Wekelijkse les informatie

Beste ouders van groep 4 tot en met 8,

Het was leuk om iedereen weer te zien na de kerstvakantie en de kinderen hadden ook geen gezellige les met juf Bastiënne vorige week! Ik heb vanuit Nederland een Buurman & Buurman kalender en poster meegebracht voor in het lokaal en dat vonden de kinderen erg leuk! Ik kijk uit naar weer een gezellig blok met elkaar.

De volgende les en het huiswerk
Na les 4 doen we de toets, maar omdat we nog best wat dingen moeten nakijken en de leerlingen nog wat opdrachten moeten afmaken/inhalen van Thema 3 doen we er 1 week tussen om dat allemaal recht te trekken. We doen de toets dan de week erop (26 Januari).

Voor het huiswerk voor deze week moeten de leerlingen het werk uit de les van afgelopen donderdag afmaken. Daarnaast kunnen ze werken aan opdrachten die ze misschien gemist hebben van Thema 3 week 1-4 (in hun spelling werkboek heb ik deze omcirkeld). Er is dus geen nieuw huiswerk voor deze week.

Sinterklaas Culture Day: November 26.

Weekly lesson information

Dear parents of groups 4 to 8,

We had a fun and busy class yesterday! First we watched the Sinterklaas Journaal together and as a surprise all students received 'kruidnootjes' as a snack while watching!

Then we worked on this week's assignments, but not for very long as we needed enough time for our activity: making 'kruidnootjes' ourselves! Together with all the other children from the lower classes we made the dough and then everyone was allowed to roll their own little balls. Everyone could then take those home in a little bag to be baked, I hope it worked!

Next class and homework
Normally after lesson 4 we do the test, but because I was a bit late with the newsletter last week and as we didn't have that much time in class yesterday, I think it's useful to do 1 more lesson to finish everything and check before the test, we will therefore do it the following week (December 1).

For next week's homework the students have to finish the work from yesterday's lesson (they received their 'takenbrief' in class, but I also put it in the folder with the videos). In addition, they can work on exercises they may have missed from 'Thema' 2 weeks 1-4 (in their spelling workbook I circled these in red). So there will be no new homework for next week.
