This
Sound Bath Meditation is led by Tamara, a certified Sound Healing
Practitioner. Bring a mat and a pillow and get ready to be "bathed" in
sound frequencies and vibrations for a deeply restorative session. Sound
Therapy is an alternative meditation practice that safely
alleviates anxiety, stress, chronic pain, emotional blockages, and
insomnia. It also may help lower blood pressure, balance the nervous
system, and reduce depression.*
During
this session Tamara will play singing crystal bowls, chimes, ocean
drums, and a few other instruments to create a relaxing space where you
can deeply relax and release.
This
program fills out very fast. Please let us know if you register but
