I live in Australia and I heard a couple of reports on the TV news and on the radio about this crime but the reports made no mention of the name of the offender and certainly made no mention of the Muslim background of the offender. It was presented as being a mentally ill man suddenly going berserk and attacking the worker in this vicious manner. That is certainly what I thought that it must have been after seeing and hearing the news reports. I’m glad that you are mentioning the background of the attacker. It may be meaningful although I guess that, in this case, no witnesses seemed to have mentioned the attacker yelling out that “allahu akbar” war cry.

Yeah, I had to look for about 10 articles before I found the name of the perp, they certainly did cover up his name.
Man, I’m glad I don’t live in that Punchbowl/Lakemba area, it’s wall to wall Muslims.

David M, You are very correct about that area of Sydney as I remember way back in 2002, one had to be careful not to be make a mistake. While living in Canberra and going to an Aussie football game in Sydney or going to our Temple on the lucky highway No. 7, I always made sure to have a map. Also when certain local clubs played, it could be dangerous sitting on the wrong side of the stadium just like in some Central American cities. If one did not know, that person would have not known the problem with the people in the area was their religion or rather cult.

Ray, it has become a lot worse since back in 2002 as you can imagine. I recall that I was a watching a Rugby League football match ages ago, back in the 1990s, and there was some kind of riot or violence. It was worse than anything I’d seen in Australia before. It was a match that involved the Bulldogs and that team (from the Lakemba, Bankstown area) had lots of Muslim fans and i thought to myself that we had never had football fans behave so badly and I remember thinking (I didn’t have much a clue back then about islam at all) what the hell is wrong with these people and I began to think that it was a big mistake to be letting them into the country. It was one of the first clues I had.

That’s exactly what I thought about this crime, David M. There definitely seemed to be cover up for some reason. You are right about that area of Sydney. Maybe the huge concentration of Muslims in the area is because of the big mosque in Lakemba. Lots of crime, lots of drive by shootings as very violent Muslim gangs fight it out for control of the drug trade and other criminal enterprises in those areas, that’s for sure.

Tim Gallagher, I would like to relate a humorous incident back in the day while I was waiting in Darwin in que for boarding a flight to Papua New Guinea. I had been talking to a person from New Zealand who had on his jersey an image of a fern. When the time for him to approach the counter, the lady behind the desk said, “Do you think that I will permit a Kiwi to board?” She was obviously joking and it made our day. I hope that the Aussie humor is still alive in your great nation.

The ‘mental illness’ defense is always deployed when dealing with a Jihad attack. Isn’t it strange that the ideology of the attackers is always the same? How many crazies are there in Islam? Answer – all of them.
VitoE says
With the defense of an islamic jihad attackers always seeming to come down to “Mental Illness”, it’s now incumbent upon Western Governments to do a better job in the “Vetting” Process of “Migrants” from islamic countries. Is mental illness hereditary? If so, chain of families need to be investigated more thoroughly & the possibility of relocating these migrants back to their countries of origin should be the consideration!

Which pm, party was responsible importing this violent religious ideology man into Australia? About 20,000 illegals were approved recently by Labor for recidents. How many of them are in this category now and in the future. Crimes by religious ideology must be reported as such, as they happen far too often. If not for this report, this writer doesn’t know who the stabber is. This is for the safety of all peaceful Aussies. Aussies can take precautionin front of these potential violent religious people.

Hank both parties do it. The mass immigration of Lebanese Muslims started in 1975 under Malcolm Fraser, a Liberal.
“Between 1975–1990, more than 30,000 civil war refugees arrived in Australia.[10] Most immigrants were Muslim Lebanese from deprived rural areas who learned of Australia’s Lebanon Concession and decided to seek a better life. They were Muslims from northern Lebanon as Christian and Muslim Lebanese were unwilling to leave the capital city, Beirut. Immigrants of the Lebanese Concession primarily settled in south-west Sydney; Sunnis in Lakemba and Shias in Arncliffe.”
