Darknight This band released there last album I knew exactly that I really liked Shodan, here we are with there new album and they've gone up a level which I'm totally taken aback by how darker and heavier the new album is. I just can't believe how they have just made a stunning riff laden album which is consumed by darkness, I love it! Favorite track: Ethos.

An eclectic but incredibly well-integrated blend of traditional death metal, melodeath, black metal, progressive, and even a bit of folk (with the added bonus of audible and tasty bass guitar). The album has a consistent, pulverizing momentum punctuated by the rare acoustic passage or catchy chorus/refrain. Overall an unbelievably mature first offering from an up-and-coming band to watch.
