Yes, you’re right, it is pretty appalling behaviour Witness K sounds like a brave person as most whistle blowers have to be. They are often just the small individual up against big government bullying power and that takes plenty of guts. I’d say that this woman in this report in sweden will be crushed and lose her career.

Sweden: Ethics board wants professor prosecuted for investigating migrant rape activity
………………
People sometimes throw the term “Orwellian” around, but this truly is. Besides everytnhing else, one of the hallmarks of authoritarian regimes also involves deeming activities illegal *after the fact*.
And now even asking who is raping us is illegal and legally prosecuted? Madness, and clearly intended to protect the rapists.
Kudos to Kristina Sundquist for her important work here.
