Kathmandu, Nov 16: The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has urged all service-seekers not to go after middlemen since, it said, all services related to foreign employment had gone digital of late.

Issuing a press statement here today, the Ministry also appealed to the service seekers to avail services online from their respective places rather than forming a crowd in the offices related to foreign employment and creating unnecessary scene.

Ministry's deputy spokesperson Dr Thaneshwor Bhusal in the statement urged the service-seekers not to be influenced by the middlemen. The statement has drawn attention of the service-seekers towards the middlemen entering workplaces and affecting the staffers, piling pressure to get their works done and making snide comments when their interest is not served.

The Ministry stated that the service-seekers could make payments online for the services they want to avail. Deputy spokesperson Bhusal shared that the Ministry was monitoring the service delivery in the Department of Foreign Employment and Foreign Employment Office.

Arrangements have been made to address the issues facing the service-seekers in these agencies, said Deputy Spokesperson Bhusal. (RSS)
