- When do you expect to launch HelpKit?
- Help Kit is expected be launched in the end of August 2021. I am building HelpKit in public, so you can follow the journy on Twitter and via our newsletter.
- What happens after I have preordered HelpKit?
- After you have successfully preordered HelpKit via our secure payment provider Gumroad you will receive a license code and you will be added to our special email list. We will make sure to inform you about every step we make so you will be the first one to know when we launch . On launch day you will receive a dedicated email with a guide on how to get started.
- Do you offer a refund?
- Yes! We want our customers to feel empowered, productive and happy when using our product. In the case you are not satisfied with Help Kit, we will refund you 100% of your money within the first 60 days of usage.
