Level the Site Mentoring Program is led by Master Builders Australia and supported by the Australian Government. It’s a practical, people-focused program designed to support women working in the building and construction industry through one-on-one mentoring

Whether someone is new to the industry, returning after a break, looking to upskill, or aiming for a leadership role, the program connects them with experienced mentors who can help navigate the next step.

The goal is simple: provide real-world guidance, build confidence, and open doors for women by making sure they have the support they need when it matters most. At the same time, it gives mentors—men and women—a chance to give back, share what they’ve learned, and help shape a more inclusive and respectful industry culture.

Backed by key industry partners, which include The Australian Workers Union, Civil Contractors Federation, Bunnings, Brickworks & Women Building Australia, this program is about creating lasting change—on site, in the office, and across the sector—one conversation at a time.
