Former CIA officer Kevin Chalker is now under scrutiny by the FBI for interfering in the selections process for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Games, undermining what should have been a fair process.
According to “newly obtained documents,” the Associated Press (AP) reports that Chalker also “offered clandestine services that went beyond soccer to try to influence U.S. policy.” Chalker, according to AP, went so far as to spy on Qatar’s rivals and undermine US national security officials who have been warning about Qatar’s terror financing. It was all to present Qatar in the best possible light.
Qatar is well known as a supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood, of which Hamas is an offshoot. Qatar’s bankrolling of Muslim Brotherhood groups extends across Europe and Britain. Israeli attorney Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, the founder of Shurat HaDin Israeli Law Center, states in the Jerusalem Post: “By hook and by crook, the tiny oil-rich nation won the rights to hold the 2022 World Cup.” Darshan-Leitner highlights the devastating outcome for innocent Israelis of Qatar’s financial investment in Palestinian jihad terror groups:
I represent over 65 plaintiffs – all American citizens – who had family members murdered or who were themselves wounded in terror attacks perpetrated by Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad which could never have taken place without the billions of dollars that Qatar, Qatari banks, and Qatari charities, have sent to the Gaza Strip.
Qatari cash pays for weapons and explosives used in terror attacks against Israeli citizens; Qatari money has financed the construction of an extensively elaborate underground network of terror tunnels that rival some of the most efficient subway systems in the world; money that was supposed to be used for concrete and steel which should have been earmarked for homes and hospitals was diverted to build a subterranean city to move terrorists and store weapons. And, of course, Qatari money has bought missiles – thousands of them….
The Associated Press also reported regarding Kevin Chalker that “much of his work in the years since has focused on seeking to strengthen Qatar’s influence in the U.S.” He did this by setting up “high-level meetings between Qatari officials and top CIA leaders and pitching a sprawling covert influence operation to damage the reputations of U.S. officials perceived as Qatar’s enemies. The company even boasted in internal records of using spycraft to try and gather information on a congressman who sponsored legislation Qatar opposed.”
It should have been obvious that there had to be a few behind-the-scenes powerbrokers who influenced the FIFA decision to pick Qatar as the host for the games. Those same people will likely now move to cover up Chalker’s role and obscure the identity of his collaborators. As I wrote in Jihad Watch on Friday:
FIFA was outrageous to accept Qatar’s bid without thorough investigation….FIFA’s big mistake becomes increasingly evident as the event approaches. Within a week, Qatar made news for: i) requiring visitors to the World Cup to download data-tracking spyware. The app gains deep access into a mobile phone, and tracks user location as well as browsing history and activities. ii) being sued by five Australian women, among others, over forced airport vaginal exams at gunpoint. And at the start of the month, Qatar’s Ambassador to the United Nations published tweets calling Jews “our enemies” and calling for “God’s curse” against gay men.
An intriguing sidelight to Qatar’s requirement that visitors download the two spyware apps, Ehteraz and Hayya is the fact that Chalker co-founded the organization Qrypt, which boasts on its website that it was “established to protect and defend our collective privacy from exploitation, regardless of where the threat originates,” a complete contradiction of Qatar’s values.
Chalker’s other company, Global Risk Advisors, is further exposed by the AP as Qatar’s agent in America:
New AP reporting based on internal Global Risk Advisors records and interviews with Chalker’s associates shows much of his work in the years since has focused on seeking to strengthen Qatar’s influence in the U.S.
Qatar spent a whopping $300 billion on infrastructure projects, according to Bloomberg, expecting in return a major economic boost and some powerful Western connections to ramp up its public relations profile internationally. Qatar’s pockets are deep, and Chalker was deeply embedded:
Global Risk Advisors and its affiliates also provided military and intelligence training for several years to Qatari officials, including members of the royal family, interviews and records show. Courses ranged from hostage rescue to how to operate undercover.
With more information coming to light about Qatar ahead of the 2022 World Cup, it will be a public relations nightmare for Qatar if jihadis decide to unleash the wrath of Allah against gays or infidels during the games in full international view (see Quran 7:80-84, Abu Dawud 4462, al-Tirmidhi 1456). Qatar is named in a published list of countries where homosexuality is legally punishable by death. The list was accumulated from an International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association’s report.
UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly even decided to make his own pitch, advising those who are planning to attend the 2022 FIFA World Cup Games, particularly gays, to show “a little bit of flex and compromise” and “respect the culture of your host nation.” He’s telling gays to honor the Sharia while in Qatar.
Cleverly should not be putting the onus on gays to “respect” the culture of a human rights-abusing Islamic country. He should be instead warning infidels that they are at personal risk when attending the games in Qatar, unless, of course, they remain fully obedient to the Sharia while there, a detail that likely wasn’t included in Qatar’s bid for the games.
Let’s hope the games go peacefully, despite being held in a country that stands against the values of free societies. Chances are that Qatar will force full compliance with Islamic legal codes upon attendees, while Kevin Chalker et al continue to portray the country deceptively, ignoring its past and future victims.

The best article I have read on this.
Some of this was public knowledge about 15 years ago. How in God’s name does woke apologist Southgate justify going to Qatar?
As I understand Qatar still support Al Shabaab in Somalia, and house/ school the Taliban leaders’ families in Doha, including the girls.

Qatar is the anus of the World and money is the only reason the cup is being held there. Fifa is corrupt.
