A CTV news article, “Parents ‘in disbelief’ after ISIS flag sent out by Toronto school principal in email,” by Adrian Ghobrial, states:
For Canadians, and millions the world over, the infamous black and white flag flown by ISIS is a symbol of terrorism, death and persecution.
When an image of that very flag was sent in an email to parents in October by the principal of a downtown Toronto elementary school, it left some like May Woo “shocked” and “in disbelief.”
Sensationalism often takes precedence in the mainstream media over such news as the resurgence of Islamic State activity in the Middle East and its rapid expansion in Africa. This is particularly significant for countries such as Canada, which supports open borders under the Trudeau government, given the ease with which Islamic State loyalists can infiltrate at will. Jihad attacks are quickly forgotten as the topic becomes “Islamophobic” to discuss with any honesty. Woke ideologues promote “diversity” and “inclusion” at any cost, as they define those terms. Christianity and foundational Judeo-Christian values, including the freedom of expression, are dismissed and often branded as “hate.”
A popular woke trend these days is trans perverts publicly grooming innocent children. Those who disagree with this may be branded as anti-LGBTQ+, while the shock effect gradually diminishes. This incident of a Toronto school principal sending out an image of an ISIS flag, however, raised enough shock to get an extended, full-page article on CTV news in Canada, characterizing the “offender” as unstable and unsafe and even identifying her as a “black woman,” something that is very rarely done, as media outlets shun identifying an offender’s race or creed (particularly if its Islam), even in cases of jihad attacks, where it would be important to understand the motivating ideology behind the attack. Yet in coverage of such attacks, Muslim names are routinely covered up in order to appease Islamic lobbies, who are quick to manipulate the “Islamophobia” subterfuge. Also, when blacks commit violent crimes, their identity as “black” is usually not mentioned, so as to appease the Black Lives Matter lobby, which accuses police of being violent racists, heedless of the inordinate tally of black-on-black violent crime.
In a peculiar exception to these rules, the “black” principal’s racial identity was included (for whatever reason) in the CTV news article:
“Jones, who’s a Black woman, is the principal at Dr. Rita Cox – Kina Minogok Public School (formerly known as Queen Victoria Elementary). The school is located in the downtown Toronto neighbourhood of Parkdale, which is one of many multicultural hubs in the city.”
The article describes the incident:
In a message meant to celebrate the beginning of Somali Heritage Month and Islamic Heritage Month, principal Darlene Jones copied and pasted an image of the ISIS flag in an email to approximately 700 families whose children attend her school in Toronto’s Parkdale community.
The elementary school had been dedicated to the memory of Queen Victoria, who reigned in Britain from 1837 to 1901. In 2021, at the high point of the woke cancellation of Western history, the name of Dr. Rita Cox replaced that Queen Victoria. Cox was a long-time librarian, black activist and children’s storyteller in the same West Toronto neighborhood where the school is located. The school is now named the Dr. Rita Cox – Kina Minogok Public School. Kina Minogok is an indigenous term for “all is growing well.”
Given the name change, it isn’t surprising that a fully woke member of the black community would be principal at this particular school. My first question upon seeing the CTV news headline was: is this woman a convert to Islam and an Islamic State operative, and if so, why would she be so brazen as to send out an Islamic State flag in an email? I looked over her Twitter page, which read like a calendar of multicultural community celebrations: Diwali, Eid, Yom Kippur, Transgender Day, Orange Day, etc. The inescapable conclusion was that Darlene Jones made a humiliating gaffe in not recognizing the ISIS flag as she emailed out notice of celebrations of Somali Heritage Month and Islamic Heritage Month.
Here are some of Jones’ retweets/tweets…..
And last but not least, the Flinstones….
Yet CTV news correspondent Adrian Ghobrial treated Jones worse than most jihadis are treated, as their names and identities tend to be hidden in reports, despite the carnage they perpetrate, except in cases where it is for various reasons impossible to continue concealing their Islamic identities and terrorist affiliations.
There are levels of human ignorance: extreme ignorance as demonstrated by Darlene Jones and a kind that is tolerated in mainstream society, when one turns a blind eye to obvious wrongs in order to escape being called a “racist” or “Islamophobe.” The latter kind of ignorance earns the woke a gold star, a sense of belonging, and rewards for political correctness.
While Darlene Jones was written up as the “black woman” who sent out an ISIS flag, other woke ideologues suffer no consequences for being submissive water-carriers for Muslim Brotherhood offshoots and operatives that have been abundantly documented and proven to be Hamas funders and supporters. It is widely acceptable for woke ideologues to be ignorant about stealth jihadis. Yet the information is at everyone’s fingertips today, and there is no excuse. Although Jones’ ignorance is more immediately jarring, the Left’s support for stealth jihadis has far worse consequences.
Is it possible that Darlene Jones suddenly became an Islamic State supporter and decided to send out an email advertising it? In the woke world of drag queen performing for kindergarten kids, just about anything is possible, but it is much more likely that Darlene Jones is a woke conformist who is paying a heavy price for her ignorance. Alone.

Maybe in Canada, IS-Qanuckistan and Canada’s LGBTQIA+ groomers can have a face-off. It’ll be fun to see what happens 😈
