Soul Retrieval Weekend Women's Retreat
Create your intentional year with intentional self-care!
January 19th - 21st, 2024
While we all tend to make and then quickly break New Year's resolutions, we rarely take time to pause to reflect on our intentions and accomplishments surrounded by a supportive community of women. What if we could do it differently? Join us for a winter reset as we reflect, renew, and get inspired!
“Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what’s left of you”
- Katie Reed
This retreat is designed to be a peaceful restorative weekend of contemplation, community, and connection. It will also be a journey of self-reflection, and discovery, as well as an opportunity to stretch and grow, to share and let go.

Get closer to, and even re-discover your inner source. Regain your balance and return to your center. Come experience a restorative weekend of purposeful “you” time.
During our time together...
We'll take a close look at our patterns and habits and explore how we can gently create new neural pathways. Our ingrained patterns of continual internal and external judgment and criticism can often rule us. This journey will help us move through life with more serenity, self-love, and emotional generosity. We'll also discuss the idea of being more curious and accepting, and embracing the notion of allowing more space and understanding for both ourselves and others.

Each morning Kaje will be leading the group in a gratitude practice followed by some breath work linked with gentle movement that will end in a guided meditation.

During the weekend Kaje will also lead an enlightening conversation on Judgment and Criticism: Where it comes from, the damaging ripple out to self and others as well as how to make a shift into a life with more curiosity, gratitude, generosity, and acceptance.

Lori will lead “Your Intentional Year” sessions with the framework from YearCompass, a workbook that helps close the past year and plan the next one. In the routine of everyday life, it's easy to lose sight of your true goals and aspirations. And even though we all have dreams, often we don’t plan for them. YearCompass works simply. It contains questions that guide you through reflecting on the past year and then help you turn your dreams into inspiring & achievable goals in the coming year ahead.

And much more!

We're coming together to co-create a space that prioritizes safety, acceptance, and the freedom to be open, courageous, and vulnerable. This environment fosters understanding, expansion, and personal growth. Know that as your guides, we’ll ensure this space is created!

Our story
Kaje and Lori met way back in 2005 at a networking event. There was a strong connection and they just knew they had to get to know each other better. After an interesting, first date (they call it) where Kaje saved Lori’s life… literally, they knew they would stay friends. When Lori was leaving corporate America, after burning out, she turned to Kaje for advice on becoming a Coach. Since 2017 they’ve been tightly intertwined in each other's lives with the common goal of growing their respective coaching practices, enjoying every moment life throws at them, and supporting the humans they call clients with compassion, respect, and guidance.
Out of that passion…this retreat was born!
About Kaje
Kaje Thomas (they/them) is a Certified Life Coach and the owner of No Bullshit Life Coaching. Kaje was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and began their private practice in 2006.

Kaje's path to becoming a coach was filled with difficult twists and turns, and they are continually grateful for the flexibility that they acquired. Their childhood and early adulthood were marked by struggle, pressure, judgment, and self-abandonment, which cultivated their street smarts, adaptability, empathy, and compassion. This history coupled with their own failures and mistakes has humbled and shaped them into the coach they are today. They've worked in over 20 different industries from construction to corporate America, broadening their understanding of humanity through diverse interactions.

At the age of 38, they began to pursue a psychology degree but shifted to coaching certification with Coach Training Alliance at age 40. They've worked with clients aged 12 to 81, focusing on emotional balance, navigating moments of choice, and compassionate listening as key tools for a happy and successful life.

Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with loved ones, beach time, meditating, music, and sports like frisbee, tennis, and basketball.
