All political factions in Germany, remembering how political violence led the country to hell in the past, should be denouncing this, and offering Alice Weidel a safe platform. But of course, no one is doing that. They remember the past, but they’re apparently condemned to repeating it anyway.
“Germany: AfD co-leader cancels rally for ‘security reasons,'” DW, October 4, 2023:
A co-leader of the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has canceled a political rally scheduled to mark Germany’s Unity Day, citing security reasons, German media reported on Tuesday.
The AfD had invited Alice Weidel to be the keynote speaker in an event considered the highlight of the party’s election campaign in Bavaria.
The event was to mark the important day in Mödlareuth – a German village situated partly in Bavaria and partly in Thuringia. The village used to be separated by the border which divided east and west Germany.
Weidel canceled the rally as a precautionary measure, after what her spokeswoman said was an incident two weekends prior.
“Miss Weidel and her family were taken from their private home to a safe place by security authorities because there were growing indications that her family would be attacked,” the spokeswoman told the German DPA news agency.
She took the decision to refrain from public appearances as a result….

The violent left yet again gets everything it wants. Not hard to imagine that next the left will tell this as a story of all the ways the “far right” has in fact put the left in danger.

Lies, threats and more lies. Very much like mozlums…very much like from the evil book of unholy filth from islam.
I believe the “left” liars and their acts of violence are sourced by the same entity as islam. (evil, demonic, “full of wrath and hatred” for God and His Son and His human children)

There was also this report from Eva Vlaardingerbroek about an assassination attempt on Tino Chrupalla, one of the founder leaders of Alternative für Deutschland. Essentially, the West is now on par w/ the Third World in terms of dealing w/ opponents – just like the Right wing presidential candidate in Ecuador was gunned down a few months ago. I think Germany is headed for totalitarianism again, but this time, from the Left & islam. Nazism will look like an improvement there, given what’s going on

I was thinking of the Jan 6 demonstration and how the left helped it with FBI agents in the crowd, and afterward it was turned into an insurrection incited by Trump to take over the government. I would guess the left in Europe would like to have such scenarios to justify clamping down of dissent. Here in gthe USA our freedom of speech is also under attack. I was punished for presumably conservative posts on Facebook by limiting me to an hour of use per day. I never named any Democrat or leftist politician or representative at all, but it did not matter. This is an example of how the left tries to stop people at all levels and in all venues from speaking out for their views. And of course in Germany they do have a fear of Hitler’s rallies. But communists in East Germany also had rallies and suppressed free speech. And not all conservative views are fascist, racist or Nazi. There can be perfectly reasonable and non hate filled reasons to protest against policies of the government.

Nazism was never a conservative movement. The full term translates to “National Socialist German Worker’s Party”. The only way that their economic system differed from communism is that instead of state ownership of all production, you had private ownership of production, like in Capitalism, but state control over that private ownership of production. Like if you own a car company and dear Leader wants you to build tanks instead, you build tanks, regardless of what your execution plan was for that quarter or year
In fact, our current system, where our car companies are building EVs just b’cos the government wants them to, is the closest to Fascism that we’ve ever been
