What I do
I love to make the mechanics of the spiritual life simple and practical for lay Catholics, so they can grow in holiness without the overwhelm of spending hours studying difficult theological textbooks!
Let's Face it:
We don't all have 8 hours a day to drudge through books on philosophy and theology!
Most lay Catholics are vocationally required to spend a great deal of their attention and energy on their work and families, leaving very little time for study. And, if we're being honest, most of us aren't particularly excited at the idea of reading textbooks all day either. [insert winky face]
Luckily, I LOVE to study!
Not only would I gladly read theology all day, I do it fairly regularly.
I've spent years studying the practical application of Spiritual Theology (a.k.a. Prayer, Grace, and Virtue) alongside my first love, Psychology, to better understand why the Saints were so darn happy!? AND how I could come to experience that same freedom in my life.
What I have learned has BLOWN MY MIND!
Truths that used to be common knowledge, among even those that were uneducated, are now mostly lost!
Even to people like you and me who have spent decades pursuing growth in their faith through retreats, conferences, and personal study.
At first, I thought I might be the only one who wasn't taught these things, but over the past 2 years, as I've been reaching out to more Catholics, they've all responded the same way:
"I can't believe I didn't know any of this!"
Now it's my mission to make these incredible and SIMPLE Truths
common-knowledge again!
