Today we have the privilege of sharing an early stream of “Nano-Based Inconsistency” a dystopian hammer from Gießen, Germany-based brutal death metal band BLOODJOB. In keeping with their tradition of deathgrind influenced brutal death metal the latest mLP from these guys, ‘Metastasis‘, releases Friday, March 10th on limited Compact Disc and digitally by way of cult Italian extreme metal label Lethal Scissor Records.

Expect an over the top yet thoughtful array of technical, brutal and militantly grinding moments to spark up throughout the full listen as the band ventures into slamming and deathgrind territories, rattling the cage of the grossly mutated human condition without fear. The band comments on the subject matter of the song: “Our second single, ‘Nano-based Inconsistency’, is about how our society defines intelligence… and questions that. Starting with a blast the song varies between furious grind and heavy groove, a clear invitation to start a moshpit.

Per the Press Release:

Since the release of their debut “Sick Concept Humanity” in 2019, the group has revamped the line-up, enabling more dynamic arrangements and colourful yet brutal elements enriching the new tracks. This combined with a powerful vocal performance and a tightly pounding rhythm section results in a full blown death-grind explosion.

With a growing number of gigs and festival appearances on their resume, “Metastasis” shows an ever evolving BLOODJOB, offering a varied and vibrant death metal experience.

“‘Metastasis’ deals with our dystopian view on the degenerating civilization we live in and offers you three brand new tracks of grinding death metal brutality along with two re-recorded BLOODJOB classics”.

Stay tuned to Lethal Scissor Records and the band’s socials for more details on the upcoming release and other activities in 2023.

BLOODJOB from Giessen/Germany relentlessly delivers their uncompromising blend of death metal and grind since 2007. After years of dwelling in the underground and brutalizing their style with influences from slam, thrash and black metal, they released their first EPs “Scalptures of Laceration” in 2010 and “Misogynic Obsessions”  in 2012. These raw pieces of disgusting death metal offered a first taste of their trademark style consisting of sickening vocals, nasty riffs and blasting drums. The following years were characterized by several lineup changes but also powerful live performances as they shared the stage with Entombed, Lividity, Ingested, Inhumate and other well established acts. In 2019 they returned on the scene with their self-produced first album “Sick Concept Humanity” which caused international recognition and was re-released by PRC Music in 2020. In contrast to their first EPs, the lyrical themes now matured from perverted tales of horror to misanthropic reckonings with our rotten society. Following the vein of its predecessor, they recorded their new EP entitled “Metastasis” in 2022 which will also be their first release with Italian extreme metal label Lethal Scissor Records. Despite ongoing lineup changes they’re now working on their next full-length record.
