Just Neighbors

Absolutely adored this book! It made me cry, laugh and every time I put it down I had to come straight back 😅. Beautifully written, a few twists and turns in the plot but that's what helped make this story great I think. Not too much smut like some books, but enough to show the romance and fun between these two. I really enjoyed reading their love story and the ending was nicely finished. No cliffhanger which made me happy.

WHOA!! I wasn't ready! These two are a powder keg waiting to happen. Chloe's new neighbor is an old mistake from high school. Now every morning she leaves for work, he's waiting to give her a cheery "Good Morning". To which she replies, well, her return isn't cheerful. She hates him. Kyle is a hometown hero turned police officer. He truly regrets what happened between them years ago and wished it would have turned out different. He still wants her and is willing to do whatever he has to do to make it happen. Neither of them is ready for the secrets of the past! I thought it would be a rom-com with a little drama but, oh my god, it was soo much more. I felt so sorry for the life, for the humiliation and the things no child should experience that was Chloe's life growing up. Her mother! Oh my god, her sister is a real piece of , , ,WORK! Kyle just wants her. To be with and be there for her. Secrets of the past keep breaking both of their hearts.

I absolutely love this book, lots of laughter & tears. I couldn't put this book down! Nice ending but wish we could see where else their future took them. sad to finish this book!
