Integrating ancient wisdom and modern science with elements of dance, martial arts and healing, Nia offers physical, mental and emotional fitness and transformation that is accessible and attainable for every body.

ABOUT ME: Hi I'm Sophie and I'm passionate about helping women come home to their body and move through life with more confidence, playfulness and joy. That's why I LOVE sharing Nia - it invites you to be authentically you, and creates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness and wellbeing.
Drawing on my diverse background from corporate training to sacred feminine arts to working with vulnerable communities, I bring over 22 years experience sharing mind-body movement and education as a 1st degree Black Belt Nia teacher, a trauma sensitive mindfulness leader, and the only Australian member of Nia's International Training Faculty.
For beginners and experienced movers alike, I offer both online and in person classes, workshops, retreats and Nia's White Belt Training for women aged 30-80.
As I dance through my 50s with my body's changing needs, I'm so grateful for Nia as a pleasurable movement and self care practice that keeps my body and brain in optimal health. Join me and rediscover the wisdom and joy within.
